its because ashikai need to thread the balance or she will ascend into aeonhood. if she keeps the balance she will not be an aeon because the equilibrium is already in power.
Ashikai, you forgotten about an important detail the Time Titan noticing the Trailblazer that they took a picture of the titan with March's camera which gave that reaction
and the "mother" title is regardless of which Trailblazer you chose, which might further reinforce that they were referring to March which begs a question: where the hell did March get her camera?!
This is such an important detail that can negate her Elisya=mother theory (Unless March is Elisya) i really don't understand how she can miss one such gigantic crucial information lol.
I thought about that too, but we also saw the Titan not react so strongly to the camera when it was placed on the scale against the fate of the world. It's not the camera, as much as I thought it was at first too.

in the ending where you choose to leave, elio ISNT in the credits which is strange if finality is really the third path. i 100% agree that the third path is enigmata now. maybe mythus is like creatures of the enigmata in the aspect of hiding themselves (or at least their true identity)? plus, they rival both remembrance and erudition, which makes a more understandable combination
28:00 Mems powers aren't "time travelling to the past", what she does is create a vision of the past based on the things she has learned about it up to that point. Just like Oronyx' powers aren't "restoring something to a previous point in time", but to "what it would have looked like".
For context, it's from the readable "The World in Oronyx's Eyes". Text taken from the book: "Although the Titans are indeed supreme beings, they are not omnipotent. The miracle of Oronyx is not to be able to directly "see" the past or future, but it is to be able to "extrapolate" them. Do not underestimate the importance of this distinction. In my opinion, if Oronyx was truly willing to help us predict the weather each day (or should I say, the tempers of Aquila)... Then there is a very real possibility that they could be mistaken."
but then how does tampering with a simulation of the past affect the reality of the present? If this is true then all the things TB and Castorice did in the "past" wouldn't have had any effect on the present no?
@@valerie_sees it may be a bit convoluted, but i think it could be the "time rewind" power tb uses on some puzzles but on a bigger scale. the time rewind rewinds an object to a point where its not broken (or u can think of it as copy a back up on top of the broken one depending how much u believe in the simulation theory) what we did with nikador is essentially the same, rewinding his time to a point where all the fragments r together, but while also being in the simulated past by mem, therefore givin the ilusion that "we changed point a in time, n this caused point b to changr aswelll"

One thing that shocked me while doing a side quest is that upon pulling out our penacony hat someone responded asking not to be threatened by Phagousa's relics, which not only directly connects the titans to an Aeon, but connects the hedonistic Phagousa with a cup symbol to Harmony instead of Elation!
Don't you find Black Swan EXTREMELY suspicious lately ? I mean, back in 2.2 (when we were still stuck in the Dreamscape), Black Swan : _ proposed to go the the Glass Belt PATREVIA (home of a branch of the Mourning Actors) _ promised March she would NEVER see her in her room. But since our return to reality (2.3 and onward), she : _ switched her destination for AMPHOREUS. _ got caught coming out of March's room TWICE (in 2.3 and 3.0). _ kinda acts like she's meeting Dan Heng for the first time, even though she already interacted with him in 2.2. _________ On top of that, if we chose the Bad Ending (leaving Amphoreus after the interrogation), we then return safely to the Express... but Black Swan has mysteriously disappeared without saying goodbye : that's odd. ______ Oh, and who volunteered to look after MARCH when she started to feel unwell ? We know how that one turned out.... ______ All that to say, i'm starting to believe "dream" Black Swan (from 2.0 to 2.2) and "reality" Black Swan (from 2.3 onward) are two different persons.... ...I would even say "reality" Black Swan is ELATING. _______ Bonus point : "reality" Black Swan is the only one who told us there are THREE PATHS on Amphoreus. So, don't be surprised if we find a 4th or 5th Path there....
Black swan has been Sus from the start , she sometimes says stuff in riddles or in forms of sentences you cannot understand unless you go through the story once . Very likely she orchestrated or rather helped in orchestrating this trip to amphoreous . Plus black swan said she would “take care” of march but coincidentally she is nowhere to be found in the last cutscene of the story quest ? , this suggests that whether or not we returned , black swan always planned to leave after setting our destination to amphoreous
@@capriciaelcid4743 Yep, most likely. Pretty sure we can even pinpoint the moment the switcharoo took place : at the end of 2.3, when "blaxk swan" comes out of March's room (the ONE room she promised she would never be seen in). Also, at that moment, she talks to Dan Heng like she's meeting him for the first time... even though Black Swan had already interacted with him in 2.2.
5:16 This language problem haven't got answered yet in the story but I bet it has some pretty major part in the future plot twist. So keep an eye for that part.
