There was way too much going on in 2020. I started taking daily walks just to be able to get out of the house and have some mental clarity. I’m just tackling this program in 2023. The final message really hit home. 3 years later and my heart still aches just as it did when all of this happened. Thank you for addressing such a sensitive topic and thank you for standing in solidarity with us.

I really like how Sydney enforces the fact that your very best does not have to be perfect. I have Multiple Sclerosis and there are some positions that my body just won't do. The modifications that Sydney suggests usually help me get through the workout. I also like the comment about "lifting someone up today." This was totally Mental and Physical for me. Continuing to better myself by doing new exercises. Challenged by the Turkish Get ups! I had to pause and rewind. Made myself do the circuit 2 times if my form was shitty! I will get better! I will grow within! I will enjoy this entire process of sculpting my body and getting mental focus while training! Thank you Sydney and Dustin for ALL you do for US!!!

Another fantastic workout to help with strengthening my lower back. As for my self-help, I'm a leadership development consultant and professional coach. My focus is on how we communicate with others and I live, eat and breath this every day as I work with teams and individuals. If I'm not in a good place I can't serve my clients well. To help me get there I remind myself - my thoughts create my experiences and these thoughts are created in my brain. Most of the time, 99%, stories I tell myself. Acknowledging a thought(s) helps me determine what I want to do with it. The majority of the time I will reframe and other times I sit with it until it I'm ready to let it go. It is my decision to let it go, not the thought's decision.

I was happy for the cool down. My body has been hurting and exhausted for the past week. I thought the extra 60 seconds straight was hard from Tuesday. This two minutes straight was tough, but I'm ready to keep pushing and getting stronger 💪! 🖐️🖐️ To everyone that finished this workout!

It’s sad how I judge my own body on how it LOOKS but I forget all the wonderful things it CAN do! This work out showed me that yes I have 50 pounds to lose but I was able to keep up and love every second of it!

was feeling super sore, unmotivated, cloudy and feeling sorry for myself from having a pain in my arm from who knows what (lol) but got up and did this workout - halfway through I realized I am so happy I got up and was doing it bc this time of the day is just about ME and i'm doing something I love to do!! :) great workout!!
My Butt and Legs were so sore from yesterday's workout so those Turkish getups were tough! But I crushed this workout in spite of this soreness!!! I loved the longer work periods which helped really be able to focus on the form and intensity! Keep it up squad!!!
I’m a gym rat but discovered Sydney when we were all quarantined. I’m in love with her!!! She has totally changed the way I view working out at home. I completely agree! I have taken Sydney on cruises and vacations! Taking up a small area of the gym! I have had several women ask me what and who i am working out to. This workout wasn't posted in time for me on Thursday, so I did it today (Friday)...what a great workout. It reminds me of a story...if you hold a glass of water with your arm extended for one minute, it's no problem. If you do it for one hour, your arm is sore. If you do it for one day, your arm is numb. But, the weight of the glass of water never changes. Same is true for 2 minute exercise length vs. 30 seconds. And, oh yes...I crushed it (well, maybe part of it!).
Man it was hard getting out of bed this morning and that first toilet 🚽 squat was a killer! 😬 Todays video was different and hard but that is what I love about Sydney I want to be challenged with new ideas and ways of doing strength training. I am saying goodbye to heavy lifting and embracing Sydney’s way of exercising!
