That went smoothly. It’s a shame that people don’t just return the vehicle to the lender, so none of this was necessary. It’s just common sense to know you can’t pay the bill, be polite and respectful. What’s wrong with people.
If they would return it them we wouldn't be able to watch this videos
They should be charged with felony theft after so long
Repo Man spends his life getting INTO tense situations.
Repo on a 2011 !!!!!! DAYUMM
Good job Dustin. Keep up the good work!!!
Thank You!
It's every funny that he was towing the car side ways 3:14
It ain't no joke when you don't pay that note.
“Pay your bills, keep your wheels” is my favorite saying lol
@@Towtruck_Dustin That's a good slogan.
Why are you stealing other peoples sayings?
@@Hellcat71782 Freedom of speech it's the American way.

Who else loves TowTruck-Dustin
I used to watch RepoNut until he retired.... Glad to have found something else.
That was a quick one. Good job getting that quick fast and in a hurry.👍
Great job in pulling that car sideways. Keep safe!
Thank You!
A great job
Thank You!
Mr Dustin I appreciate you and all your hard amazing work 😊😊😊
Thank You!
Just remember if you made payment don't argue with the tow-truck driver, argue with the company the owns the car, the driver has the paperwork to tow and that's legal, the company that owns the car has to resolve the issue sadly
I did some repo work about 25 years ago… was always a rush because you never knew if the owner would come out shooting.
I suppose in Texas that's a real possibility.
@@riblets1968 I was in southeast Georgia at the time… and it was definitely possible there. Never had anyone shoot at me… but did have to deal with hostile people quite a bit. Sometimes it was challenging too… finding out where they were hiding the vehicle. 😂
Never know the mindset of the debtor unfortunately. Especially now days.
Pay your bills people.😂
People cannot pay their auto bill its called live within your means.
Another job well done!
Thats pretty good idea to tow it away first. Best to avoid confrontation with whatever ""owns"" that thing.
Can't pay on a 2011 Jeep....man that's SAD!!!! LOL
Nice work, get in and then get out as quickly as possible. Thanks for sharing your video.
Thanks for watching!
And thats what happens if you don't pay the payments .... You Can't Fix Stupid!!!
It happens. Unfortunately people are too prideful to make arrangements or just talk to the lienholder. 9 times out of 10 they don’t want the vehicle back, but the debtor stops contacting them so they send us to get it back.
I wonder when the person realized their JGC was gone!!!!! That was a quick in and out. Must be an adrenaline rush trying not to get into an altercation.
Definitely a rush!
A person came out as he drove off, and you could see him!
Great video!!! It’s sad how people don’t understand simple responsibility. Pay your bills on time.
Badass towtruck!
Watching, watching. Not into repo and tow trucks. But looking at videos that popped up. Interesting.
Very cool truck
this is highly entertaining.. do more repos...lol
When I did repo in Canada we used to get keys from the lender, which made the job so much easier
We have a few contracts like that. A lot of those aren’t worth posting on UA-cam however lol
Love the channel you have filled the gap of quality repos thats been vacant from when that dude from utah left youtube
Agreed, I think the guy you’re talking about went to prison, Reponut.
I agree. Poor reponut. After his wife got cancer and passed away he seemed to really go downhill.
Nice work Dustin 👍
Thank You!
you dont like what he is doing . pay your bills
I remember program operación repo
That jeep is a POS.
YOU DID THOSE PEOPLE A FAVOR
Plate starts with T so it’s a very recent registration, probably 6 months max. Already repo’d.
Хорошая работа,в спешке на нервах,но всё же получилось хорошо.Молодец.
Thank You!
Perfect job buddy..but how to steering wheel does not lock? You were lucky 😅😅
Most modern vehicles don’t have locked steering, so it was assumed the steering wouldn’t lock.
So this Jeep just honks the whole trip? LOL
This could be very stressful for a tow truck driver
Safety chains?
Good job
Thank You!
Hey, Dustin.😊😊
PAY THE NOTE
next time just pull the hood up and take the battery cable off to turn that noise off😂
Not my job. I’m just there to tow it.
@@Towtruck_Dustin technically, it is your job since you're the one that caused it. Literally causing a public disturbance with that shit.
Lmao no it’s not. By the time I got the cable off the alarm would have stopped anyway. It doesn’t just go off forever. It times out after a few minutes once you stop messing with it.
I understand i did,n know if it went off on its on im still driveing one that dont have the alarm👍
What is interesting is people who do not pay their bills are providing jobs for people to collect from them lol
For banks, it's part of the cost of doing business.
Nice work! You make a really useful job!
Thank You!
💪💪💪💪
Okay. Wanna hear it from the wrecker drivers. Dolly or not to dolly? That is the question. 4x4 with two high switches okay to tow with steer tires on ground or should 4x4 be dollied no matter what?
Jeep factory towing procedure says to dolly all 4x4 models. Most modern 4x4 are the same now days.
