Not sure what to do. Just signed up for the $6.99 figure to become a member. What do you do next? How do you start out with the basics? Then I saw a website that wants $14.99 a month????? Seems like when you sign up for a price it would take you to a video that tells you everything to do. Maybe it’s out there, but all I could find was that I was now being charged each month. Can someone please point the way? Thank you.
Tom, I am so happy to have found you over a year ago. Your insight has made golf fun again. You have a gift and given people new joy in golf. Thanks buddy, keep it up!
I sincerely appreciate your very kind words and support, Brent, and I'm thrilled to know that my instruction is resonating well with you!! Thanks so much for sharing your improvement, keep up the great work, and YES - keep having fun out there as that is what this is ultimately all about!! Tom
I could not agree more with this comment! I came across your channel roughly this time last year. You are a fantastic teacher Tom. You have made me love the game again. I love how simple you keep the golf swing. And you are friggin hilarious bro. Please do not change one thing!
Tom your instructions are awsome. They are simplistic and for me have produced amazing results. I no longer feel like an airline pilot thinking about my golf game: flaps down, wheels up, etc., then oops sliced one way to right. Dammit forgot to do this. Your instructions give me no gazillion swing thoughts, nor do I feel like a contortionist swinging the golf club. I have never played better golf until now, after watching your golf videos. I believe I have collected and watched all your youtube videos and each one has produced amazing results for my golf game. Again, your instructions are awsome and sometimes hilarious. Thanks again, you are my "savior".
Tom, I just wanted to share that your tips and drills have improved my ball striking DRASTICALLY. Everything is so much more consistent and is making my rounds so much more enjoyable.

Tom - took a while before I got my body to swing with the shoulders and keeping my hands still. It’s not automatic. I still find that I’m pulling my shots, especially the driver. Having difficulty getting my lead hip to get out of the way.
Like the Zen part about re-creation of the soul and even the sound created. Consider reading "Zen in the Art of Archery", only change the sport to golf when done.
This made such a huge difference in my swing!!! I would have a good day of golf and then the next day top the ball and feel like I was completely lost. Today I went out and implemented the elbow and was striping the ball so consistently! Cannot say enough how thankful I am for these lessons and being able to actually enjoy golf more.

All your member tips are fantastic reminders of the crucial catalysts of the swing. The “narrowing” has several helpful swing thoughts beyond releasing club speed at the proper point beyond the ball. From the top of the backswing the right elbow and tricep need to reconnect or stay connected to the torso to insure an inside swing path and automatically shallow the downswing. Moreover, the same movement of lowering and contracting the downswing FORCES the vertical movement of the hips and the automatic generation of power with the lower body. After turning the shoulders and flexing the hip 90 degrees and then fully reconnecting the arms to the body it’s impossible to strike the ball with any power without firing the hips. Several critical elements of necessary mechanics combined in one conscious action.
Well done, Kenny!! Yep - that "magic elbow" has helped countless golfers across the globe to overcome a myriad of issues and experience great ball striking. I'm very glad to know that it also resonated well with you! Keep up the great work and keep it KFCrispy! Tom
Yes…I’ve been in the school now for about a month and had my best ever practice session yesterday with the vast majority of strikes being crispy. It’s like an evolution process where you hear the words and practice the drills but in the end it’s all down to feelings, simplicity and trusting the process. Baby draws yesterday time after time. I love it.
That's beautiful, Dale 💪💪 I'm thrilled for your improvement and that steady diet of crispy draws!! The result of a correctly executed swing should generate what seems to be an absurdly fantastic return on investment, the ball rocketing towards the target with the application of seemingly minimal - if any - effort. That's the beauty of the physics and geometry embedded in this swing system, which when properly combined unleash the tremendous force known as "angular momentum". While it is normal at first to micromanage positions and movements to build in the "feels" and ingrain them - i.e.: your "evolution process" - once we are able to confidently trust the motion fabulous things happen. That is the "giving up control to gain control" element, and it is what then allows us to go out there and actually enjoy the game of golf as opposed to being mired in the bog of frustration of playing "golf swing". Thanks for sharing your progress and keep up the excellent work!! Tom
Tom, it's been said that the most successful people in the world build and maintain meaningful, long-lasting relationships. Is it fair to say that the best golfers in the world have the best relationships with the golf ball? My relationship with the golf ball has been rocky over the years, but after discovering your content, the golf ball and I are starting to see more eye to eye - and it really appreciates the crispy contact I've been giving it. Stay CRISP BABY!!!
They say that good relationships take work to maintain, Caleb, and this is definitely one that pays noticeable dividends without having to be wined and dined...... 😎 Keep it KFCrispy!
Commenting because this tip brought me my best range session in years. Striping irons and drives alike, dead straight or baby fades, just by combining this tip with others that Tom has shared over time. I just subscribed to the school out of appreciation more than anything.
That's awesome, Kyle - I'm thrilled for your improvement!! As for your online school enrollment, while I sincerely appreciate the gesture, please dive into it as it will take your learning - and your game - to the next level. Tommy your channel is very entertaining but you do make things look far easier than it is at least for a 65yr old man. I work at a golf course in upstate NY. Your starting to make me want to hit balls again. I haven’t swung a club in at least 3 seasons. The game made me so frustrated I just stopped playing. Keep up the good work pal..

