    Thank you Dr. Liu!
    1. Eat more foods with fiber, such as beans
    2. Eat what white meat because it has less saturated fat.
    3. Eat chicken without the skin.
    4. Cook your chicken slowly so you don’t burn your foods which releases chemicals that cause cancer.
    5. Eat chicken that are not fed antibiotics for our gut health and to prevent antibiotic resistance.
    6. All meats have saturated fats that cause insulin resistance so eat more vegetables.
There is so much good information! Thank you for doing all these nutritional videos for preventive health care.😊

Best thing is to adopt a low fat low salt whole food plant based diet. There is zero need to eat someone else's body for us humans any more. We live in abundance.😊

This podcast or whatever, has been really motivational!
About a month ago I stopped eating all meat except pickled herring. I stopped eating sugar. I started eating more whole fruits and vegetables, both cooked and raw. I don't always buy organic produce, but, I try to. I think a variety is a good idea. I'm not trying to lose weight. I just want to be as healthy as I can be and I realize that all the stuff I eat is what comprises my body. I've even switched from oatmeal in the a.m. to organic hulled barley instead. I might sweeten with some berries or not.
I've gotten into the habit of pre-soaking my brown rice, my barley, my beans and lentils and even my oats, overnight. Oh, ya, I still eat eggs. I've started growing sprouts!
Maybe if I'd known to eat better sooner, I wouldn't have had to have 8 inches of my large intestine removed. My current dietary input has not been problematic in that regard. (I have an ostomy) Stopping eating sugar is the most important part of the change. I think not eating meat is an easy fix but that darned sugar. whoa. It is easily substituted for with fruit. It takes a bit of intent and will power to stop eating sugar. I used to think that the half teaspoon I'd put into my coffee or black tea wasn't all that harmful. Now, I think it's a tease to get me to eat other sugar laden products.
My biggest hurdle seems to be peanut butter. I crave it. I've been eating more than 1/4 cup of whole nuts everyday, in addition to eating at least 2 tbs. of natural peanut butter and I still want more. At least I'm not eating hydrogenated oils.
I'm also making an attempt to grow some produce on my screen porch. I don't have any garden space except there or in side. Then I'll have to be concerned with the H.O.A. if I get too productive. There's a limit of 2 plant pots per porch here.

I thought chickens weren't given antibiotics in the USA, but turns out they just give time for the drugs to clear their body and the drug resistance remains.
Declining meat quality during 2020 helped me decide to go Whole Food Plant Based completely in November 2020. Plant based proteins are easier on the kidneys and don't have the viral risk of meat.

I am so glad I found your channel! I downloaded your food guide and I’m shocked. I’ve been Whole Foods plant based for years now & I’m definitely not eating enough! It’s no wonder I suffer with energy levels. I read the starch solution book & he said to only eat 1 cup of beans a day & no fat at all. I’m going to follow your guide & hopefully I’ll feel better. Thank you for all the great information!!
Thank you for the information on chickens also. They make wonderful pets. I don’t think people realize how smart & sweet they can be 😊 I have 30 very spoiled chickens plus a rooster bachelor pad. It’s sad to me how many are killed & eaten every year.

I study canine nutrition on a holistic level. I feed our dogs a completely raw diet. Never cooked bones of any kind as they are toxic, but we feed raw meaty bones to dogs every single day. Never from the store as they are coming from feed lot animals heavy with corn. If the bones come from grass fed or pasture raised animals, you are good to go. Working with a holistic/integrative veterinarian only is the way to go. Zero kibble diet.
