Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their payments it gets REPOED.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,

That dude deliberately put that truck in that position and disabled it by taking out the rear axle so you wouldn't be able to get the shed out. It's that simple. Nobody does that to a truck where the rear bumper is pushed up to the side of the shed completely. Dude is playing games.
What a complete dump, how can people live that way.
A shed could have a 30 foot wall built around it and somehow, some way , Josh would get that shed back

Court Order said that Shed was Leaving that Day NO matter what and the Sheriff was there to Guarantee it would be taken per the Court Mandated Order. 👍
I don't get why you think he blocked it from repo, since he had emptied it out and was there to help with the repo. If you had listened, the guy actually went and got a rear axle for the truck so he could move it. Always good to listen to what is said.

I'm thankful I'm not his neighbor. I would never tolerate looking at that mess outside my window. I guarantee that yard looks the same today and that truck is still sitting there. Imagine what the inside of the trailer looks like. Awful...

When you mentioned you were Amish I immediately thought about the time I shortly lived in southern Indiana. I’m from Florida and that was the first time I ever saw Amish country. Bought my dog of 16 years from a Mennonite family. Best purchase I ever made. He’s the child I never had. I learned the difference between Mennonite and Amish somewhat and admired the ways. I’ll never forget they had big Clydesdale horses the size of a bus lol when we went to look at the puppies. My dog latched onto me and it was love and first site ❤ and yes he’s still with me.

Will Never Understand Why people spend a Lot of Money to Rent to Own a Shed to Store Junk ? I’m sure there are Plenty of Explanations but you Dig a Larger Hole.
Considering it's Way Less Expensive to Build one yourself or even have one Built for you By AROUND Half! Specially if you can find a guy that is willing to take payments on Labor.
It's amazing to me driving through a neighborhood, to see two cars in a driveway worth tens of thousands of dollars , unprotected from weather and theft , and have a garage full of worthless junk that isn't worth a few hundred dollars.
People collect and hoard junk, and the junk ends up owning them. They end up paying for junk and a building then losing the shed then the junk rusts and rots away.
That's a country boys way of thinking 😂. Nothing is junk, they see projects that need to be finished. Their thoughts are "Don't throw this away. If I get time I can build or repair _____ out of it 🤔". Or "You never know. I may need that for something some day 🤔😐🤔.
Why buy and fail to submit required payments?

I bought a shed a few years ago. I had been looking for a couple of years. I saved up and paid cash. The delivery driver had to double check the paperwork because he had delivered one paid in full.😊

I never would have guessed that shed rentals and repos could be a business. It has to be hard in a lot of cases when you know that people are up against it but you have to make their situation worse. Most times they are to blame for their situation, but not always.
Me neither looks like a skilled worker could build that thing in 1 weekend
With the cost of these types of sheds.. it makes sense. My dad bought one for 16k! I built an addition to my rv.. 12ftx20ft and it cost me 5k after everything said and done(electric..etc). No matter which way..its a good amount of money.
....can't believe that the floor of that building wasn't rotted out with it being that close to the ground. Crazy. job, Josh.
For things like this I always saved up and paid cash. I pay no interest when I do that.
Ps, I also used my credit card all month on other charges and paid it off every month. I used the credit card money and let mine stay in the bank and draw the interest

The people who worry about damaging the driveshaft makes me sad.
There is NO gearing in that housing , I didn’t get a good enough look at it but I doubt it’s the correct axle anyway.
That truck & all that trash is NOTHING but maybe $200 dollars in weight at the scrapyard.

I watch so other channels as well and I personally believe the Sheriff and a Judge should always involved because of the preditary financing of many of the "Rent to own" companies. They call it rent to hide the fact that it is really a 40% interest loan

I bought a Gazebo from the Mennonites/Amish in Upstate NY, and wonder if you were Amish? I cannot spell their names either but they are all great people and very friendly and move sheds around all the time.
