Im gonna dispute each point for myself. Here it goes.
    1. Im not motivated by people. Im motivated by things i dont like
    2. Competition is kind of fun
    3. In engineering, which is what im learning, "what if" is the phrase after something fails. Basically "what if" means something totally different to me
    4. My room is a perfect example of my imperfectionist eyes
    5. Trial and error is as fun as competition
    6. Part of trial and error is doing the research to create a trial. Researching in the age of google is basically asking for help. Also military is confusing sometimes so asking for help is a must
    7. Im well aware when a genius is working with me
    8. Criticism makes me laugh
    9. I can stay up until 1AM and still wake up early with no alarm
    10. Im hardheaded also see number 2
    11. As a kid i was homeless off and on for years. Dont need money
    12. To be honest, this went over my head so no comment as of now
    13. No spouse so no problem
    14. I have a passion, music, and love to see people pick up instruments for the first time
    15. Im an introvert anyway so this one works out
Probably cappin on some plus many contradictions but oh well

I can relate to this. Started my recruitment firm, August 21st 2017 as a side hustle. Quit my good paying full time manager job in October 5th 2019, burned my bridges, and never looked back. Used my 401k funds and retirement funds to keep going. I will never stop because I will never hide behind the paycheck and miss out on my true potential and impact I will make in this world. Spot on PBD!

People are scared of what they don't know. A lot of people are smart enough to do business, they just don't want to put in the work. Let's not forget that 85-90 percent of small businesses are from immigrant families. Failure is an experience that hopefully, people will learn from, but shouldn't be feared. Fear is the assassin of desire. Great video Pat! Stay up!!

Perfectionism is just another form of fear because all it does is give you an excuse not to do it. Perfectionism buys you time. "When I get abc right then I'll move on to def". We all know there is no such thing as perfectionism. Perfectionism makes you feel good because it makes you appear smart but all it does is protect your ego from possible failure. When I realized this I stopped trying to be perfect and welcomed imperfection.

I, starting my entreprenuership journey in my parents company, find that the most difficult part is being lonely.. I played professional Volleyball, so competition and making decisions with risk involved isn’t something new. But loneliness is.. Rarely are there people who really are on your side and with whom you can open up to and be brutally honest, and these are the people you have to value the most. Greetings from Croatia.

This advice is golden. I didn't need it myself because I'm fully 100% sure that I don't have what it takes to be an entrepreneur, and even if I did, I don't want that lifestyle. However, there are LOTS of people who want to be entrepreneurs because its trendy and prestigious but who really have no business even trying. That's not a reason not to learn from entrepreneurs, but people should have a realistic understanding of themselves. Likening business with warfare (and shamelessly quoting Sun Tzu), if you know yourself and know the enemy, you need not fear defeat in a hundred battles, if you know yourself but not the enemy, then for every victory gained you will suffer a defeat. If you know neither yourself nor the enemy, then you will succumb in every battle. Most people are utterly clueless about who they are and what their limits and capabilities are, and this video is the sort of advice that will actually help them proceed with wisdom.

    1) I've been self motivated since forever.
    2) lol I don't come to compete I come to dominate.
    3) I've seen tracks to a massive win not too fuckin worried about it.
    4) perfection doesn't exist. Good to great is "perfect"
    5) lol bruh I worked for 11.5/hr for 11 yrs to ride this path. Lets roll!
    (Are you even trying?)
    6) I don't like asking for help in things I can easily handle. Im just looking for people that can do things at least 80% as well as I can. One of my rules is to ask so many questions you're annoying.
    7) Im not always a great number 1, but when it comes to business, don't you worry about me there.
    8) I take fault even if it "not my fault." There is ALWAYS something I could have done.
[When are you gonna bring the heat there bud?]
    9) the fuck is time off? I've worked EVERY SINGLE DAY since 2/11/17
    10) "im sorry when did I ask for your opinion senor-hasnt-done-shit."
11)sure im doing it for money but if that was all I would have quit long ago. Im doing this to make Nana right, to help my industry, to take care of my family and those that helped me.
    12) im not great with money but im getting better and have an idea on how to build a team to help me keep my spending in check.
    (Bruh, LIGHTWEIGHT!)
    13) a) im single b) the one women that was here while I've been building this has been amazingly supportive.
    14) lol SKIP!
    15) have you even met a Chef before? (Like Chef Darren McGrady for instance? Lmao)
    LIGHTWEIGHT!
Mmm haven't seen life of an entrepreneur in a few weeks. Going back!