Would be interesting to know how many Miles were on this because it can’t be worth very much for as Old as it is. Stellantis is really Struggling with Sales.
It was a buy here, pay here used car lot.
What happens when the vehicle is AWD or Full time 4WD?
You have to dolly it.
Why the steering wheel didn't loocked ?
Because it didn’t have locked steering, like most modern vehicles.
yeah i have a 2013 grand cherokee, its a higher trim than this and doesnt have a steering wheel lock, you can still turn it but not as easy as if the car was on. (thankfully has never been towed, I made my payments on time, and is payed off)
Neighborhood loving this
he does not care of the alarm going off
I have been always interested in. If the car has a 4x4, can the gearbox break down when towing or not?
Depends on the type of vehicle, and if it’s 2wd, or full or part time 4x4.
@@Towtruck_Dustin, For example, we have permanent all-wheel drive. Then do you need a full loading onto the platform? For example, in Russia towing goes like this ua-cam.com/video/BJTJd4BU39M/v-deo.htmlsi=knU84CD99BJwDhDe . Thanks for video. 👍
Full time 4x4 (all-wheel drive) vehicles require a flatbed or dollies.
@@Towtruck_Dustin thank you sir.
Does that alarm just keep going off down the streets? Lmao
Until it times out. Or you open the door again
The IQ shows after the first 30 secs.
Thanks for watching! Glad you’re enjoying the content!
Their IQ is probably 30!
You guys just let the alarms go of and don’t stop the
Why would I waste the time? Hook and book, it’ll stop eventually.
He's already been in that parking lot for too long. Screw the alarm, just get the hell outta there.
You know you poor when your car comes with a GPS tracker from a local car lot.
Most new modern vehicles have gps on them also…
@@Towtruck_Dustin Yeah, I heard that some of these auto makers actually sell the GPS data to insurance companies. The insurance companies will increase your premiums if they see the vehicle going over the speed limit.
This is one good way to get people back on their feet.
Don't buy a car you cannot afford.
How much did you donate to the owner to help him out with this situation?

Thank You!
Don’t pay tow it away!!! Haha I love it, people are so stupid.
Maybe they missed a car payment
Most likely a few since it’s up for repo…
@@Towtruck_Dustin my dad's truck broke down a long time ago
The title of the video, and the whole video was about a repo. Which generally happens after you miss your payments.
@@Towtruck_Dustin so you've been doing a lot of repos
2011? Man is definitely someone with trash credit, taken advantage of by a vulture charging like 30% interest. Sad
People who failed to the bills
👍✌️💯
Thirteen year old Jeep GC ain't worth much, must have been a heck of a loan.
Can finance anything at a buy here, pay here lot.
Just say a 1993-1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ on a lot up here for 6900. Was like wow that is insane. But that’s a used car lot for you. All criminals
You could find the best deal at auto auctions to include salvage yards.
I bet you they sold that for about $10,000-$12,000 with a interest rate above 20% 🤪
Not going to lie I love the repos
Did anybody report that car alarm to the police? I doubt it. Just another useless noise nuisance of the auto age.
Why would they?
Why would someone call the cops on a tow truck with a car with an alarm going off? Likely not the first car alarm that they’ve heard in an apartment complex.
@@Towtruck_Dustin for real
@@Towtruck_Dustin My point is that nobody calls the cops about car alarms, period, unless the noise is driving them crazy.
Santander?
Buy here, pay here lot
It's interesting that the steering wheel lock was already broken and or disabled...
Most modern vehicles don’t have locked steering.
There is no steering wheel lock on the 2010+ Grand cherokee. I own a 12 and can move it around the garage without power if needed.
@@Towtruck_Dustin Ow that hurt,, I'm old and just learned something !!
Lol,, thanks
@@williambaker08 Thanks,, I'm way behind when it comes to "modern" vehicles....
@@2packs4sureNo worries. And I understand that. More modern then my 12 like 20+ get me confused. The more technology in them the worse my confusion.
That’s an old ass car 😭 howwww
It’s called life! Stuff happens.
No dollies?
Not until I had it a safe distance away.
Repo king
Far from it, but thanks.
Wait, who has a bank note on what’s now a 13-year old Jeep Grand Cherokee?
They don’t have used car lots where you’re from?
I was thinking the same. Doubt it is more than a 30 month note
It had a GPS tracker on it so it was probably a "buy here, pay here" type of car lot.
I foresee a lot of transmission problems for the next owner
“Buy Here, Pay Here” used car lots.
Can't make payments on a 2011 car? WTH dude.
Bros snappy chat interrupted him 💀 2:56
Dang, did you let one rip 💨 at 0:15? 😂
Dustin is the best at repo i love repo
Far from the best. Just some real world repo here. None of the dramatized TV stuff.
@@Towtruck_Dustin Dustin you the best in my book keep up the good work man
Appreciate it!