Tom…thank you, brother. You are one of, if not THEE best golf instructors I’ve watched/listened to in awhile! I can't find the exact video... But your 55% on front leg with no weight transfer not only increased ball strike consistency.. but also forced me to club down 2 clubs on damn near every shot.. I went from needing a 3i to hit ~200yds to a 5i. Obviously I need to practice that method more to get a consistent down swing/club path. But, holy hell was that the most significant piece of advice I've ever seen - for free!

There’s a great baseball drill for this. Reverse the placement of your hands in the grip (so for righties, right hand should be further down the club than the left hand). It forces your right arm to stay narrow. Once you get that feeling go back to the normal grip
Noticed also your turn has the hands behind the belt buckle at impact. This is key. Have to turn first then strike as I see it. All while keeping it narrow.

These grips keep my hands much quieter - which I personally prefer. Also, since my fingers don't wrap all the way around and dig into my palms, I'm not triggering any forearm tension or activating arms muscles that may otherwise have a tendency to take control of the swing. The Jumbos are not necessarily for everyone - and my fingers are a bit longer than average - so I routinely tell folks to "try before you buy." However, having a properly sized grip that feels both comfortable and secure is critically important as it is our only connection to the object that is going to deliver us blissful joy or deep anguish, yet it is perhaps also the most overlooked equipment fitting component in golf. Embrace the challenge and have fun out there!! Tom PS: By the way, since you are liking my channel's content, I think you will really enjoy and benefit from the comprehensive, structured learning platform for all the finer aspects of the swing (and the game in general) in my online school. I hope you had an enjoyable day out there, Stanley!! (By the way, if you wish to send an update please do so in a separate post. I can't backtrack due to the sheer volume of new comment activity.)
Tom, the getting narrow and your tempo got in me last night! I was extra crispy and mashing those taters! Hit over 300 , glad I have the Fiberbuilt Grass mat, lol You are on to something with this narrow, also being 65 , I have shortened my backswing and attacking more. Still strong, just slow!
I absolutely love this guy!!! Yep, I love a crispy golf shot. Ima not one to practice putting either. I know I should but Inlove hitting crispy golf shots the most 😂
This is one of the biggest game changers in my swing. When I swing narrow the contact is almost always significantly better. Ball fight in better. Less fatting and thinning.
I'm very glad to know that this lesson resonated with you, Todd, and I appreciate you sharing your ball striking success with it!! Was hitting the ball terribly for the past couple of months, watched one of your videos the other day. Took your advice and went to the driving range, ended up hitting the most pure shots I’ve ever hit.