Yeah, it's either being brought up now as chekov's gun later or they're just making jokes about it with no lore connection, and it feels much more like the former right now
Also, about Castorice's 2nd half, take this with a grain of salt but it's probably some sort of twin sister, which ends up being that undead dragon which i heard is called Pollux (as in the roman story of castor and pollux which were brothers i believe) and also castorice tells us about a story of a girl who turns into a dragon when we talk to her at some point in the game, i forgot when and where but she mentions it. So i will assume Thanatos somehow took her sister's soul and turned her into an undead dragon, getting her back will probably make castorice complete
I thought the whole of amphoreus was a sort of simulation, nous simulates the story and the events, fuli makes the whole system work with the memoria and some sort of memory time loop, and mythus brings the characters to life, all for the sake of creating divinity through a shared project, or to create someone able to slay divine creatures (such as aeons) to avoid some sort of cosmic catastrophy (maybe the one qlipoth is wary against) so maybe in millions of simulations, one of the flamechasers either becomes an aeon, or an aeon-slaying entity
Let me just quickly note, Infinity can also be seen as a symbol representing Past(left side), Present(intersection point) and Future(Right side), and specifically ideas of the future affecting the present and affecting the past, albeit the Triquetra has also been used as a symbol of past, present and future (but since it's already been used in other contexts in other hoyoverse games and Infinity is more linked to eternity symbolically.)
@@Dockingmad they remind me of Ratio too. And I think Ratio and Sunday have similarities too, carrying books and having half blue half white clothes, having gold accessories lol
@@Dockingmad I’ve heard blue, gold and white might be colors that represent divinity? Jade has this blue half white half outfit too and she has relations both to Eve and the snake that offered the apple from the Bible. Phainon also fits into this color scheme. I realised another Ratio and Sunday similarity though. It’s the statues (Ratio technique and Sunday in his ult). In the recent photo taking event it was mentioned Ratio’s statues are made of marbles. While in 2.7 quest, Sunday is told by Wonweek that if he keeps pressuring himself he might break like a slab of marble. And the enemies in Amphoreus also seems to be statues that come alive when you go near them. Perhaps it’s all just religious themes and they all happen to overlap here.
@omnaaa yeah that does make sense but having Sunday here on this mission makes me think there must be a deeper connection here. since for what other reason would they have made him part of the crew for this expedition? Your logic is symbolism, mine is video game logic since I'm a little dumb for the other explanations
I've been recovering from eye surgery (twice) since 3.0 released. I've finally got enough vision back and comfort from the eye to be able to play a little each day and made a start, but knowing I've got this to look forward to is a little extra motivation.
I hope the future story confirms my theory that Mem was actually meant for March 7th. I haven't seen anything regarding the possibility that the MC was gazed on by mistake because they were holding her Camera.
This is really helpful partly because in this patch itself let alone over several patch i could not keep the details together to make whole sense and this recap helped
Thank you so much for doing this, I know I'd be lost halfway through the Amphoreus story if I didn't have a good summary of each quest to keep referencing. Your summaries are always on point, you know how to pick out the most important plot points, and your commentary is engaging too.
Thank you for recalling this long story! I mean I did the quest and read all of it but did it quite understand lol! Thanks! I can’t wait for the next lore drop in 3.1
you are amazing for making these because i definitely will foeget minor details. i sometimes even miss small details in stories, till i watch someone else go through it again and catch it the 2nd time
Yaay, I’m so glad to see your new video ❤ even tho I’ve completed the Amphoreus story twice and watched a bunch of lore videos about it hehe. When it’s your video, I love it regardless
Ty so much for doing a video like this! After all of penacony was leaked it’s almost impossible to watch a “theory” unfold since there’s a chance that creator is just… reading a script. The other reason this is amazing is, well you said it yourself, the story is going to be long af. I can imagine I’ll be going back at 3.4 or something just for a solid recap.
I love Amphoreus so much already. The lore and story telling is so good and the fact that this epic 10 hour quest is only the beginning makes me so excited
I wonder if The Remembrance and The Erudition coming into such close contact might risk one path getting swallowed up by the other. They're both Aeons fixated on the collection of knowledge, after all, even if their reasons for it differ. Maybe the Enigmata is the only one keeping things twisted long enough to keep them apart.
Not really. Remembrance and Erudition do different things. Remembrance is the retention of things experienced but Erudition is about asking questions and finding the answers. Knowledge is NOT a focus of the Erudition path, it's a by-product. Erudition is about asking questions and finding out the answers. The answer is just the signal to move on to the next question.