@@Towtruck_Dustin your welcome man have a good day anymore videos coming out today ?
I have videos scheduled for the next few days. A few slightly different than my normal content.
My goodness that alarm!. These vids always make me anxious. 😮. How do they stop the alarm?. Stay safe dustan see you on the next one 😊
It eventually times out. It stopped shortly after I cut the video.
Thanks Dustan. Be awful having to listen to for too long. Say hi to everyone for me.
How you still making payments on a 10 year old jeep?
They don’t have used car lots where you’re from?
Times are tough for a lot of people. I can relate... I had to borrow against my car a few years ago to put a new roof on my house after a storm. Not a good situation but it is what it is.
But at least I was able to make my payments... LOL
13 years old!
@@kylegraumann8412isn’t that what home owners insurance is for?
My friend once had a car he didnt care to pay he ended up stripping it and reported stolen lol
That’s a felony in Texas lol
@Towtruck_Dustin well he never got caught lol 😆
@@That1lowaccordif you keep posting about it online he will be
Sounds ghetto. A useful person makes money working. Maybe get some useful friends around you so you don’t turn out the same.
Chest camera is pointless. Doesn’t show anything.
Real, only shows steering
You will own nothing
I never understand people who finance cars that are worth like $5,000 and then can't afford it. Just don't finance cheap cars because if you can't pay cash for a cheap car, you can't afford to finance a cheap car. Just take the bus, your credit score will thank you later. People make poor decisions and wonder why they are always having "bad luck". It's not bad luck, its just you and your choices in life.
I found a car on a used car lot a few months ago for my niece. Guy had picked it up from an auction. I looked in the glove box and found the previous owner had left her finance papers. She was paying 28% interest. That told me the car was a repo. There's no way she could afford the payments.
@@terrys8978 some people have no idea how much they truly pay for cars when their interest is so high
Can I get your take on the video uploaded to my channel?
I’ll try to get over there and take a look. Do you have a link by chance?
@@Towtruck_Dustin ua-cam.com/video/QMxcmVAx2Ho/v-deo.htmlsi=Z8WOZwdfQtuwsGJP
I seen a few things wrong that a real repo would do. And just because the GPS and plate is on the car but without checking the Vin and towing a wrong vehicle comes with felony charges and lose of tow licenses
I knew where it was and that it was it. I wouldn’t have hooked it if I wasn’t sure. I even then I checked the vin to double check after I got it around the corner.
This was a real repo.
What you SAW was fine.
Remember what I said the other day Dustan 👍
He's very slow. Lots of wasted motion. Should have straps in one storage locker with door picking equipment. Lots of walking back and forth.. He is setting himself up to get his ass kicked by the deliquent car owner.
All you had to do was pull the horn fuse
Not taking the time to do that. It’ll time out.
Jeep Cherokee? Leave it there, that'll fix him.🖕
Pays better to get it lol
@@Towtruck_Dustin jeep is just junk these days. Always getting stuck off roading and terrible engineering.
Horrible parking job, all crooked in the spot.
They made it in the lines. Better than most people.
If it's a repo why are you not interested in preserving what value it still has?
Now the door is bent and will always have a draft, The striker will eventually fail.
It's 2024 Why is theree aloan on a 2011??
Having dragged it thwat far with the whole front end locked is going to mean a whole new front end.
If you COULD unlock it why didn't you?
I didn’t bend anything? I did a standard unlock like anyone else would do.
I front end wasn’t locked up? It was free rolling the whole time.
Pay your bills he there to repo nor to polish it.
He did this repo like a pro. Nothing wrong with anything he did. Nice work Dustin!
he did not damage this car what so ever, its literally the same thing if you are backing into a parking spot. he was not going down like city streets with the steering wheel cranked. he was going slow, especially since he didn't have straps on it. this is how tow truck drivers (like myself) have to do 90% of unlocks on cars these days. He certainly did not drag it. the front wheels rolled on their own, even being a 4x4. it was in 2 wheel drive/2HI. He did this very professionally and safely. Shit, half the repo guys you don't see would drag it half way to the destination with it swung out like that without any straps.
@@Towtruck_Dustin towing 4x4 with out dollies creates damage down the road even if it's not engaged its still spinning if you were to tow that car 25 miles you could smell the front end burning up few miles does the same thing extra wear and tear
You have no right to open the door of a car that does not belong to you in this way, you will be taken to court !!!
See ya in court big boy but I got your car ha ha ha
You should call the deadbeat owner of the car and offer to represent them in court. I'm sure the judge would love to hear your legal arguments.
Doing the work of Satan. BHPH
You sound like someone who can’t pay their bills lol
@@Towtruck_Dustin hes talking about the bank that gave that guy a chance
It would be an absolutely trivial endeavor for me to create a control system that would read the coordinates of the vehicle and determine if it had moved from "home" and then start the engine, engage reverse gear and set full throttle.