Thanks for this video. Entrepreneurship is not for me. However, investing in other ways IS. Taking risk is not an issue for me, investing and diversifying my portfolio is more up my alley.

I think it is important for people to be honest with themselves about their strengths and weaknesses.

You're scaring the shit out of me, Patrick. How do you know what I feel and give the content EXACTLY at the right time when I need it most every single time? I was gradually quitting these days. I didn't say it to anybody I quit and even admit to myself. But still, I was losing my work ethic, winging it, and finding the shortcuts. My work ethic sucks. Thank you for showing my shitty face. I'll never let my future self down and I'm forever grateful for your efforts to deliver the best content and teaching the "wannabe" entrepreneurs like me (I have to admit that) to become the great ones.

I own a service plumbing, sewer and water company in Columbus, Ohio. I am often stressed but completely fulfilled by it. I never really worked on much specifically I just felt like I always was. Always obsessively focused on random things, always felt I had no resources so I'd work consistently through sacrifice of my time, my efforts and passion. I knew at 6 that business was what I wanted to do but didn't know what money was or the word entrepreneurship. I think the ones that tend to make it, the ones that eat the pressure and pain like a sandwich are the ones who went through the right struggles but were also wired for it from the start. There is an obsessive madness you see in those who know its their calling and no risk is too great if they carry that conviction. It's not a choice when it's your obligation to express yourself through capitalism. If it's not easy for you to get emotional talking about your mission in your own start up then your likely not in the correct business or who I'm talking about. I will retire when I die

15 is one of the most important in my opinion.
You learn A lot of things about yourself, your decisions, and your motivation when you’re sitting in your car with the mortgage and bills due the next day, having .33¢ in your bank account, counting enough change just to make sure your fiancé/wife and daughter have something to eat in the morning. Thinking to yourself is it all worth it...
Then the very next week making enough money to pay your bills plus some more... or having more than you even know what to do with.
Absolutely. In the end, it Absolutely it is.
That doesn’t last forever, and when your hit rock bottom, it’s only up from there.
To all the aspiring entrepreneurs out there, take the leap if you got the balls to do so.
It’ll be the best decision you’ll ever make.
But understand your bank account is going to have a stroke until you’re set up. Work smarter snd harder, and you’ll achieve your goals.
    I’m Living proof.

Going to a Church that doesn’t like me is making me feel like going, because God doesn’t care if they likes you or not. Because it’s ok not to like them. But one does have to Learn to Love them? I talked myself out of going. But now I have to ask God what he thinks about it. I said in the Sunday School Class: We all have to Love one another. The Pastor said, in his Sermon: He doesn’t see any reason why anyone has to Love a stranger, they don’t know! Thank you, Patrick. I found out your name by reading your Comments. I found a book of a business woman who got married & didn’t know how to managed her home. She struggled through it making too many mistakes. Our Mom wanted to teach us, but Dad said, “No!” So I thot maybe I can learn to be a Manager & How to Coax my family to join me in keeping it Clean! You. Here’s a silly thot: When I go look for work I can get on the job as a Manager, after experiencing it, as a Manager at home. I haven’t read the book yet. I dug it out couple months ago. I wanted a Calling in Church. God guided me out of Church to become a a Disciple. I’m in a Commitment now. It’s the Job I want. When I’m hired I’ll get 65. an Hour. I watched to the end, so where are you? With your suggestions. I’ll be watching Video’s now
