I never imagined I'd be doing these type of challenging workouts, but have discovered this is EXACTLY what my body needed. I've been working out for 30+ years and, after this past year with Sydney, I have transformed my body like never before. My husband has been totally impressed with my improvements and compliments me often. He even says "HI" to Sydney every morning while I'm working out!! We BOTH love you girl. I’m proud of myself for finishing the first week of Summertime Fine 2.0. This is my first time doing the Summertime Fine workout program and I’m embracing the challenge. My arms are still sore from yesterday.
I’ve been so nervous about today, I tried a Pilates video by Sydney before and it was the hardest shit I ever did. So when I saw Pilates on June’s calander I was shaking in my boots!!!! 😳😳😳 wish me luck Squad. *UPDATE* that shit was definitely as hard as I feared it would be but I crushed it 😩
This isn’t one of those high intensity can’t catch your breath workouts, it’s a slow burn that continues to burn,,,,,,, and burn! Challenging and I crushed it. Thank you Sydney.
I used to get discouraged when I struggled through a workout like I did through this one, but Sydney has taught me that a challenge is just a way to improve. The easy workouts don’t make us stronger!

Recovering from a concussion and haven’t been able to do my Sydney workouts for almost a week (which is a long time for me!). I finally felt like I might be able to do some more intense stuff, but needed something that was going to be low impact, not super strenuous weights, etc. typically skip all these yoga/Pilates type workouts because they aren’t as fast paced/cardio-ish as I’d like. But today… this was EXACTLY what I needed! Glad I was able to go revisit one I haven’t done before. Our girl Syd is always there when we need her with all these options in her playlists!! ❤️❤️❤️
I love all your workouts, (some I have to modify a bit @ 61 years young), but this one really spoke to me! Please do more in this Pilates/cardio style!!

@@sha6628 I’m on day 59 and I can’t believe I’m sticking to it. Sydney makes it easy. The workouts are amazing. Each month there is a different focus. I’ve seen great improvement in strength and tone. My clothes also fit better. I love spaghetti straps lol stick with it. Good luck!!

I recorded this one about learning through the process vs. having it all planned out perfectly. I’m going to use this at work to show one of the workers that I supervise whose having a hard time with this concept in her work duties. Love how her messages translate to all areas of life!! Sydney is beyond her years!

This was a lot more challenging than I thought! I actually really enjoy Pilates classes because they are challenging in a very different way than other workouts like HIIT, which I also love! Who knew little tiny movements repeated could burn so much?!?

I did this as a rest day workout because I woke up with tons of energy but a little muscle soreness from a Crush (2022) arms workout. This workout is 🔥 and I am sweating. 🙏 Sydney for offering such great variety!
I dont know if it was intentional but I really appreciated not knowing the time for the set we were doing. It helped me focus on the move and listen for you to tell me when to stop not the clock. Loved this workout!

I loved this workout ! I have done so many of your workouts but I enjoyed a break from heavier weights . I feel when I go down to a 5 lb weight that the workout is going to be too easy. That’s not the case for this workout! I would love to see more of these workouts! I feel great!😊

Super challenging, sneaky burn, but I finished it and pushed through. I missed one day and slacked one workout where I didn’t finish it but I’m moving on from week one knowing I can challenge myself and push myself through the next coming weeks. One day at a time.

Surprised myself and really liked this workout. I was wanting some glute and ab focus. Once again, Sydney delivered!

Super challenging, sneaky burn, but I finished it and pushed through. I missed one day and slacked one workout where I didn’t finish it but I’m moving on from week one knowing I can challenge myself and push myself through the next coming weeks. One day at a time.
Love your Pilates workouts! I do Pilates regularly and it’s really improved my overall strength especially in my core. Keep making these type of workouts!!!👍👍

I haven’t started the workout yet... but I’m eager to see my progress in Pilates at the beginning of this challenge towards the end of the challenge. As of now I’m a little apprehensive and this isn’t my strong suit BUT I’m ready to be stronger! LOVE YOU SYDNEY!

Wow never done any power Pilates before- my core is weak so I’ve always shied away from this type of workout which I know is incredibly stupid of me! I absolutely loved this and definitely will do more- thank you Sydney!