Alrighty then, I had to follow up on my 1st comment below, which I was watching while coming home from work today and just going, dang, this is what you forgot and is the key to getting back to the top of my game 8 weeks ago before I got a brutal case of Covid, which affected my brain big time. I guess you can call it Covid fog but it damn near made me give up the game 5 weeks ago when I started playing again after being so sick. I have been so damn frustrated as again, my game just has not been anywhere near where it was which was consistent low 80's for the past year. I don't think most people understand the free value that Tom is giving up to us with his vids. I'm a firm believer that anyone that just watched his vids enough and put into practice enough his free lessons and they'd absolutely could be a great golfer. I have a practice net in my backyard, I just smashed the living snot out of 50 balls from just watching this vid today, cured everything from wedge on up, which I've just been losing my shit lately racking my brain trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. The missing light bulb just went back on of 'narrow and tight' back into my brain and thus swing. I figured this out myself about a year and half ago, but Tom's lesson today put it into a context that will stick as now I know I was and am on the right path. This is what my brain forgot somehow with Covid, bring the downswing tight against my body, that was my thought, but you can think of it in different ways which Tom's way is better to think about. The trail arm needs to stay tight and angled until the last moment. This keeps the hands ahead of the club head allowing for crispy KFC contact and a host of other positives. It literally is vital swing thought and perhaps the most important one as if applied properly it brings pretty much everything else we must think about into play automatically. Those who have been working on their swing enough I believe will agree with what I'm going on about here. Tom, I owe you much more than a beer or simple thanks, I owe you not having to go to a psychiatrist because I'm losing my mind from losing my swing that I've worked so hard on the past 3 years. I got it all back today from this vid. Thank you Bruther! I've said it before, but my bucket list includes meeting you and having a lesson and then a jam session. No better golf instructor exists on the Tube, Tom breaks things down so eloquently and he's made me understand the why's of things I've realized digging it out of the dirt but didn't understand. He puts it into proper context. Da man.
I'm glad you're on the mend, Wyatt, and heck - a little bit of residual fog isn't a bad thing when rockin' out on the guitar, right?... 😎 My sole point of contention is that I'd much prefer that folks enroll in the comprehensive, structured, sequential online school platform. It will make for a far more efficient and enjoyable learning process than haphazardly trying to piece things together through these channel videos that jump around randomly from topic to topic. And at just $14.99/month or $149.99 per year, the value for what you get is beyond comprehension. And yes - that "magic elbow" lesson - which I've taught in various channel videos - has helped countless golfers across the globe to overcome a myriad of issues and experience the best ball striking of their lives. I'm very glad to know that you are among them. Thanks so much for your kind words and support, and keep it KFCrispy!! Tom
With my new crispy contact, I hit 8 out of 9 fairways. Only down fall about this new contact was on my second shot, I was over driving the green. Ending up on topside chipping to a downhill slope. More crispiness more distance is not a bad problem to have. I have to practice my approach shots to stop, so that I'm putting uphill instead of downhill. This round was the best contact golf in my last 30 years of golf. Thank you Saguto. I don't follow anyone else, because they just confuse me and too many tweaks . Just keep it simple follow the Saguto Team🎉
Yeah - sorry about that yardage thing.....💪💪😆😆 Seriously - what an *AWESOME* round!! This body-friendly, powerful, consistent, low-maintenance *_swing system_* (as opposed to a series of tweaks and fixes) is designed to provide a lifetime of enjoyment for all golfers, and since it is rooted in physics, geometry, and human physiology it does not discriminate by age or ability - from kids to seniors and everyone in between, inclusive of the best players in the world. Hello Tom, really enjoying your videos. I love your straight forward approach - really simplifies my thinking which gets in the way. In the first video I watched, you talked about weight shift to my backside - and I realized that messed me up for years - trying to understand why my contact was so inconsistent. Thanks! A quick question. What grips do you use? I always liked the feel of larger grips. Thank you.

