Great video. I've recently found that as long as my left arm stays closer to my chest & my right shoulder keeps moving through impact, my wrists & arms being loose & "supination" comes into play I'm gold! 😂🏌️♂️😎
Thank you Eric! Great description of what has been plaguing me. Now I know what I have to do to get where I want. Your explanations are best. Thanks again
Loved the video. Is it possible for you to do a part 2 to this video showing how to exit still on the plane line as all really good golfers seem to do. I have been trying to exit the club through the middle of the back instead I exit inside my left shoulder, oh so high, and way off the plane line.
Hello - nice tip thank you. In terms of a body move, what do you suggest i focus my attention on during the swing to get it back on plane during the downswing ? E.g pinning left arm back to the body
Hey! IT depends on what your issue is? If you are too far OUT with lead arm ... Then yes....shoulders staying more closed and lead arm more in If that's not your issue you won't need that as much ua-cam.com/video/bScRl_O6UUo/v-deo.html
In Bubba Watson case, what made the club dip under plane right before impact? I know he gets it back on line but what made it get under to begin with. Whereas the other guys never had a moment where it went under.
If is not too much trouble, i would like your feedback, I’m interested to know if the lead knee on the golf swing transition would have enough force to cause strain and ultimately damage the knee. I have notice that when I swing the lead foot wants to turn 90* to my target and since I’m not able to, would this cause a knee injury on my lead knee? I would very much appreciate your answers.
Ok maybe I should Put my thinking differently towards the swing transition, if the lead foot won’t turn 90* to my target , do you think if it were to turn 90* to my target would this have a positive outcome on how farther the ball would travel and if so would it be more than 40 yards, not to mention how easier it would be for the perfect finish position and all the benefits it would bring to the wear and tear to the body?
They are correct...its not....but getting the CLUBHEAD....not the shaft itself....to ride that line from hip high in downswing into ball is a good place to be Check for yourself.....slow mo from down the line....draw line up shaft at setup and check club head to that through the ball....good one to practice!
Can't speak for anyone else, but when I get my hips too active too early I can't get the club back on plane. I have to be very patient and let the club get back in front of me before I fully release my hips.
This is the best explanation and illustration of swing plane I have seen. The video also shows how great pro swings are!
Thanks, Rob! They are unreal!

Thanks, Lee!
you really explained that well and made it simple
Appreciate it!
Great, thank you Eric!
Thanks, Erich!

Hey Alan! Good Point!
Yes...search my name and follow through and you will see video on that...also how to cure your hook for good
Nice video Eric I am a little surprised you didn't say anything about how the right elbow rides down the shaft plane also
Thanks!
There is A LOT I could talk about here but want to just focus on shaft for this one...obviously hundreds of micro movements we could discuss
@@CogornoGolf I understand just thought it would be another thing to mention so the club doesn't fall to the inside
Great communication skills
Appreciate it!

Hey Robert!
I nor my players have experienced any injured in the lead knee.
Of course that is a better question for a doctor...
Ok maybe I should

I been told by Luther blacklock that the shaft plane is not the swing plane

I am coming to see you when all this is over and I visit my sisters in the 🇺🇸! I can’t deviate! Must stay on plane! T 😂
Come on over! Would love to have ya!
Eric Cogorno Golf 👊⛳️🙏😊
Explains what I have not been doing.
Many thanks.
Glad to help!
EC- if someone needs to shallow the club, what do you think is the easiest way to accomplish it?
Eric, I think you've explained it in other videos. One way is to rotate the forearms early in transition, correct?
Hey Jay...this could be a 3 hour long answer :)
If you search my name and "shallow" you will see a lot of my thoughts on this topic! Hope this helps!
Will do. Thanks!

That works!
Inverted Bubba
Lost me at “the secret...” no secrets in golf.
Haha all good man-I understand. Have to play "the game" with youtube to get enough people to watch! Hope all is well