Great video and a great idea, no doubt I'm gonna forget stuff over 8 whole patches! Gotta say though, I'm surprised you were able to talk about the "heretical black tide from beyond the sky" without showing your favourite forbidden knowledge Deshret scene 😂😂 (i know they're separate things from separate games but you gotta see the similarities lol)
great ideaa to have a recap of each patch as they come out. a year long story is bound to have some details here n there forgotten. ill likely be revisiting this video n its future parts many, many times since om obsessed with amphoreus
yeay! more Star Rail!!! Cant wait for a 8 hour theory explaining all of amphoreus, honkai impact 3rd similarity, the titans, and why The Herta is so smart yet so dumb
Mem and march are parts of cyrene. that's why she "disappeared" also that is why the chrysos heirs havent been able to complete the prophecy, they are missing a chrysos heir, and that is why march is reacting to amphoreos, once march and mem combine they will regain their memories and they will be able to complete the prophecy and end the loop, also 5 stars march 7 🤞
It also make sense why Phinon will not become the demigod of Strife cause in the book, his constellation is that of Kephile while Mydei's constellation is that of Nikador
@@batsybatsybats_There is the possibility that Phinon will be the last to ascend to demigod-hood cause Kephile will be the last Titan to fall since they're needed the most to protect Okhema
@Haytchie made an interesting comment about Oronyx making a mistake, gazing on the Trailblazer thinking it was March, because of the camera. If Titans can change form so easily it’s a very plausible mistake, but I want to elaborate on that idea a bit. The way I see it, there’s two options: Oronyx was told that the Trailblazer would appear one day with the camera - I think given how Oro says “Mother missed you”, that means either Cyrene obtained the camera, or March = Cyrene (popular theory but I don’t really like it). Since we keep on taking pictures of the Titans and the environment though, I wouldn’t be surprised if that creates a bootstrap paradox, where the pictures in the camera are the basis used by that “mother” to create Amphoreus and those Titans as they are now - to be honest, I briefly considered if the camera itself was “mother”, but it sounds more like it’s Mem. Anyways Mem using time travel isn’t new but I feel for either of these two to “miss” the Trailblazer, they’d have to come from after meeting them. The current idea is more or less that March interacted with Amphoreus and then ended up in ice somehow, but I think it’s more likely that March came to Amphoreus (or at least came back) AFTER meeting the Trailblazer in some capacity. There’s definitely time travel shenanigans going on here somehow and it’s really messing with my head when it comes to theorising. Past March could’ve met Future Trailblazer, been sent into space in ice to join the astral express, then stayed in the past to start the loop, becoming Future March (Cyrene?), and then running into Present Trailblazer when they reach Amphoreus (as Mem?). On an entirely different note, based on the vibes the red mystery Chrysos Heir is giving, I think she’s meant to be an expy of Mobius, who as far as I could tell was notably missing from the Chrysos Heirs line up otherwise (not that that necessarily means anything tho). That’d at least link her to the infinity symbol because Mobius represents the Ouroboros and Eternity. If she’s March then that’d link March to Cyrene, as the 13th Titan associated with Infinity. I really want March and Cyrene to be separate people who interact with each other, and I can definitely imagine that current March is somewhat de-aged compared to Past, Chyrsos Heir March, which would again link her to Mobius. This is where the lines blur and there’s either misinformation or missing information which I think makes it more or less impossible to figure out what’s going on with these two. There’s a LOT of hints but also info that never quite matches up. Like, if March is a Memokeeper she can alter her own form, same as Black Swan, but does that mean her original form is Cyrene or that conversely Cyrene is the disguise and March is the true form? It would certainly be an interesting twist on the Mobius x Elysia dynamic, if I’m right about that. Nonetheless, as much as I don’t want it to be true, there’s a chance March, or at least a version of her, stays behind to build Amphoreus, maybe whilst her current or future self goes on to adventure with the Astral Express.
Still can't believe we were friends with the Stellaron Hunters in our past life. And the fact that we are basically family. The reunion is about to be interesting
