Very beautiful changes.
Heidi Stitching Fey does a lot of Fancy ladies. She does all kinds of patterns. She does really great work! Give her a watch.
They are all so beautiful. I would love to stitch one eventually.
Your projects are gorgeous. Following you to see more! 🦉🧵🩷
It’s very smart that you’re doing these while your eyes can do it. At 71, I’m only comfortable doing 14- count aida without having to use a magnifier
Those are absolutely beautiful so nicely stitched. Although l have no desire for this style of stitching with ladies, mermaids and fairies
Loved your video of fancy ladies. I hope to do several. Love hearing about your experiences and ideas on each lady along with why you made changes. You are very talented. Very happy you showed up on my feed.
I just like the large Mirabilias
All your Mirabilia’s are gorgeous and beautifully stitched.
Love your eye for color!! Beautiful fabrics and wonderful placements!
All of them are so lovely, and your fabric choices are perfect!! That Silkweaver Solo with The South Seas Mermaid is to die for! :-)
Thank you! Shes one of my favorites! :)
What a wonderful video. Your stitching is amazing. My favorite designer is Norahs mother, Marilyn Leavitt-Imblum and when I had finished almost all of her "Ladies" I was thrilled to find Norah Corbett. I have e stitched eight or ten of them and have just started Christmas in London.
Hi Joan. Lovely! I love them all, so I'm not surprised there are other fans. What IS surprising though is that I have yet to stitch a Lavender & Lace even though I have multiple patterns! Someday soon I intend to make one of her beautiful angels. I also intend to stitch Christmas In London, because I have all the supplies, & because she is phenomenal!!! :) How is she coming along?
Your channel just popped up on my feed and I have subscribed. Your stitching is exquisite! 🙋♀️🌸🇨🇦
Oh thank you! Glad you found me. Hope you check out my other channel, as that is where my stitching videos are being posted now. :)
Stunning!! Beautiful!!! TFS~chelle 🌻
Absolutely Beautiful projects. So nice to see these stitched up. I am waiting for a Crystal Symphony kit to arrive (it will be my first Mirabilia project). Love to hear that you enjoyed the Crystal Symphony chart. I’ve been doing mostly needlepoint with tapestry yarn in the past years and am returning to cross stitch after many years. The 32 linen is a bit daunting with these. It was helpful to know that you feel that the 32 count is worth the trouble. . Thank you for sharing these.
Beautiful projects! So glad I bumped into yoyr video! Your fabric chouces are superb and your stitching is beautiful!
Thank you so much! I hope you check out my other channel, as that is where my stitching videos are being posted now. :)
😮 these are gorgeous
Fabulous 🥰
Fiberartsamy does heaps of mirabilia. Your finished pieces are amazing!
I am so glad I found you. Everyone you showed is fabulous. Thank you so much for sharing. Happy Stitching! PAMC (PJ Stitcher)
I'm so glad you found me too! :) Thank you!
I just found your Flosstube channel. Wow! You’ve finished so many! Generally, how long do they take you to finish? I’ll be starting my first Mirabillia’s for my granddaughter’s and am so excited to begin! You are a pleasure to watch and listen to, and I look forward to more from you!
Well thank you very much! Super sweet of you! It depends on the size of the pattern of course & if it is the sole pattern you stitch on. Your stitching speed matters as well. In general, I would say 3-4 months is a pretty common time-frame, but it varies.
There are some that have taken longer, but I jump between projects a bit. They stitched faster before I found UA-cam. ;)
I've been away from posting videos for a while, but hope to hop back in for updates as I'm able. Thanks for stopping by & for commenting. :)
Your work is lovely and I especially like your personal touches because you improve the design with each change. I have collected a pile of the patterns and haven't had the nerve to start. There is something holding me back but I will begin one day. I have a few fully kitted up so I will begin there, but one at a time. Thank you for sharing.
You are so welcome! I was intimated to start my first Mira as well, but as you can probably tell, you quickly get over it! lol Don't keep waiting....JUMP IN! :)
your work is so beautiful and the little changes you make really elevate the pieces 💛💛 my first mirabilia pattern (Cinderella) arrived today
Your Mirabilias are glorious.
A new subscriber and admirer of your stitching...you have a great eye for color and fabric...Kindred Stitcher stitches these beautiful ladies...I think she has at least 35 videos so far...looking forward to viewing you in the future and best wishes 😊
Loretta....Thanks for hopping on! I always love hearing from new subscribers. Thanks you!
Very nice!
Subscribed to your channel!
Thank you!
