Thanks NorthWest I hope with this video he will soon learn to wick it easily. @murat yuksel. Of course in fact I mainly vape 70/30 no problem at all. Tip. Insert the coil in the normal angle as the post allows then twist the coil so it runs parallel to the wicking channels in a straight line to enable you to insert the cotton through the coil with the cotton legs resting on the channels straight. Enjoy it.
I made may own (black note vape juice) it's very easy and simple............ Just mix tobacco with PG, and live it in cold place for 10 days, after that filter it with coffee filter first, and then with 5 to 2 micron filter... After add VG and nicotine (1 to 2 mg nicotine) for vape juice with real tobacco delivers the nicotine just like the cigarettes do.............. I made many (vape juices) but the best I like is from (romeo and juliet cigars).................

Yep, I'm one of the guys who had an issue wicking it. I must wicked 7 or 8 times with no joy just constant gurgling. I really wanted it to work as it is an awesome looking rta. So tomorrow morning I'm gonna give another chance. I been using my pandora for last fews weeks, I wicked that loads of times and perfect everything. Same with my kayfun. Seems the easiest rta the Bishop that is, is my only pain of an rta. Odd. I'm not giving up tho. I will try it again
Finally bought one. Not as easy as i had thought. 28ga Kanthal around 1ohm 2.5mm ID. Bishop is becoming very hot at the base after a few draws. Then i decided to pull the coil up, which made it a lot better in terms of heat (though it did not "solve" the problem completely) but i lost some flavour qualities. Very strange, the aromamizer mtl rta doesnt get as hot, even with thicker wires, although it also has a very small chamber. I also dont face gurgling at all, but dry-ish hits. I'll try less cotton even though i have pre-portioned cotton of different brands.
@RedcubeX24. Thanks for the feedback. Something in your build is not quite right as my bishop never becomes hot and i use a 1.0ohm coil as well 28+38ga 2.5mm ID Core Clapton pre-made naturevape coils on 16w. The wicking trick to always be saturated is not to insert too much cotton and most importantly to be fluffy & cut flush to the wicking channels. May i ask what wattage do you vape the bishop
@@netvaper i managed to further decrease the heat generation by using much less cotton and using 50/50 instead of 70/30. I also pushed the coil down so that the coiling tool lies flat in the deck wells (this way the airflow hits the coil directly) instead of pulling it up. It now becomes warm but not hot anymore. I'm also a heavy chain vaper (i decreased nicotine to zero), so i guess thats a rather unique problem
@@RedcubeX24 the coil must be flush to the wicking channels so the wick is basically in a straight line with the coil. I am happy you sorted the heating issue in your own way😊
I have bought the Bishop a few weeks ago and I love it. The only problem I have is needing to change the wick once per day, because it caramelizes and gunks up the coil leading to spoiled taste. I was using the Pandora before that and vaping the same juices, my coils had gunked up much much less than in the Bishop. I tried 0.7 OHM 2.5 mm ID superfine coils and also 0.7 OHM 2.5mm ID round NI80 wire, both in contact and spaced configuration at 16-18 watts and the most I get from the wick is a day and by the end of it it starts to diminish the taste, which is otherwise stellar. I really want to keep using the Bishop, but if I need to change my wick every day, it would be too much sadly. If anyone has had the same problem, please let me know how to fix it. Thank you Nathan for the great reviews!
If you vape NETs it is very normal to re-wick nearly every day especially if you have the 4ml bishop. I normally re-wick every 4ml on average anyway. I never really checked the gunking speed of the cotton Vs other RTAs
It seems excesive compared to other RTA tanks I've used I tend to get 2-3 days at least, if I'm lazy a week even with Pandora. I will try with 1.00 - 1.20 ohm superfine Clapton coils when I go home today at 14 - 16 watts to check. Otherwise it's an outstanding vape both in air draw and taste, but I start getting burned flavour from the gunk after the second tank. @@netvaper
Well Ali you must make sure the coil is perfectly aligned that the cotton is right under the juice flow hols like I showed and that the juice flow hols are not blocked. I have no problem with 70VG
Good 👍 I think that the o-ring is more important to lube with juice than the threads. As long as it works all is good. I hope the person who had issues now can enjoy their Bishop.