It makes total sense that the Prophecy to be tampered in retro spec. A history fitionalogist being the cause is kinda a fair call if Enigmata happens to be the 3rd Aeon. Seeing how the story is going, I think in by 3.3 we will get the last 5 coreflames but will fail to save Amphoreous due to the false/cursed prophacy, and due to it being a loop, only the Trailblazer and Dan Heng(IF Mem can protect him) will remember the failure(thanks to the Rememberance Path) as Amphoreous restructures itself to start a new loop(only if the theory of Amphoreous is trapped in a samsara loop that is), but this time when Amphoreous restructures, the rest of the Express will join us in Amphoreous, and we might be able to use Mem's power to save Cyrene(which kinda means helping Meme(Cyrene, if the speculation that Mem IS Cyrene is true)) from being killed in the past and that ultimately alters the future, but the present Chrysos Heir will still remain(IF we bring Cyrene from the past into the future), and thanks to Cyrene being alive but just missing between the past and present, the Thirteenth Titan might not be missing(That is if the Thirteenth was preparing itself to merge with Cyrene to save Amphoreous but when Cyrene died, it had to go into hiding and wait for a suitable heir to replace Cyrene, but if the Samsara loop theory is correct, means that new suitable heir never appeared, which resaults in Amphoreous's desctruction). However, I think it might not be 3.3 but 3.5(that is if Shaoji and the other wirters plan on making us go through the coreflame retrival again but with different methods and new encounters), cuz if it's 3.3, what in the world will they do with the 3.4~3.7
Amphoreus is literally the perfect planet for Ashikai to farm lots of lore content out of considering how similar it is to Teyvat like the Abyss = Black Tide, Coreflames = Gnosis, Titans = Archons, Phainon = ....Paimon ig!? since both are a yapper😂 or maybe Phanes since their names are similar to each other
Phainon a yapper? Did we played teh same game? Our first encounter with him he literally gave like a extremely short one line summary of the important things. And later on in the bath places, he basically left with Aglaea the whole explanation of the lore (and Agly herself also left for the Nymphas teh whole thing lmao)
I'm not sure about the Mem part because Onoryx is the one that told Mem to help us, and the titan didnt seem to treat Mem with the deferance you would expect if she was the creator of all titans. March on the other hand fits that role like a glove, it was her camera that made Onoryx notice us, and her ties to the remebrance path have been teased for a long while, and Onoryx called Fuli "Sky father"
the more we get into it the more i just cant stop thinking about the flamechasers, the herrscher of corruption, ely being the herrscher of humanity and everything else... but im so excited for the story im loving it so far
20:45 There is a chance that 13 Titans do exist, this is because the MC will likely be like a mini Chrysos Heir because there are 13 Flame Chasers in HI3, but without the MC there are only 12 Chrysos Heirs and not 13
what I don't get about amphoreus is, ironically yet unexpectedly, the timeline. So when we go back to the past, the people are talking about how Mydei is the exiled crown prince that wants to kill his father or something, and that was during the chrysos wars, so was the chrysos war hundreds of years ago or just like 10 years ago? Because then tribbie and aglaea talk about how they're hundreds of years old yet that assassin elder from okhema talks about how aglaea was a little girl and that should've been hundreds of years ago so is the elder also an ageless chrysos heir or just some long-life species?? Also, are all chrysos heirs long lived or only the demigods who acquired the coreflame? Idk if maybe you picked on some details about that because their ages and timeline looks confusing af to me
@thatminer7174 true, he could be a special case, but i still don't understand how that elder assassin lady treated aglaea like a child...aglaea had hundreds of years to build unparalleled influence in Okhema, she should be the real elder...
A bit of correction: in the story, after the interrogation, you can choose to leave immediately and the sky titan doesn't shoot you down. It seems they don't want Amphoreus locals to leave, but anything else from beyond the sky leaving would be great.
March 7th is a “memory” of Cyrene, an Emanator of the Remembrance. Cyrene might have faced an Emanator of the Enigmata which explains why she seems to have sustained damage in the form of memories. Sending a piece of herself out to space for aid! Boom! Crack theory.
I noticed how Mem's voice actor sounds so similar to Cryne's voice actor, also she's probably connected to March 7th since Oronyx looked at her camera and said mother regardless of TB gender. Also march is in Ice again so definitely connected
I wanna mention how eerily similar the sky titan is to Ronova and how the black tide corruption looks eerily similar to the destruction of Khaenri'ah. The spawning of madness and monsters also reminds me of the abyss... just a thought.
I don't think Cyrene is the titan, but a Chrysos Heir who was supposed to inherit this "mother" titan coreflame and thus shared similarities with them. Reason I think so is: If Mem = Cyrene then Oronyx was with her the entire time, but she senses traces of "mother" when Trailblazer takes a snap using March's camera and sends Mem after it. Ends up catching a glimpse of Fuli, who she calls "sky-father", and Mem(or Cyrene) is looking for Mother too.
24:01 actually i would say Elysium Everlasting, but its still related to Elysia. i would recommend actually looking into Elysium Everlasting, because Aedes Elysiae DOES look closely to it. also the 13th titan linking to Cyrene... ouch. HI3 SPOILERS (this comment was written BEFORE i continued from 24:01 btw...) Elysia was numbered as the 13th herrscher, and she popped up as such after all the 12th herrschers (which makes sense, because they are numbered by the order of appearance, although really, Elysia was the first (or rather the 0) herrscher of the previous era) all the 13th titan mentions and then linking it to Cyrene (a very obvious Elysia variant)... hurts. it hurts so much. someone stop this.