Thanks and welcome
Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous
All of your finishes are absolutely stunning - the hand dyed fabric choices really set the designs off. Really enjoyed seeing your beautiful cross stitch artwork and loved them all. Your "Azalea" was a standout. I am working on the larger Mirabilias presently but like working on both. I think the mermaids are my favourites presently. To answer your query - The "LadyBirdstitcher" on flosstube has made approx 90 videos, and on many of these displays lots of Mirabilia WIPS and finishes on hand dyed fabric which are also lovely. Another which you may already know is M/s"Ohsewcrafty" 💞
Thank you so much! To be honest, after making this video....really, all I've been wanting to work on are Miras or Corbetts. :) I see that I have some videos to get caught up on! ;)
You do such beautiful stitching, I especially love your mermaids. I recently ordered and kitted a Mirabilia mermaid. The look of doing the skin 1 over 1 is stunning, do you mind explaining how you convert the pattern to make that work when the rest of the pattern is being stitched 1 over 2 on a 40 count ? Thank you for sharing all of your beautiful work.
Love all your stitching, new to your floss tube. How did you tackle the 1 over 1 skin
😍😍😍👏👏👏
What a lovely collection of beautiful stitches❣️I like both, miras and noras. I am stitching on September Saphire Fairy while watching this😊
Do you watch Lorna the Ladybird stitcher? She is Austrailian and stitches a lot of miras. She filmed a mira parade at the end of last year, I think.
Thank you for sharing💜xx
Hello lady. ;) Honestly I haven't watched much UA-cam lately, but want to get back into that groove. I guess I need to go see this Mira Parade of hers! :) Hope your Sapphire is coming along beautifully!
Absolutely love your Miribilia/Nora Corbett finishes, stunning!!!
What is the artwork behind you? It’s beautiful! 💗
Thank you so much! I knew who the artist was at one point but have since forgotten. It's "Olivia" something. Meant to mention the name in a previous video but it kept slipping my mind.
Thank you for taking the time to show your finishes. They are all beautiful. Try Cross Stitch with Luda or Yany Stitcher on Flosstube. They both do Have completed many Mirabilias. Are you going to frame your work yourself. Look forward to your next video. Xx
Thank you much for the suggestions, Stella, & the comment. :)
Your welcome. ❤️x
New subscriber here. Your projects are beautiful. My favorites from what you showed were the SIlver Moon Tea and South Seas Mermaid. If you don’t mind me asking, how long does it take to stitch one of the large Miribila projects?
It depends on the size. The mermaids are quicker stitches, but the motivation level really determines the time-frame. I am a little slower stitcher in general....(Thanks to my perfectionist mentality) , so it can take me 2-3 months for a larger Mira, but it's been a while since I've tackled one. Really, everyone's different. My Mom is a speedy Gonzales & finished things much quicker than I. lol
I love the fabrics you picked for each one. What kind of fabric is it and where could I get some?
Hi Cathy....that is a loaded question! lol
I get my fabric from many different places - quite a few of them were purchased several years ago. You can try Silkweaver, Polstitches, PictureThisPlus, Fiberlicious...There are others also
that I am not as familiar with, including some new brands I have not tried yet. Ebay can be a good resource as well.
One tip I would have for you though is to not have your heart set on a particular fabric working for a particular pattern - they oftentimes appear differently in person, so make sure you are flexible on which cross stitch project the fabric will be used for. Something it can look perfect on the computer & look completely different in person, especially if you are special ordering from a wesite. Remember that every piece is unique. I hope this helps. :)
Hi Christy!
Your Mirabilia’s are beautiful! I was wondering do you use hoops for your projects? And if you do any tips in moving them on already stitched areas?
Hello & thank you for the comment! I do not use hoops anymore unless it is a very small project that won't fit in a QSnap. I found that my stitched were more likely damaged with a regular hoop method. I think it was actually while working on my first Mira I decided to not use them anymore. I felt that the Hand Dyed fabric would also fare better as well.
If you've not tried it I really do recommend the qsnaps... I've never gone back to the regular hoops.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help with the suggestions. :(
Hola tienes el gráfico de venetian opulence y florentina gracias

I must say your artworks or stitched works are so wonderful and magnificent. So why are they called mirabilia?
I didn't design them, I only stitched them, so I can't answer your question....but I thank you for the compliment! :)
Hey I learnt that Mirabilia itself is the name of the company.
Какая красота. Ткань окрашена волшебно. Жаль, ниче не понимаю. В школе плохо язык учила.
15 beads on 32 count
Can you do these on aida
are there any tutorial on how to get on the fabric
I know of many places you can buy fabrics, but I don't know of any tutorials.
I discovered a hand dying company in the UK through another flosstuber. It's sparklies.co.uk. Gorgeous fabrics, I'm going to pick some up. Passing it along in case you haven't heard of them and are interested.
Hello....Yes, I have heard of Sparklies, but I haven't tried them yet! I'd love to hear your opinion on the fabric when you try it! I haven't ordered from a UK site for a lonnng time. Thanks for the note!
I just discovered your channel. If you haven't already been directed to her - check out Stitching Pharmer's channel. Its Nora Corbett and Mirabilia galore. Take care and stay safe!
Thanks for the tip! :)
