I have USB-C modded a 3DS myself. I downloaded the Gerbers, modified them and ordered the PCBs. There is one VERY important thing: make sure that whatever USB-C mod you are getting has two 5.1k resistors. If you don't have them, only USB-A to USB-C cables will work. USB-C needs those two resistors to understand it has to give power.

Really nice mods, these are the things that I often consider when deciding between taking my 2DS XL and my Switch on a trip. A complete package, I must have a look at doing something similar.
I learned to micro solder to mod my oled switch, this looks to be a walk in the park compared to that lol... I’m a massive fan of the Nintendo 3-D as well, I actually own a modded version, however it’s only for emulators and stuff, I appreciate you showing off all of the cool things that can be done with a little bit of work
The proprietary charger is annoying. I just recently had to replace my 3DS charger because it stopped working. Only way you can really buy another charger for it these days is online. I decided to go for a USB to 3DS charger on Amazon so I can charge my 3DS through an outlet or through my power banks for when I'm out and about.
My brother got a first edition 3DS for Christmas back in 2014. I've tried it with the game Super Mario 3D Land and I fell in love with the device although since I have big man hands syndrome, it felt incredibly uncomfortable after a few hours of playing. I now have a modded New 2DS XL with all the games I like. The only physical 3DS games I own are the entire 3DS Pokemon main series.

All you need to know is that he is a proud air pod owner and he actually thinks those are good quality headphones. That's all you need to know to see if his opinion is worth taking seriously or not. (It's not). A Bluetooth mod is the stupidest thing for a 3ds ever, along with a capture card. It's a 3ds. The resolution is very low. It isn't worth it and it reduces the battery life/durability. Not to mention it might give you a bunch of issues later down the line. The ONLY "upgrade" that is somewhat worth it, or at least not detrimental to the 3ds is the usb c charging port.
no clue of what issues you are talking about. I do 3DS mods since 12 years now... And it is always what you intend to do with your console. So you think that 6000 Capture Card installs that I have done are all for stupid people?? Take your pills and go back under your stone...
NOT worth it you have less then 1 week before the Servers shut down forever and once they DO the Dragon Quest 7 DLC dungeons will go WITH the Shutdown and likely you won't be able to access them for some of the best armors/shields in game weapons not so much. I can't soft mode the console so once the Server's Shut down I still won't be able to access the DLC Dragon Quest 7 dungeons at all though the game is still beatable without access to them.

What's your point Nintendo 3ds yes stills a good console in 2024 it'll be still in 2030 time doesn't will make it dye but Nintendo did tried but Nintendo doesn't there's more people who doesn't want it to dye people nowadays are powerful that Nintendo itself truth is
Hola
All you need to know is that he is a proud air pod owner and he actually thinks those are good quality headphones. That's all you need to know to see if his opinion is worth taking seriously or not. (It's not). A Bluetooth mod is the stupidest thing for a 3ds ever, along with a capture card. It's a 3ds. The resolution is very low. It isn't worth it and it reduces the battery life/durability. Not to mention it might give you a bunch of issues later down the line. The ONLY "upgrade" that is somewhat worth it, or at least not detrimental to the 3ds is the usb c charging port.
Stupid comment
no clue of what issues you are talking about. I do 3DS mods since 12 years now... And it is always what you intend to do with your console.
So you think that 6000 Capture Card installs that I have done are all for stupid people?? Take your pills and go back under your stone...
Ö
NOT worth it you have less then 1 week before the Servers shut down forever and once they DO the Dragon Quest 7 DLC dungeons will go WITH the Shutdown and likely you won't be able to access them for some of the best armors/shields in game weapons not so much.
I can't soft mode the console so once the Server's Shut down I still won't be able to access the DLC Dragon Quest 7 dungeons at all though the game is still beatable without access to them.
Those physical mods are pointless.
You know it’s really easy to stop watching a video if it isn’t what you thought it was right?
modding your 3ds is the worse thing you can do
This is so awesome