27:14 , I would just like to quickly point out from your last videos here that this men’s ability is also quite a strong clue or rather confirmation that the third path converging in amphoreous is enigmata since they have said to have the power of changing the past (information) to differentiate the future (as you said in your last video on amphoreous as that is the way how enigmata counters nous’s perfect calculations ) so mem is possibly also a path strider of the enigmata ? And if that somehow turns outs to be true that it’s very likely that Cyrene is the history Fictionologist that altered the prophecy or is related to the said history fictionologist . Edit: Now this might not look convincing at first glance but this would explain how mythus (the aeon of enigmata) intends to interfere with nous . Hold on , this is gonna take some time and it’s essentially just a theory but I believe to be a decently solid one so here I go , originally due to the machine emperor’s war amphoreous was effected by the anti-organic life equation and then to try and save amphoreous the 13th titan “mother” introduced a prophecy but due to some unknown reason this prophecy wasn’t fulfilled (very likely because the crysos heirs were not complete ) so an emanator of enigmata (or maybe just a history fictionologist) ALTERED the prophecy and some fundamental information of the world’s memories so that it would become easier for the people of amphoreous to have a chance in saving their world ? , this would explain why the “black tide” spawns monsters because in your previous amphoreous video you said that the anti organic equation could be “cured” by altering or removing the memories of the time period in which the machine/lifeform were effected by the equation , so maybe the black tide spawns “monsters” in the form of small corrupted memories/parts of the equation which vanish when defeated and clearing the black tide as a result , (its similar to destroying the genetic information of a virus and hence destroying the virus , primarily done by getting the nucleic acid of the virus to come in contact with the reactive outside world and hence rendering them destroyed/altered/unusable, since memories are also “information” , they can be destroyed by giving them a physical form and destroying that said form ) . Now one another interesting thing I have noticed is that amphoreous is in the form of a “mobius strip” , and one of the properties of a mobius strip is that no matter where you start and move (on the edge) , you WILL eventually reach the starting point , that is … the starting point and the final point converge , this indicates the the “alteration of ampherous fate “ , because as we know the timeline of a planet or rather it’s memories or in a much easier way to look at it. , it’s “history” is always a straight line , it will always form and then be destroyed, now here is a sub- theory what if we connect these 2 points together ? , it forms a constant loop of creation.. and destruction , that is .. just after amphoreous is destroyed due to nous’s calculations, it is created again due to the intervention of fui and mythus . And this is similar to what you said in your previous amphoreous video of what the shape of ampherous could indicate…
I had to rewatch the quest to be sure, Oronyx only start talking about their mother after we take a picture with March's camera. So I believe when they talk about their mother they are talking about march 7th and not us directly. Also I am still convinced that the sun that's always watching Ampohreus in the golden epic trailer is actually Ena. Then the part where "the sun grew quiet in awe" and civilisation fall shortly after would coincide with Ena's fusion with Xipe. This being Aquilla wouldn't make much sense because they are supposed to be asleep/ dead so surely they couldn't attack someone trying to leave Amphoreus. Even then I still think that Aquilla stems from Ena. I just don't think that they are then sun mentioned in the trailer.
Interestingly enough to note, when you leave Amphoreus early and get the false ending, it says you repair the car and surprisingly leave Amphoreus without any consequences so Aquila doesn’t care if WE leave So that’s interesting imo Another thing I just remembered, Orynyx asked Mem to follow/accompany us so unless they just don’t recognise Mem as Cyrene if they are mother then what does that interaction imply?
Since oronyx reacts to you taking a picture with the camera from march 7 (who’s freezing remembrance style) and that’s the scene where Fuli gazes at you and you get remembrance path -- I think oronyx is talking about Fuli when they say “mother”
I 100% subscribe to the idea of there actually being 13 titans because they are all very obviously based off of the 12 Olympian gods from Greek mythology. The thing is that... there weren't 12. There were actually 13. After Dionysos got acknowledged by the rest of the Olympians, there was a discussion of what to do with the number of seats on Olympus, and in the end Hestia, goddess of the Hearth and Family as well as the *eldest daughter* of Kronos and Rheia (and thus the eldest sister of Zeus), offered to 'abandon' her seat to Dionysos.
23:10 it cant be the shape of the planet because how can they know how it looked like if they cant leave it? Eyes looking up? Telescopes? Science? Someone walked the entire thing? We did knew the earth was a ball before we flew into space.
I thought the Time Titans was referring to March 7th because after taking a picture of the Time Titans. That what causes her to say "Mother" and we have encountered "Mother" multiple time. Also March 7th camera was use to tilt the scale.
Ashikai, I loved 3.0. I know people have disliked the length, and sure, it is long. But I am excited for more Amphoreus! And I will tackle more long quests!
Personally I think the third Aeon influence is Terminus, largely because of the prophecy (because Terminus’s whole thing is they’re going backwards in time and muttering about some prophecy). I also think this could create some really cool potential ideas for the future plot. For example; Phainon, the sus man who doesn’t have a cost associated with his powers. What if he actually does have a cost, but it just hasn’t shown itself yet? This cost IMO would be the cost of failing; whether failing to kill his respective Titan or failing to defeat the black tide, I am not sure, but it’d be a very interesting plot. Terminus being the third Aeon could also let us learn more about THEM.
@@whisper3856 I highly doubt that Terminus is directly involved in Amphoreus. I still agree with Ashikai's theory about the missing path of Enigmata. Enigmata is the perfect counter for both the Remembrance and the Erudition.
i don't play HSR, only Genshin and ZZZ, i am here just because i like the way how Ashikai explains things. She could explain how grass grows and i think i would find it interesting :))
I think enigmata is a solid guess for the third path with erudition being one of the main paths here if a prophecy is set in stone due to all the current information what better to combat it than with rememberence and enigmata to change the past information so we can draw a new better conclusion

Wait until Yaoguang shows up, the ultimate theorizer of the Xianzhou will be perfect for Ashikai's character in hsr
It’s usually Luka because of the red hair lol
Ashikai, you forgotten about an important detail the Time Titan noticing the Trailblazer that they took a picture of the titan with March's camera which gave that reaction
and the "mother" title is regardless of which Trailblazer you chose, which might further reinforce that they were referring to March
which begs a question: where the hell did March get her camera?!