Hi Nathan, I am currently using the clone dvarw fl 22 in patisserie, sweet and fruity liquids, it is actually an atomizer that I really like. especially in terms of aroma. But the steam temperature is a bit too much and unfortunately it causes my gums to ache. I use it with 2*08 afc and it's a bit noisy atty. I generally use 27 ga 2.5mm 6 rounds. I have bishop on my mind right now, but I heard that he mixed the aromas about bishop and interpreted it in his own way, so instead of giving it clearly, he was blending and giving it himself. That's why I'm afraid of not being satisfied, which one would you recommend in this criterion?
Hi Taha. I found it difficult to follow your line of thought. If i understand correctly the vape on your Dvarw FL 22 is too hot. If so perhaps lower your wattage, i vape at 16w on a pre-made MTL 1.0ohm Core Clapton with no issues. Compared to the Bishop, it delivers a bit less sharpness rather more rounded & softer vape experience
i wick same to you but i have some flood in deck but not leek. but if i put little tight it have little dryburn but not flood and now i just build with 28ga id2.5 6warp
@TaMzi ii. The Bishop does not need thick cotton just enough to absorb the liquid from the juice flow hols above it. Obviously not too thin that will pass through the coil without no resistance you need a bit of a resistance. Then cut it right up the the end of the wicking sledges without any overhang, as that can course dripping to deck. What is important is to fluff the cotton so it is loos and absorbent
If you use a 2.5mm ID coil and did not over force the cotton through you don’t really need to thin out the cotton ends just keep them fluffy, moisten the end and press lightly to flatten them gently so when laying on ledges and they are in a straight line with the coil so they can absorbs the liquid from above and feed the coil. If the wick is saturated properly the flavour will be optimal

@@misterp1694 the liquid I used in that video was the Stixx Mixx Butter Rum Cavendish which is the only one I like from that brand. I vape many other tobacco liquids mainly from Juice Cabin & La Tabaccheria & drakes that I can’t list every blend. They are all on the individual playlist per brand so you can check those reviews and decide which one you would like to try. I don’t really vape fruit liquids only hybrid that is tobacco & fruit. Those are from drakes tobacco fusion range and La Tabaccheria flapper line & some by juice cabin. Again those I reviewed and are in the relevant playlist. I hope that answers your question😊
Can you recommend me how many mg of nicotine salt should I start to vape on a Bishop RTA? I'm quitting smoking and I am going to prepare some ejuice, I have the PG/VG base, the concentrated flavors and the nic salt liquid. I just don't know how many mg of nic salt should I make my juice to vape on the Bishop
@BVS. You can vape any level or type of nicotine you want on any RTA including the Bishop. I do not vape nicotine salts but you need to be cautious when it comes to nicotine salts, as it is misleading in its potency. It is very smooth and you might think it is not strong enough. I don’t know how of a heavy smoker you was so here is a mini guide. For a 20 a day cigarette smoker I would recommend 18mg freebase 1.8% equivalent in nicotine salts. As the most available in on nic salts is 2% in the UK, that is 20mg freebase that is your recommended. The problem with higher nicotine levels is that although you might not feel the full strength as it is so smooth but you will become too dependent on higher nicotine level’s and that is not recommended.
@@netvaper thank you very much for the advice! I am actually in Japan and I order overseas since it's not allowed to sell nicotine juices here. I used to smoke around 14 cigarettes a day and I want to replace cigarettes with vaping for some time. My nic salt I bought is 200 mg/ml and I got 100 mls. I bought it to save some money and to not have to keep ordering overseas too often since it takes some time to deliver. I am planning on making a mix of the concentrated flavor maybe around 10%, PG/VG 50/50 and the nic salt, maybe I'll make something around 15 mg and add more if I still crave for cigarettes. My main goal is to tame my cravings for nicotine while off cigarette, the amount of smoke and flavor are secondary though welcome. I also noticed I would save money vaping if I make the juices and build the coils by myself, that's another plus incentive to quit smoking.
