By far the easiest wicking i had in a MTL RTA.
I wick it exactly like i would do a sub-ohm RTA, kylin mini v2 for example.
No thinning the cotton or cutting the sides.
The liquid moves only horizontaly through the cotton so it wicks like a beast.
Also the build deck is a dream.
Can only recommend.

This review took me back a few years to my first pull on my first berserker, I believe it was the version 1.5 rta, and I think I had used the 1.2 insert, not sure but it was leaning on the tighter side… I remember being amazed by the flavour. I almost want to see if I can dig it up….

Thanks for the video. The look of this RTA is very good . Speaking about the features, I personally prefer RTA with a juice control option. The reason is that when the cotton wick gets used for awhile it changes the density which may cause the leakage during refilling . But for the money I think it's a good device....
Thanks Abolit. Yes it is good RTA. Juice flow for some is not a deciding factor as gravity does the job of saturation perfectly and in some cases juice flow can cause flooding as you rightly say.
Thanks for a review. I wish it had more airflow pins, otherwise seems like a great rta. Alex said that mini version (22mm) may come with more pins, so i would keep an eye on that.

You were certainly correct re the small glass installed, The gentle push with thumb and so on was a fail, I tried soaking in warm soapy water no luck I then soaked it in boiling water twice no luck. I finally went microwave still no luck. Reverted to light plastic plyer and it broke ridiculous really. Your reviews are expensive, now I will open up my Expromizer 1.4 I already have the Pioneer and the Ripley is on a slow boat from China hahaha, thanks again for your excellent reviews.

great review! Bishop all day for me, the convenience of build, quality and performance of it is on a different level imo .. obv flavorwise lacks behind Pioneer and KF lite but way more optimal for daily usage .. interested to see ur take on a better rta sharing similar features as the bishop .. great work!
Thanks Sultan indeed the Bishop nears the high end quality enjoy it. It does not lack behind the pioneer just somewhat different style of flavour a rather richer / warmer vape that i enjoy enormously

I think when no external airflow control, they need to offer more reducers even if not in the box. That being said they could add reducers and reduce drip tips to balance cost. Berserker fans will already own those and they don't exactly wear out and drip tips are compatible across devices and air pins seldom are.

Great review. B3 is a decent rta , but the pioneer 1.5 tops them all in the med price range. I vape mostly NET and the pioneer gives amazing flavour and throat hit.
You know I always say, every RTA has the vapers name on it😊 so if you find the pioneer 1.5 best that is your name on it. Enjoy
Just got mine yesterday. Lots of leaking and gurgling on the first & 2nd try. After using more cotton than any other mtl rta, I finally got it working nicely. Wish there was a 1mm pin.

It needs a lot a cotton martin nearly as an RDA. Indeed a 1mm pin would have been good. But if you lower the coil a bit that would restrict a bit the airflow as a 1mm airflow pin

Hi Folan. Both tanks you will enjoy for many years so the long run it is cheaper then smoking that is for sure. But don’t go overboard in future purchases, as 2 good tanks is enough for your daily vape needs

How do you wicking cotton, when I change the larger tank I have problems with leaking when I first fill the rank or when I refill tank sometimes on one, sometimes or both air holes below the tank, sometimes is small leaking, I will blow through the drip tip, ckean it, dry a drag a couple of times, and then stops after I repeat this process several times. What to do? To change the tank and back on 2ml or try to wicking the cotton different... Do you have same issues? I'm new in the vaping world and I look all the clips for Berserker, but I do something wrong woth cotton, to much cotton or too thin cotton, too long cotton or too thick cotton??? Can you help me please???
@@balkanvaping 3 mm coils and quite tight cotton packing, never comb cotton. It works well. No leaks.
@@zz1965Serg I'm learning yesterday, fir big TANK 6ml on Berserker V3 we have exactly 4cm of cotton, and than we don't have any leaking problems, gorgling etc... I used VandyVape Super Fine MTL Fused Klepton Ni80 coil, 7-8 wraps on 2.5mm diameter and I've got a perfectly 1.13ohm, then are so quite and aroma and th are best, specially th when the coils is above a little more from the air hole pin...

