I had issues swallowing for a bit back when I was in my 40’s. My doctor put me through all these tests but found nothing. i did some digging and figured out it was due to medication I was taking that my doctor had prescribed. Trouble swallowing was one of the side effects. I got off the medication and my issue went away.

I have a neuromuscular autoimmune disease called myasthenia gravis. It gave me terrible problems with swallowing until it was able to be controlled with certain medications. This was a very helpful video because it can be hard for me to tell between normal swallowing problems and actual MG flareups. My MG is pretty well under control, but I still have trouble swallowing water if I'm leaning back. Now I see that that is just normal. All of this channel's videos are extremely helpful. I have found that a whole foods plant based has been extremely helpful in navigating this disease and other health problems. I am feeling great these days. Thankful for this info, for WFPB diet info, and for the amazing medical intervention for my MG.

SaO2 of 90 - 93 has been routine for me my whole adult life depending on what I'm doing, and with a clean bill of health. There is a reason that individualized medicine is the future. So many fears have been generated, and worse, medical / surgical mistakes made, from generalizing anything to a whole population. Yes, check with at least two doctors, preferably busy specialists, on any "supposed to" number that you may differ from "normal" in, and the same with any abnormal scan or other testing. (And they should preferably be doctors / specialists who don't know each other well and/or may have a tendency to confirm the other's opinion without skepticism.)

Hi doctor, thank you for your great videos. I’ve been having hives regularly, is there anything I can take naturally, apart from immune suppressants. Thank you.

I’m just getting over a case of bronchitis and the coughing is worst. I’ve had pneumonia and don’t remember coughing as much as this.