Is this quantity of cotton works also with 50/50 pg vg juice or just 70/30 ? or it should be little bit thicker. I always make the sides thinner ( I don't leave it as it is ) Is this right ?
My method will work With 50/50 as well and do NOT thin the sides as they are the most important not to be too thin, you need a mound of cotton on both sides of the coil to hold the liquid and not leak out
Awesome channel, awesome reviews, glad to stumble upon it.... bishop is my first rta, can you recommend some coils, resistences and wattages for this rta, becouse in my country I cant find that 1 core clapton you are using... Is kanthal a1 28GA ok? Thank you
Thanks Marijan. Yes Kanthal round wire is perfect. I use 26ga 6-7 raps usually 2.5mm ID. Although on custard & creamy liquids some prefer a fused coil but for tobacco round wire should be as good.
Hi Nathan Good review👍 Never had problem with Bishop,it s such a good rta My build is simple rotund wire kanthal a1 28 ga 5wraps 2.5 id around 1 ohm vaping at 15 watts, tabacco liquid 50/50 Coil made counter clockwise, when I look from the side of channel cotton has to be half în the channel/half on top of the channel(even less on top) Beautiful flavor, never dry hits I even bought the second Bishop
Well Nooh, throat hit is increased by mainly higher PG level, higher nicotine level and tighter airflow. The problem is that a change in either would cause the vape to be too harsh(some call it throat hit) and if the nicotine level is too high it can cause over nicotine symptoms so the tighter airflow option is only good if you enjoy a tight MTL. For me the throat hit on 70VG on 9mg and a comfortable MTL drew is good enough
@Stricten the Dvarw has the advantage on flavour especially with NET’s but not by much but enough to be noticeable. But the airflow on the Bishop is much smoother and easier to re wick
On your recco I bought this Bishop and put it on mt aspire paradox. In addition to it looking great, it is easy to wick and what a quiet performer it is! Thanks so much

Hi Nathan, thank you for this wonderful educational video. What do you think of DoggyStyle 2K16 MTL RTA and how do you compare to the kayfun lite / pioneer / bishop for flavor chasing?
sxk doggy 2k16 producing great flavor on pair with the best mtl atomizers(for me,Berserker v1 or any Kayfun).True mtl draw and easy making setup. But provided metal driptip is not good and refilling the atomizer is not the easiest way.
Yes Emmanuel lubricate the 0 rings with VG that would separate the 2 sections so when you unscrew the the airflow & juice flow section the glass would not twist with it
Happend to me to at the begining but I exchange the orings between them, the top one down and the other one up on the glass section, works better now,the glass stay în place
The Auguse Pro is surprisingly good quality MTL that really impressed me the only downside is the way to undo the deck which is time consuming. The Bishop is better in the ease of the daily Maintenence, as for flavour the bishop edges the auguse as well. So all in all the bishop is the better all rounder

@@netvaper Thanks very much for that. It sounds like a very interesting combination 👍
@@bvs455 well it seems you got it all in hand. Well done for the will to stop smoking I wish loads of success & Enjoy your vape
@@netvaper thanks for the kind words! I wish you success as well and keep up the good content!
Is this quantity of cotton works also with 50/50 pg vg juice or just 70/30 ? or it should be little bit thicker. I always make the sides thinner ( I don't leave it as it is ) Is this right ?
My method will work With 50/50 as well and do NOT thin the sides as they are the most important not to be too thin, you need a mound of cotton on both sides of the coil to hold the liquid and not leak out
@@netvaper Great. Thank you so much for the advice
Spaced or compressed?
