I love how you go into theater mode to get different angles of the action outside of just first person mode. It's polarizing seeing other halo vids that just stick to one line of footage and ramble over it lol 😆

A 6 Way Fight with different factions and species duking it out in a seemingly insignificant space quickly turning into a bloodbath on all sides .
Wow, Seeing weapons and vehicles from all the games and even other mods, I love it. Esp. nice to see so many of the mechanics come over, like the halo 5 version of the promethean weapons, and then they even made new entire bosses. Incredible.

Dude this entire video the mod just keeps one upping itself holy crap I was waiting for a damn Scarab to drop down at some point I hope that gets added at some point that'd be so cool to have scarabs drop down on the map.
@@perseusmandate4052 It's actually a boss wave, so it can only happen on wave 10 of a round, like the Didact or Gravemind boss fights :D
Something like this on a newer engine with updated models/textures and big maps would be what infinite should have beem imo
Could be built. The map and spawn points are easy. Importing everything else is a tricky task. #wereitsoeasy
I wish they had console mod support for MCC like how they did it with fallout 4 things like this add so much content that I wish I could play

@@Gang_Stalker_Shadow_Gov Well yeah, but mods aren't time-strict and something like this would need a considerable amount of thought and balancing before attempting something remotely close. Not to mention that everything would have to be lore-accurate and style-accurate as to not break immersion.

I played this mod so many hours that I unlocked every hero in one session so I actually have a small army helping me every round.
Only thing that stops them are juggernauts and the big bosses
Dont you start every time with a single hero and you unlock the others during the game?

@@MoistureBoisture I'm completely fine with facing him again in this mod. From his intro to all of the other enemies on screen, it's an amazing inclusion. He doesn't take like 50 tank rounds either. But I know you're complaining just to complain.

I admit I'm one that skims through a lot of videos especially halo and other video game youtube vids.
But this, I watched the entire thing and did not feel like skipping. There's something about it that kept me watching. Once it was over I was like, how did 22 mins go by?
The armor… Launching from a drop pod… the music, tied with ALLIED NPC crewmen. This is literally the type of content I dreamed of as a kid. Weaver, if you see this, bravo my friend. You outdid the entirety of 343’s content with just this one mod. The attention to detail is fantastic. Sadly I don’t think I’ll ever get another high end pc, but if I did I know I’d be on this non stop. Hope anyone that’s reading this, that can also play it, has a hell of a time with it for me.

For a mod it’s really good but you should arrive in a pelican, it was pretty jarring seeing you drop from an invisible ship and the ship you supposedly dropped from isn’t over the map, it’s in its normal spot outside the map

This will also be jarring to you, but Pelicans can attach SOEIV (drop pods), hence why you see a Pelican below once you're in the launching bay.... you launch from Aegis Fate inside a Pelican and get dropped to secure a landing site so Pelican drops can be executed routinely with more Marines/Spartans/equipment. Check 2:49 and you'll see the Pelican.

343s so incompetent that its up to the players to make their own experiences
This is the kind of majesty that makes me sad I'm purely a console player when it comes to Halo (partly because I'll never have the funds to get a PC that can handle high-end games like MCC & co., and partly because I can't stand trying to play an FPS with a keyboard instead of a proper controller)

Because this type of mod and media coverage is from actual fans that just know what's good. Not inexperienced contractors coming in and out and onto the next project without playing Halos 1 - Reach

That would be amazing! H3 ODST currently is not as robust with the mod tools as H3 is. Perhaps in the near future!
@@killlhimsoftly8018 I just want 343's MCC team to make a Mombasa Streets map for Firefight. Specifically Floodfight. Just imagine having that entire open world city to traverse at night while running from the Flood... Absolute Nightmare. It would be great. Go into the same buildings you can in game. Set up a little camp and get cornered. Become environmental storytelling like the game lol.

This mod is amazingly awesome. The one thing I will critisize is the shade of red used for the banished. Its way too saturated and sort of looks cheaply donw and awful, which is unfortunate to how high quality this mod actually is. Just a s l i g h t l y darker and less saturated shade of red would do WONDERS for the skin. Still, best mod ever.

It actually is, I’m not sure how exactly but it is definitely mp. You can tell cuz at the start of the vid there are multiple character selectors. I have played the mod and it’s really fun
It is Co-Op for up to 4 players! You all need the same version of the mod installed and to be friends, just start game with anti cheat off and join each other and you can play, though it is Halo 3 campaign netcode so you all need VERY stable internet connection. :)
As fun as this is, I'd rather modify weapons to have higher damage output or make enemies go flying like ping pong balls.