@@CurseOxuin the only way March could be Elysia is if they did the same Tribios and Nikador did, that being splitting themselves into March, Cyrene and Mem
@@CurseOxuin elysia could be the chrysos heir destined to obtain march's coreflame maybe...imagine that twist of fate where march gets corrupted by the black tide like a mad titan and we're stuck between having to help elysia get her coreflame or save march
on the part where akila would shoot us down on 10:50. in the secret ending, if you chose to leave aphorius after the interegation we were able to repair and leave without issue but not on a somewhat good ending
in the ending where you choose to leave, elio ISNT in the credits which is strange if finality is really the third path. i 100% agree that the third path is enigmata now. maybe mythus is like creatures of the enigmata in the aspect of hiding themselves (or at least their true identity)? plus, they rival both remembrance and erudition, which makes a more understandable combination

Mems powers aren't "time travelling to the past", what she does is create a vision of the past based on the things she has learned about it up to that point. Just like Oronyx' powers aren't "restoring something to a previous point in time", but to "what it would have looked like".
For context, it's from the readable "The World in Oronyx's Eyes".
Text taken from the book:
"Although the Titans are indeed supreme beings, they are not omnipotent.
Thank you for this
but then how does tampering with a simulation of the past affect the reality of the present?
@@duck208 In this case, it's basically creating a clone of the current system that's running Amphoreus' server and shunting us into it like it's a virtual machine. She's not actually doing anything to time because - like in Honkai 3rd - Amphoreus is probably some kind of hyper-advanced computer system projected into reality because aeon wackiness. I wonder if it's got a deeper connection to Nous than we think it does?
was not expecting this video to pop up with it being like 40 seconds ago anyways PART ONE OUT OF EIGHT?!?!
Yeah since the story will be going on for 8 patches I think
in the devstream they said the story spans from 3.0 to 3.7
@ yeh which is 7 patches because 3.0 and then 7 subsequent patches
@@zakram1435 Which equals to eight
People seem to forget (often) that 0 is TECHNICALLY a number, in itself.
1- 7 would be 7... but if we add in this 3.0 patch we do get 8....
10+ hours story quest, many readable lore, the constellation, the NPC dialogue, + many other that I might miss and it's condensed into 33:12 minutes?
You've done a really amazingly in my opinion 😂
The quest is long due to the puzzles which is not NGL very time consuming. The story is not that long if we cut those puzzles out🤣
@@idontspeakjapanese6289 nah watch this get longer than yapacony😭😭
@@saifshaikh5102 I don't mind the long quests anyway, I don't know about you but I am fine with it. Not really the type of player to finish this in one day or one week..
I mean, back in 2.2 (when we were still stuck in the Dreamscape), Black Swan :
_ proposed to go the the Glass Belt PATREVIA (home of a branch of the Mourning Actors)
_ promised March she would NEVER see her in her room.
But since our return to reality (2.3 and onward), she :
_ switched her destination for AMPHOREUS.
_ got caught coming out of March's room TWICE (in 2.3 and 3.0).
_ kinda acts like she's meeting Dan Heng for the first time, even though she already interacted with him in 2.2.
_________
On top of that, if we chose the Bad Ending (leaving Amphoreus after the interrogation), we then return safely to the Express... but Black Swan has mysteriously disappeared without saying goodbye : that's odd.
______
Oh, and who volunteered to look after MARCH when she started to feel unwell ? We know how that one turned out....
______
All that to say, i'm starting to believe "dream" Black Swan (from 2.0 to 2.2) and "reality" Black Swan (from 2.3 onward) are two different persons....
...I would even say "reality" Black Swan is ELATING.
_______
Bonus point : "reality" Black Swan is the only one who told us there are THREE PATHS on Amphoreus.
Black Swan also says that everyone lies, even Memokeepers.
Black Swan elating ? It was Sparkle all along in the dream or reality maybe. 😂😅
24:40
Elysia was a Herrscher and a Flamechaser, so I wouldn't be surprised if Cyrene possibly is a Chrysos Heir and a Titan.
Herrscher elysia can't exist in other universes so if being a titan is a parallel to being a herrscher that can't happen but honestly who knows tbh
Cyrene may be the Titan of Origin , but fell in love with Humanity thus became a “human” themselves
@VishyVashy-w9q imagine cyrene randomly appearing out of nowhere and saying her signature "Hi", hi3 players will bawl their eyes out😭
@@saifshaikh5102I would cry a lot if that happens
I felt so bad for Nikador at the end. Legit my heart was pounding when he told us to give him a fitting end.
Hell yeah. Black tea, chocolate cookies and blanket - what can be perfect more for watching new Ashikai's video?!
