INGREDEINTS
2 Tortillas
4 Eggs
1 Tomato
50g Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Mixed spice
Spinach
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add olive oil or butter to the pan and place the tortilla in a pan
Crack 4 eggs on tortilla
Add salt and black pepper on the eggs
Add chopped spinach
Add mixed spice (optional)
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
Place that tortilla on top
Cook for 5 minutes on low heat
Flip over
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
Add some sliced tomato
Spinach
Salt
Mozzarella cheese
Cook for another 5 minutes
Done!
