Посмотрел ролик все довольно хорошо и вкусно на любителя мяса свежей рыбы,ну лучше оставлять одно мясо рыбы и мариновать соль перец черный лук и сок лимона оставить на 1 час и испечь на сетке тогда и будет самая вкусная печеная рыба

Шкурка - самое вкусное в карпе. Они ее не чистят, саму рыбу не маринуют. Поэтому думаю это блюдо могло бы быть вкуснее. Это скорее быстрый вариант для неискушенного потребителя - набить живот.
