I have the E-Series. I began having an overload issue on the power nozzle. I used to be able to get it to work if I lifted it up off the ground, press the reset button and get it spinning before I set it down again. Now, it overloads immediately no matter what; even with the belt disconnected. I've removed all visible dog fur from the motor. There is a spark on the lower brush at the time it overloads, if that tells you anything. Should I replace the motor, the harness or both?
Can you do a video on how to take the 2 speed apart to clean the fans? Thanks. Mine don't need cleaning, but I'm still wondering how to do it step by step for future.

Excellent, but I hate those snap om parts because when brittle the break instead of popping out.