Thanks Nathan for a great review (as always). Just a quick question. In order to rewick the atomizer can you dry burn and put the coil in water with the ring it has on or you have to take it out first?
@ΓΙΑΝΝΗΣ ΡΙΖΟΣ i take off the ring simply to immerse the coil fully in water and then wipe of the deck from any remaining water. it only takes seconds to remove the ring and re-insert after cleaning is complete

@@netvaper the facelift bishop mtl v2 is the same wicking concept with a different flat top on the rta. They have some new accessories for original bishop mtl rta too, a stainless steel tube and glass that holds 6 ml and a Exterior stainless steel X cage tube and glass that holds 4 ml, inner chimney include.

@Assassinclips. Simply answer Because I don’t publish any MTL I did not like.Believe it or not plenty of those did not make it on to the channel for public view. Furthermore even those I did publish over time I settled on a selective few as my favourites but kept on the channel for others to watch my review and make their own decisions based on the visual & verbal review of that particular RTA.
There is a presentation of the creator of this RTA on UA-cam where he says there will probably be a 22mm version, as well as more airflow pin options.
They know that people want the 1mm pin.
I don't know if there will be sold as extras or they will come with the 22mm though.

The original Beserker was tiny. This looks like a beast.
Nice size indeed Mark on the 6ml Config if you want the 2ml Config is rather short
0.8 mm it's the tighter draw I've ever had, I use it with 1.2 mm pin, awesome throat hit, had to lower a bit the nicotine, also flavour it's on point. Just one question, do you have any issues with leaking? most of all on refillings. I love this atty but cause me so much troubles trying not to squeal all the time. Thanks!!
@Carlos Alvira. When you add liquid, the vacuum is disturbed and the down pressure forces the liquid downward that can cause leaking, try using a 3mm ID MTL coil so you can add more cotton & make sure the whole juice well cavity is covered with cotton, so any excess liquid would be absorbed by the extra cotton. btw always add the cotton in the juice wells when the deck ring is installed so no cotton strands is trapped underneath. Enjoy it
Hello, Nathan. I bought this one on Saturday, v3 mini version, and I haven't touched cigarettes since then. It's my first RTA, so I may not be wicking it properly, because I don't get much flavor (especially with Black Note Forte, which is full of nuances and subtleties that I can't taste on this tank) and it leaks when I refill, but at least it works. When it doesn't, I just have to rewick it or adjust the coil. Maybe with experience I'll learn to wick it in a way it delivers a better taste, if taste quality is related to wicking at all. I've tried the 0,74 ohm coil that came in the box and Wotofo 0,9 ohm. I think the flavor is better with the 0,74 ohm, I don't know why, even though it's not great with any of them. Anyway, it's enough to keep me away from cigarettes. Thank you so much!
I hope you learn how to get the maximum of your RTA. Trial & error is a sure way to succeed.
You should try the Wotofo N80 Fused Clapton 26/38 AWG / 0.5ohm it what i use in my mtl rta’s they work great
0.5ohm is a bit low for me Neal but I will give it a try
B3, sure or the old good one Brunhilde for best flavor(any other option would be appreciated)? I have aromamizer(u suggest it and it is super pick) and lately i jave issues on ohm. They change during the vape after few vapes. They lower . I have aromamizer since release here in greece idk what happens tho.i d like an upgrade at flavour part .thnx u r awesome
@kostakis xwl. Out of your list the Brunhilda is still the best flavour. Comes to show that not all what is new is better😊 check the post screws on the Aromamizer Classic if they are fully secured on the coil legs as loos screws can cause the ohms to play. Or it is the 510 spring loaded pin on the mod which is not fully touching the 510 pin on the rta. I can’t think of anything else causing the ohms to play.

Interesting,I like you never liked the old beserkas infact my first ever rebuildible was the Berserka mini v2. Probably one of the worst tanks I've ever tried just in my opinion badly designed and rubbish on tobbaco flavours from what I remember, but this design looks better and completely different.
Btw Nathan thinking about picking up the sputnik,your review got me hooked and love tanks that lift up.. But I will still always use my bishop as a daily bloody love it.
Sputnik is a great RTA, but the only thing I don't like us the screws that clamp the coil down... doesn't cope well with MTL aliens or claptons.. better for round wire builds IMO... otherwise I love my Sputnik and u can purchase lots of accessories ✨️....
Indeed Pro Mix the B3 is the better version from the berserker series. The Sputnik is amazing but so is the Bishop not quite the level of the Sputnik but for the price you cannot fault it.

