I got my C5 a couple of days back (along with the CP5 pedals).
I also have a TH8S shifter and T-LCM pedals.
You can plug the shifter and pedals from thrustmaster into the USB C ports on the C5 (A to C adaptor used) and they work.
The 2 Type C ports are just a USB hub.
So 3 devices 1 usb port.

The wheel is fantastic. Massive upgrade from a T300. Lack of "ecosystem" is a blessing. Whenever I feel i want a 15nm wheel im free to choose Moza Asetek or whatever i fancy

I just ordered the Cammus C12 and the LC100 pedals. looking forward to this. looks like a full upgrade on the c5 with the added 12nm torque. The wait games begins.
I need to get this set, but I got to graduate uni first.
What I love about it, is that it looks compact so as someone who doesnt have space to have a dedicated rig, this is perfect because I can put it away when I am done and wont add to the clutter I have. Also the price point is soooo competitive, Cammus really is going after the beginner market hard.
I bought the Cammus C5 bundle and table clamp. Shipping to the USA was $114.90 and my bank charged me another $12 to use PayPay international fee. It took 3 weeks for it to arrive. Tracking info was useless. I like the C5 wheel , but the pedals are not very good and have no feel other than a spring. I replaced the pedals with Fanatec CSL pedals. The Fanatec pedals are $79.99 and require a USB adapter ($19.99) if you aren't using a Fanatec wheel base. So far The tach and speedometer doesn't work. I have sent a help request to Cammus, but haven't received a reply.
This review sold me. Watched a lot of review but yours feels detailed enough to be dependable!
C5 is AWESOME!!! A tiny DD with 5nm! What more could anyone ask for!

Upgraded to this from my first wheel (T300) bought in 2015 or so. I would have liked a bigger rim, but other than that I am extremely happy with it. The torque is just about right for me. When racing a car without power steering and using it at its max power (with little clipping), it puts up a good fight against my muscles without being too much to handle. I don't know what it feels like to race a car without power steering, but to me it feels about right since it's a challenge but not too overpowered either.
Mods are out for gt wheel and am sure a full round wheel for rally will come out with mods

the review is here but my C5 is still not here 😅 (am patiently waiting its the holidays delays happen 🤷🏻♂️) great review i was exited for it, i mean you already hinted to me that it was gonna be positive and it was despite a lot of hate/negative comments i see about the C5, you took your time and tested it in multiple games/sims and proved its an amazing wheel specially at price to performance so thank you and Cammus you both did a great job 🙏🏻💛

I received mine yesterday, I am happy with it so far with the only exception being Forza, I have no idea on what settings to use since I can't feel it right in all the others game It works wonderful. Big upgrade from my TS xw with belts in reaction time and immediately noted a difference in details, except in Forza where I prefer the feeling of the TS xw
Forza was a joke from the start, it's no wonder you don't understand the settings... it's only this game where you don't understand anything.
It has also lost more than half of its players, there are not many people playing there anymore.
Don't waste your time with this game, it should disappear soon
From my experience with the newer forza is wheels just don't feel very good in it in general
did you select the forza checkbox setting in the cammus from the video? looks like it needs to be temporarily enabled just for that game.

I bought this a year ago and then paddle shifter were metal.
And all the push buttons were machined aluminum.
Got one of these and the shifters are really poor, I'm on my 3rd set as they are plastic? Why not aluminium? When you contact them about your warranty they just send another set out. Apart from that the wheel and feedback are very good so it is a shame the corners have been cut by putting on sub standard shifters 😔

A question SRC, would you still consider the C5 a good buy in todays market? I bet you know how shady cammus business is and their costumer support, but leaving that aside, would you still think it is worth purchasing? It would cost me 230$ via amazon, I already have a Simsonn LC pedal set, comming from a G29.

I really wanted to take such a steering wheel. But I did not wait for it to be sold in my country. As a result, I bought a Moza R9, and in the largest store in the country, at a price even slightly less than the MCRP on moza's website. But I don't feel any relief, I feel sorry for the money))

Yes, that should be fine. I do demonstrate it, mounted on a Wheel Stand Pro later in the review.

It's not a scam they just don't have tracking but U will get your product. I believe they give a date as well

Yes
Wheel size is ridiculous for rallying and drifting. Because of smaller leaverage it has more torque i believe. And the price is not great, at least in europe shipping is very expensive. Kinda reminds me those aliexpress deals when you see price lower but shipping higher.
To address the question of torque. It is a small wheel and that does increase felt strength, but that's not relevant to the rated motor torque output measurement.
Cammus has to have more local resellers. This the only way to get the price down. I got my R16 from a local store. Where guys are passionate about simracing. And shipping is fast and free. Not like Moza e-shop. 3-4 weeks of wating and 30€ for shipping.
As for C5 i like it. Great idea. Compact size, good ffb. Ideal bundle for people who travel a lot working.

This is the generally accepted size for cheap handlebars. Yes, I agree that more is better, but then it would have cost more.
You just don't get into the target audience.
Too bad it's retailing at 699AUD while the CSLDD R2R bundle is retailing at 639AUD.
It makes no sense to bring it to our market at that price. But at least it's an "option" here I guess
Where did you see that price listed? Directly from Cammus from their AUS warehouse, it's certainly much cheaper than what you've said.
@SimRacingCorner I wasn't aware of an Australian warehouse. It retails at clutch kick racing for the aforementioned price.
But the links below in the Google search are to their website.
It says "maybe you can order from our overseas warehouse?" But the pricing is in USD and I have no idea what import taxes and GST etc will equal afterwards.
But I feel it should be attainable at roughly 400AUD, not 700AUD
If you manage to watch to the end of the review, I do talk about the warehouses. There's no extra import duty as it's shipped from a warehouse within that country. That's the reason Cammus set up localised distribution.

got mine and the ffb is not bad and it's the only pro of this wheel. My right paddle shifter broke after 70 hours of use and their customer service is extremely lazy and slow ( they arranged the package after a week and still haven't sent it and many others have been waiting for updates on their packages for more than a month and only one person that works at their customer service speaks english ) i wouldn't recommend this wheel or any of cammus's products. Don't buy chinese products
PS Their firmware updates are always buggy and laggy
Why not buying Chinese products? I am sure that a lot of people are happy with their (100% Chinese) Simagic and Moza gear, Fanatec is developed in Germany but produced in China as well. From a political point of view I can understand why people might avoid 100% Chinese products though.

Cammus are failing BIG time, still time for them to turn it around but i highly doubt it, they will be gone within a few more years with no more firmware updates..!