@@marijanplavus4904 I don’t like my coils spaced as they can cause spit-back
Thank you soooo much, you helped me a lot with wicking the Pioneer. Finally enjoying MTL
Thanks brave. Enjoy
Hi Nathan
Good review👍
Never had problem with Bishop,it s such a good rta
My build is simple rotund wire kanthal a1 28 ga 5wraps 2.5 id around 1 ohm vaping at 15 watts, tabacco liquid 50/50
Coil made counter clockwise, when I look from the side of channel cotton has to be half în the channel/half on top of the channel(even less on top)
Beautiful flavor,never dry hits
I even bought the second Bishop
Excellent breakdown of your setup Adrian
Thanks for sharing , excellent video as usual, am getting good flavor but the throat hit week is there anyway to improve it
Well Nooh, throat hit is increased by mainly higher PG level, higher nicotine level and tighter airflow.
@NET Vaper I like loose mtl, how tight you can describe it?
If you use the 1.4mm air pin it would be a loose MTL. If you like it really loose use the 1.6mm air pin.
@@netvaper thank you for your quick reply.
Bought the bishop flavour is amazing! Just putting the coils took me 1 hour OMG
One hour😟 never mind A C soon enough you will be able to insert & wick your coil in minutes. Enjoy it
Finally did it makes sense now new to diy and making own coils
how would you compare this to the dwarf mtl fl?
@Stricten the Dvarw has the advantage on flavour especially with NET’s but not by much but enough to be noticeable. But the airflow on the Bishop is much smoother and easier to re wick
On your recco I bought this Bishop and put it on mt aspire paradox. In addition to it looking great, it is easy to wick and what a quiet performer it is! Thanks so much
Enjoy Jason.
@@netvaper Ok so i tried Bishop and followed ur build and wicking. My coil is 5 wraps ni80 superfine mtl clapton from vandyvape. Build came to 0.63ohms. I cant get any flavor out of it. The juice is 60/40. Ran between 18-25 wat
How many millimeters is your strip of cotton muji?
Hi Karol. Watch this tutorial first, ua-cam.com/video/yiM4JjpXBKY/v-deo.html
@@netvaper Thanks a lot, this guide helped me a lot, now I know a lot more about muji cotton and it really works.
Hi Nathan, thank you for this wonderful educational video. What do you think of DoggyStyle 2K16 MTL RTA and how do you compare to the kayfun lite / pioneer / bishop for flavor chasing?
I don’t have it & very hard to find an authentic one. But what I can recall it is close on flavour to the Kayfun V4 but the airflow is a looser
@@netvaper thank you 👍
sxk doggy 2k16 producing great flavor on pair with the best mtl atomizers(for me,Berserker v1 or any Kayfun).True mtl draw and easy making setup. But provided metal driptip is not good and refilling the atomizer is not the easiest way.
@@djurovic99 thank you Martin 👍
I like the Bishop a lot. But everytime I unscrew it to refill liquid the Glas comes off Some tips for me?
Yes Emmanuel lubricate the 0 rings with VG that would separate the 2 sections so when you unscrew the the airflow & juice flow section the glass would not twist with it
Happend to me to at the begining but I exchange the orings between them, the top one down and the other one up on the glass section, works better now,the glass stay în place
And lubricate of course
Whats it like with 50/50 ejuice? Does it overflow?
I only vaped with the bishop 70VG liquids so I cannot advice on 50/50
I use 50/50 ratio on the bishop,no problem at all 👍
does it leak
No Abdalla bone dry
@@netvaper thank you so much
Which one do you prefer more bishop or auguse era pro?
The Auguse Pro is surprisingly good quality MTL that really impressed me the only downside is the way to undo the deck which is time consuming. The Bishop is better in the ease of the daily Maintenence, as for flavour the bishop edges the auguse as well. So all in all the bishop is the better all rounder
Just wondering where did you order it from?
From The vaping gentleman club
Thank you

Nice tutorial 👌 I get amazing flavour on this rta top 😉
Thanks Ricardo
Nice review:)
Thanks Shaun I felt it will be helpful for those who need a bit more guidance on the wicking method
Awesome thanx for this I must get this rta