Well Mahmoud i am waiting for the VapeFly Alberich MTL RTA as for Dispersion Vs the Berseker B3 i personally think they are rather similar but all things considered the Berserker is the better choice.

Both are solid MTL RTA’s but different style’s. In my experience the B3 delivers a stronger throat hit. Flavour wise they both deliver very good flavour. Airflow, the bishop is quietest but the B3 is also very smooth. End of the day it is very much a decision based on design preference, availability & price. Either way you would be happy with the one you chosen
Since this is a NET oriented youtube channel, I'd like to ask for a little piece of advice from anyone who owns a Berserker v3 Mini. I bought one a couple of weeks ago (my first RTA), and I'm having trouble getting any consistent flavor from it. I've only used Black Note Forte, Legato and a thinner bourbon eliquid. With this last one, things seem to work a little bit better, but I can barely taste the Black Notes, I can only taste it for a few puffs after rewicking. I've tried wicking hard, loose and anything in between, but always with the same cotton, which is Cotton Bacon 2.0. The coils I have tried are the ones that came with the tank (0,74 ohm) and also Wotofo (0,9ohm), always with the same result. Even the vape shop owner installed a handmace coil and wicked it for me once, with the same result: fainted flavor for a while and then nothing. Did anyone had this issue? What may be the problem? The cotton quality? The coils? The RTA even? I'd really appreciate if anyone could give me a hint of what the problem may be. Thank you!
Try a non NET liquid like a fruit or NET hybrid and see if there is an improvement to flavour. I did not use the berserker V3 for long as i loaned it to someone and he somehow forgot to give it back 😊 Black Note are in nature a delicate tobacco flavour so you might interpatient it as not flavourful enough. It is worth buying another current MTL like the Valor by Cthulhu or the Bishop V2 and see the difference
@@netvaper I really appreciate that you take the time to respond to the comments, thank you. I know the real flavor of Black Note liquids from a stock coil tank I still have, that's how I can tell it's not vapor's tongue or something like that. Being on a tight budget right now, I'm afraid of buying a Bishop or a Kayfun and that the problem persists, which means I am doing something wrong with the wicking or I'm not using the right materials on the Berserker. One question: did you record your final impressions after a few days using the Berserker like you did on your review of the Bishop or was it all recorded after you wicked it? Now I'm using a Virginia mix from La Tabaccheria and the flavor seems a little bit better (excellent liquid, by the way) after I lifted the cotton a bit. Now I don't know if that's due to the liquid, which is much bolder than Black Note, or having lifted the cotton. Do you push the cotton all the way down, completely covering the juice holes, or leave it a little more loose? Sorry for bothering you with these beginner's doubts and thank you for your patience. Update: Decent flavor during the evening with La Tabaccheria Virginia, and today the flavor was dead again. I guess I'll just vape base liquid with nicotine until the Bishop is available again in Portugal. The Pioneer 1.5 is available, but I've read that some people have problems with the wicking. The Kayfun Lite Plus is also available, and I'd buy that one right now if I was positive the problem is the RTA, but I'm not, so it would be a risk.
Nathan. I have that rta for 5 months and I didnt manage not to have overaturation in most of 80% of my attempts. Do you have any particular suggestion?