That looks looks soo good
I thought the whole of amphoreus was a sort of simulation, nous simulates the story and the events, fuli makes the whole system work with the memoria and some sort of memory time loop, and mythus brings the characters to life, all for the sake of creating divinity through a shared project, or to create someone able to slay divine creatures (such as aeons) to avoid some sort of cosmic catastrophy (maybe the one qlipoth is wary against)
so maybe in millions of simulations, one of the flamechasers either becomes an aeon, or an aeon-slaying entity
Let me just quickly note, Infinity can also be seen as a symbol representing Past(left side), Present(intersection point) and Future(Right side), and specifically ideas of the future affecting the present and affecting the past,
albeit the Triquetra has also been used as a symbol of past, present and future (but since it's already been used in other contexts in other hoyoverse games and Infinity is more linked to eternity symbolically.)
Guys I think 1/8 means the 8 patches of the story
Interesting thing
In the fake ending that you get by refusing to stay on amophorius you actually leave the planet safely no sky titan
I think
Yep
Some of these enemy npcs look suspiciously like Sunday ... Down to their clothes and caring around a booklet just like him
@@Dockingmad they remind me of Ratio too. And I think Ratio and Sunday have similarities too, carrying books and having half blue half white clothes, having gold accessories lol
@omnaaa yeah I thought the same. Why tho?
I've been so excited for your thoughts on Amphoreus so I'm extremely excited for this video!!!!
I hope the future story confirms my theory that Mem was actually meant for March 7th. I haven't seen anything regarding the possibility that the MC was gazed on by mistake because they were holding her Camera.
My theory is that both March and Mem are Cyreme (Elysia) with March being the body and Mem being the spirit
coming back when i finish the quests! so excited to hear from you and your thoughts
Thanks! I can’t wait for the next lore drop in 3.1
you are amazing for making these because i definitely will foeget minor details. i sometimes even miss small details in stories, till i watch someone else go through it again and catch it the 2nd time
Enjoyed this vid more than the 10 hour story quest. Thanks Ashikai
Thank you Ashikai... for the commitment to make quest recap videos for every patch...
We really need these.
These recaps are gonna help so much, thanks 💜
thanks for that video ^^ I can't wait for more theories from you on Amphoreus :)
Amphoreus is by far my favorite story, and I love that it was super long.
An HSR story series! I will be back for each part of these each patch even when I do remember the story. Thanks for your work!
I feel like "memories don't lie" is going to prove a very important line if that's the case
I just finished this chapter, and out comes a video. Perfect time to recap.
great ideaa to have a recap of each patch as they come out. a year long story is bound to have some details here n there forgotten. ill likely be revisiting this video n its future parts many, many times since om obsessed with amphoreus
I've been waiting for this for so long! I'm definitely auto clicking through the unvoiced yapping bro.
PART 1 OF 8?! Oh boy we getting a full course meal with this one
That means 8 videos about 8 patches from Amphoreus not 8 videos about 3.0 patch, just to clarify
it’ll be funny to put all 8 parts together when amphoreus is over and end up with like a 5 hour video lol
yeay! more Star Rail!!! Cant wait for a 8 hour theory explaining all of amphoreus, honkai impact 3rd similarity, the titans, and why The Herta is so smart yet so dumb
The fact that this involves auxilliary information is the best thing ever
Mem and march are parts of cyrene. that's why she "disappeared" also that is why the chrysos heirs havent been able to complete the prophecy, they are missing a chrysos heir, and that is why march is reacting to amphoreos, once march and mem combine they will regain their memories and they will be able to complete the prophecy and end the loop, also 5 stars march 7 🤞
7:15 *(crickets chirping)*
Some dude in the background: “Oh BROTHER! This girl STINKS 😠”
😂
It also make sense why Phinon will not become the demigod of Strife cause in the book, his constellation is that of Kephile while Mydei's constellation is that of Nikador
This game is NOT subtle about THAT plot point being foreshadowed lol
@@batsybatsybats_There is the possibility that Phinon will be the last to ascend to demigod-hood cause Kephile will be the last Titan to fall since they're needed the most to protect Okhema
Yay she posted guys❤
hell yeah! I appreciate you Ashikai
However, I think it might not be 3.3 but 3.5(that is if Shaoji and the other wirters plan on making us go through the coreflame retrival again but with different methods and new encounters), cuz if it's 3.3, what in the world will they do with the 3.4~3.7
Amphoreus is literally the perfect planet for Ashikai to farm lots of lore content out of considering how similar it is to Teyvat like the Abyss = Black Tide, Coreflames = Gnosis, Titans = Archons, Phainon = ....Paimon ig!? since both are a yapper😂 or maybe Phanes since their names are similar to each other
Don't forget Anaxa = Dainsleif & Hyacine = Barbara
Also some sort of deity not wanting the humans to know what’s beyond the sky
Phainon a yapper? Did we played teh same game?
Our first encounter with him he literally gave like a extremely short one line summary of the important things.
