INGREDIENTS:
1 tortilla
2 large eggs
Pinch of Salt
Cherry tomatoes
Feta cheese
Small Shallot
oregano
1-1/2 avocados
Season with salt and lemon juice
2nd recipe 😋
INGREDIENTS:
2 tortillas
100g /3.5oz Cheese
Handful of Spinach
1 can of tuna in olive oil
1 small shallot
3 eggs
Season with salt and black pepper
Bake at 370°F for 10-15 minutes, depending
on desired egg doneness

favorite pizza toppings for homemade pizza! but you can make any toppings you like! In general, you can use everything that is on hand and it will be very tasty!
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp butter
6 tortillas
4 large eggs
60ml / 1/4 cup Whole Milk
Pinch of Salt
3 tbsp tomato sauce
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Bell pepper
1 Fresh Mushroom
2 cherry tomatoes
Black Olives
Mozzarella pearls
2nd filling option: Lots of pepperoni, and lots of cheese!
INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp tomato sauce
Shredded mozzarella cheese
7 slices of pepperoni or salami
12:40 4th Recipe
This very easy recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner is worth remembering!! A tortilla recipe that you, your family and kids will love!
INGREDIENTS:
Tortilla
1/2 Avocado
1 tsp Lemon juice
Season with salt and black pepper
1/4 tsp Bell pepper
1 slice Provolone cheese
1 slice Cheddar cheese
1 Tomato
1 tsp Spicy mayonnaise
Olive oil
2nd filling option
Tortilla
1 tsp Basil pesto
Prosciutto
Mozzarella

Have made a couple of your dishes,so nice and because of your very calming nature so easy to follow.
I was fascinated by your video on the recipes for tortillas. Tortillas are very popular here in South West Texas as are most of the items that you used in your recipes. Your tortilla cooking style, however, have raised this popular item to a higher level. I particularly liked the one where you used the feta cheese. I will also try and see if I can replicate it.