Can you advice me is Beserker V3 ,, better for flavour ( tobacco, and tobaco creamy aromas ) , and overall better MTL puff thsn Brunhilde MTL

But I just wondering is it better than BRUNHILDE MTL ( tobacco aromas ) .
Both are good quality MTLs. The Berserker is more of a traditional design and the Brunhilde is RDTA style meaning the deck is above the tank. There advantages that the liquid is always clear but the saturation is by tilting the tank so the rods carry the liquid to the cotton. The berserker is by capillary action which sometimes is an advantage for optimal saturation. Flavour wise the Brunhilde is a warm & rich vape as your mouth is just above the coil like a RDA while the berserker produces good flavour as well but not as saturated as the Brunhilde. So reading your comment I think the Brunhilde is best for you. Just remember to tilt the tank on occasion especially if left upright for hours.
After being pretty disappointed with all the other Berserkers, I'm not sure if I'll try this one, maybe once it's in a sale I'll grab one, great video as always 👍

Missing 1mm pin could be a problem for a lover of a tight MTL. Is in the lower budget category and, for the price I believe that is fair. Nothing really new design here, but it cannot be too much to be discovered in this MTL RTA field. But, who knows? By the way, do you heard about ultrasonic vape device? Surge is its name, manufactured by Innokin with Usonic technology. It's available in UK, I think. Maybe some Australia, not sure. Pod kit, no coil, interesting technology. Could be the future? I personally would be very happy, you know I'm starving about ease-of use. Will see.
Yes Andrei it is called INNOKIN SURGE EXPRESS POD It features vibration technology that uses ultrasonics to turn e-liquid from pre-filled pods into vapour for an MTL inhale. This means you don't have to deal with having to change coils or top up with e-liquid. It is too new will need to wait to find out for any flews and any case this technology is so far only for sealed pods.

I would choose the Bererker B3. It is much easier to maintain and forgiving if the wicking is not perfect and hassle free. The pioneer delivers sharp flavours but not so easy to wick and if not done right leaking can accrue due to over saturation or the reverse burnt flavour if the wick is under saturated.

I can’t see a problem Andrei the 510 / airflow pin is very snug and in addition it is held by the threading of the mod
@@netvaper the problem will not get noticed in simple wattage mode, but if you vape tc or dna replay i´m pretty sure you will have problems.

Is anybody had a problem with this tank when refilling?
Mine when I open the top cap, the liquid leak from the airflow.
Not matter as much cotton put on the coil. As soon as closed,
I blow out strongly, to take the juice out from the airflow the issue
Is sorted. It's real annoying issue.

@LORDFRANK If the you use thicker cotton ends that fill the full space of the juice wells and remain fluffy you should not experience any leaking at all when re-filling. I assume you watched my wicking method in the close-up section as i don't have any leaking issues. If nothing else helps use a 3mm ID coil so inevitably you would use more cotton.

They should also include a 1.0mm pin. On the BSKR V2 I am using the 1.2, which I think is kind of loose, but i can turn it down with the airflow control. Now with the V3 there is no airflow control and still not more options in terms of the pins... a miss I think.
I don't have V2 but i find the 1.2 on the B3 quite tight
@@netvaper yeah. For me 1.0 is ok but a bit tight and 1.2 is a bit too loose so a 1.1 would be perfect but yeah that won't ever happen 🤣
I am facing issue with leakage can you please help me out.
Well Arsalan. Most leaking issues stem from either over or under wicking. With the berserker you need to make sure that the cotton is filling the entire juice wells and to be a bit mounted and it has to be hanging freely not packed by cutting to the right length as shown in the close up. Also never over full the tank allow some air space for the vacuum that causes the the liquid to be sealed properly
Please help - I can't take it apart like on 9:10, I want to change the glass for the larger one, but it doesn't budge at all. I am twisting in the same direction as you, nothing. Any advice?
Put it in the freezer for an hour hopefully that should work
Actually, I managed to open it by putting metal tweezers in the wicking slots and twisting the tweezers, came off pretty quick

Hi Andrei in my opinion the Pandora V2 is equivalent if not a bit better then B3 certainly the airflow is smoother with much more options on the Pandora. In regards to flavour they are close but again the Pandora delivers a bit overall smoother Vape experience. So no it is not worth upgrading from the Pandora V2 to the B3

If you follow my wicking method you should not have any leaking. It needs a lot of cotton to fully fill the full cavity of the juice wells if need be use a 3mm ID coil so you can add more cotton nearly as a RDA

@bassem raouf. Perhaps something is wrong with your wicking as the flavour should be very good. Have you followed my wicking method. As for the Kayfun X if you wick it right (very easy) the flavour is one of the best on the market

Hi Joaquin. It need more cotton enough to fully cover the juice wells fully. If need be use a 3mm ID coil so you have enough cotton to absorb any excess liquid

It does get very messy when rewicking specifically with that ring. Hate it and put it for selling. Im very happy with v2 thou.