And later on in the bath places, he basically left with Aglaea the whole explanation of the lore (and Agly herself also left for the Nymphas teh whole thing lmao)
And keep in mind the whole not talking about outer worlds AND THE RED CUBES
Yay new hsr lore video!
ZAT'S INSANE. Them planning for 8 whole parts, no room for festival fun
The Star Rail story is finally starting to get interesting~
the more we get into it the more i just cant stop thinking about the flamechasers, the herrscher of corruption, ely being the herrscher of humanity and everything else... but im so excited for the story im loving it so far
3:40, maybe Black swan is just fed up with her colleagues hiding info from March she decided to return the memories herself lol
20:45 There is a chance that 13 Titans do exist, this is because the MC will likely be like a mini Chrysos Heir because there are 13 Flame Chasers in HI3, but without the MC there are only 12 Chrysos Heirs and not 13
It would've been funny if this entire video was just a black screen with the text "Ashikai recaps the story of Version 3.0..."
look it's not hard to notice the titan reacted to the camera flash not the trailblazer... comn now
what I don't get about amphoreus is, ironically yet unexpectedly, the timeline.
Idk if maybe you picked on some details about that because their ages and timeline looks confusing af to me
Well keep in mind mydei is immortal, so it could legit be hundreds of years ago
@thatminer7174 true, he could be a special case, but i still don't understand how that elder assassin lady treated aglaea like a child...aglaea had hundreds of years to build unparalleled influence in Okhema, she should be the real elder...
A bit of correction: in the story, after the interrogation, you can choose to leave immediately and the sky titan doesn't shoot you down. It seems they don't want Amphoreus locals to leave, but anything else from beyond the sky leaving would be great.
Its finally here
A quick correction. We can actually leave without getting shot down. It's one of the options after the Aglea interrogation
I saw final cutscene with Nikador several times but I failed to see that Tribios opened the gate so that Nikador shoot himself. "Amazing" cutscene
Ah, seeing Qingque as your avatar is nice
I don't think Cyrene is the titan, but a Chrysos Heir who was supposed to inherit this "mother" titan coreflame and thus shared similarities with them. Reason I think so is: If Mem = Cyrene then Oronyx was with her the entire time, but she senses traces of "mother" when Trailblazer takes a snap using March's camera and sends Mem after it. Ends up catching a glimpse of Fuli, who she calls "sky-father", and Mem(or Cyrene) is looking for Mother too.
24:01 actually i would say Elysium Everlasting, but its still related to Elysia.
i would recommend actually looking into Elysium Everlasting, because Aedes Elysiae DOES look closely to it.
also the 13th titan linking to Cyrene... ouch.
HI3 SPOILERS (this comment was written BEFORE i continued from 24:01 btw...)
Elysia was numbered as the 13th herrscher, and she popped up as such after all the 12th herrschers (which makes sense, because they are numbered by the order of appearance, although really, Elysia was the first (or rather the 0) herrscher of the previous era)
all the 13th titan mentions and then linking it to Cyrene (a very obvious Elysia variant)... hurts. it hurts so much. someone stop this.
Phainon with the chosen one trope is not gonna end well, trust me. Ever heard of Anakin Skywalker?
So Flame Reaver is basically Phainon that failed pretty much like Vader
@idontspeakjapanese6289 Yes, and perhaps Cyrene's death was a direct/indirect result from Phainon own doing just like Padme's death.
Missed the part where Oronyx recognizes Fuli and calls them "Sky Father", which has a LOT of implications.
that paper mario music was a goated reference
Aglaea also metioned that cipher also has become a demigod very likely with the coreflame of Zagreus
thank you ashikai i did all 10 hours and it was so much too quickly (i didn't do it all at once) so like nothing retained 😭😭
Cerces's actual Heir has come to help us once more 🙏
Interestingly enough to note, when you leave Amphoreus early and get the false ending, it says you repair the car and surprisingly leave Amphoreus without any consequences so Aquila doesn’t care if WE leave
So that’s interesting imo
Another thing I just remembered, Orynyx asked Mem to follow/accompany us so unless they just don’t recognise Mem as Cyrene if they are mother then what does that interaction imply?
This video was released on time and definitely not advertised as being out 30 minutes early
There is no war in Ba Sing Se
There's no war in Amphoreus ~ Aquila probably
Ashikai, I loved 3.0. I know people have disliked the length, and sure, it is long. But I am excited for more Amphoreus! And I will tackle more long quests!
I love Amphoreous so far!
No Trailblaze Power? Gasp! That means we can't get better relics and improve our characters! 🤯
Ashikai is here again to rescue dialogue and lore skippers.
See you again in 7 patches 👀
Great recap, Ashi. Perhaps I should read the readables myself cause I missed *_a lot_* of details
I think enigmata is a solid guess for the third path with erudition being one of the main paths here
if a prophecy is set in stone due to all the current information what better to combat it than with rememberence and enigmata to change the past information so we can draw a new better conclusion
I thought you'd drop all 8 parts one after another over the next few weeks xD
I have ADHD but I can watch / listen to this girls videos all day