1) What's the MTL/RDL RTA that you've gotten the most intense flavor off from?
2) What's the most authentic and best real tasting cigar and cigarette tobacco ejuice you have ever tried? (Can be NET or Non NET)
@JustGaming TV. I have a few MTL RTA's that produce intense flavour for instance, just to name a few, in the mid budget, the Pioneer, Aromamizer classic, Siren V4. In the High end, the Dvarw, Sputnik, Kayfun lite, Tripod & Penodat V2 (which i am testing currently) As for the best & authentic NET's that are very close to the real thing is La Tabaccheria range and some of the Azhad elixir both from Italy. btw you would never experience the authentic tobacco flavour from non NET liquids no matter how good they are

I expected this to be better than a mesh coil. I was sorely mistaken. I can NOT get mtl RTAs to taste remotely close to as good as mesh. I have been building coils since it was a thing. Direct lung I get it. but im not convinced the MTL coils even can be as good as mesh anymore. there is a reason they are in everything i guess
@GC. To the best of my knowledge, there are no MTL mesh coils for RTA's except for stock coils (smaller mesh surface) for good reason as mesh coils have a much larger surface and need higher wattage to function properly but on DTL that you use higher wattage & produce much more heat mesh is available. To be honest as DTL i never noticed any real flavour difference between mesh & good quality Ni80 Alien or framed staple or fused clapton 0.3 ohm. In fact with the coils i mentioned is less chance of a dry hit that can accrue with mesh coils. As i MTL tobacco vaper, mesh coils (not applicable to stock coils) are not suited at all even if it was available for MTL RTA's as the extra heat would ruin the delicate flavours of tobacco, that said, maybe fruit & desserts would taste better on a MTL mesh RTA if one existed

How are the wotofo coils you used? I did try 2.5mm but was not great made up a 3.0 and is much better. But for ease it's better to get pre made I think wotofo do a 0.9 what are your thoughts. Thanks 😊
Indeed James I use the 0.9 ohm dual fused clapton 3mm ID as well and very happy with it. I don’t have the wotofo 2.5ID coils all are 3mm
I love my Berserker except it likes to leak some whenever I refill it!
Secure the top cap lightly after refilling then turn the rta upsides down and fully secure. Then take a tissue cover the mouthpiece and suck hard while upside down that would eliminate any leaks

How anyone is saying this is a good tank is beyond me , I concur with another comment below about leaking when refilling ! Listen, I have been vaping for coming on 8 years or so...I have been sqonking mostly last 3 to 4 years for the very reason that air pressured tanks are all shite and just leak... ALL OF THEM ! Tbh, the best tank I ever owned that at the least amount of leaking was the Rose 3! Anyway, this piece of shite tank has covered my new mod in juice twice, this time getting behind the screen! I have wicked it so it's packed right out, nope , still has itty bitty leaks...mostly though when refilling, just flys out! I thought it was time for a change and that surely tanks are improved by now...NOPE...this is the worst tank I have ever owned and I have bought 100's of them! You could argue it's a defect with orings etc....nah mate, it's just shite design and I am never buying anything from vandy vape ever again....everything I have ever bought from vandy has had some sort of issue! I am ranting because it's 5mins ago this piece of shit leaked all over my mod, side, bed sheets ! It's a piece of shit mate!
Ok Sven we got your disappointment loud and clear😊 interesting though, mine does not leak at all, so maybe with all due respect to your wicking method, just the slightest chance you might not wicking it right.. Just a thought😊 Tip. It needs loads of cotton nearly like a RDA and long enough not to jump out of the juice well when opening the top cap to add liquid as the vacuum pressure releases that can lift one or both ends of the cotton out of the juice well, hence the leaking. Give that a go and let me know if that solved the leaking issue.Another way is to use a 3mm ID coil so you can pack in thicker cotton. Anyway thank you for your feedback