@@SagutoGolf Thanks Tom. My hands are a bit larger so I've always felt more comfortable with the larger grips. You're the best out there. I should subscribe to elevate my game even further. Honestly, your brand of instruction is fresh air - especially to the many amateurs who have watched countless (other) videos that often seem to contradict each other. It's as if others are trying to Rube Goldberg the golf swing and you just keep it KFC crispy simple. :)
Like this idea as occasionally hit behind the ball and swing feels wrong but no idea why. Going to try and remember this for next chance I get to play.

The result of a correctly executed swing should generate what seems to be an absurdly fantastic return on investment, the ball rocketing towards the target with the application of seemingly minimal - if any - effort. That's the beauty of the physics and geometry embedded in this swing system, which when properly combined unleash the tremendous force known as :"angular momentum". While it is normal and necessary at first to micromanage positions and movements to build in the "feels" and ingrain them, once we are able to confidently entrust the motion to the big muscles fabulous things happen. That is the "giving up control to gain control" element, and it is what then allows us to go out there and actually enjoy the game of golf as opposed to being mired in the bog of frustration of playing "golf swing". Have you considered the comprehensive, structured, sequential learning platform of my online school? That's where - among many other courses and lessons covering various aspects of the game - you will find very detailed instruction and drills that take you through the entire swing step-by-step from setup to finish. Tom, your instructional videos are great! Not only has it changed my golf game tremendously but I get a good chuckle along the way. Keep up the excellent work! BTW, do you give in-person lessons at the Tradition Club in South Carolina? I would really like to know if it is possible to get lessons from you in-person.
I'm very glad to know that you're enjoying my instruction and teaching style, Willis, and I appreciate you sharing your improvement!! I had phased out general in-person instruction awhile back so I could dedicate my efforts to a platform upgrade for my online school. The new system has gone live, so please feel free to check back in a couple of months to see if I've resumed a limited personal lesson schedule. FYI, I am continuing to offer virtual Swing Video Analysis lessons as they are instrumental to the progress of my school's members, and these can be done for anyone from anywhere across the globe, school member or not. This enables me to put my eyes on your swing and offer some very specific observations and corrective action plans if applicable. As always great advice Tom. I like the idea of focusing on a spot several inches past the ball. What are your thoughts on actually looking at that spot during your setup backswing and downswing rather than looking at the back of the ball? I've done that at times and it really seems to help compress the golf ball.
Tom is the only online instructor! Simple! I've been a member of Suguto Golf for a year now, and my handicap has gone down 20 strokes. Crispy KFC Baby ❤

When his "hip" finally turns after it first is shifted towards the target, you'll notice it actually moves back, around him, versus trying to take his right hip and turn, which would in turn make him naturally swing over the top. Little key I have noticed that keeps them slightly drawing or very straight.
Keeping the hips moving laterally targetward from the transition through impact is what keeps the path properly shallowed, Brett. Here's a lesson on the topic: ua-cam.com/video/I5XYgKopTb4/v-deo.html TS
This video + your keep your left arm straight until your body cant turn because it would cause the arm to collapse are arguably the entire fundamentals to my swing. I swear by it. I almost wish I caught those 2 videos together earlier in my learning from you, because they have been the most impactful for sure. I think a third I'd recommend to a newcomer is anything talking about how the swing goes around you like a barber pole vs a swing off the ball. I'm flying greens left and right when I do it right and the insane ballmark in the center of the face is ridiculous. I can't even feel it happening, whereas in my bad swings I'd always "feel" the clubhead hit the ball, now it just happens so fast and effortless you barely notice. Ball is flying away holding a line like no other.
Oh, one other thing... when I'm doing it right, the feeling is of "exiting left". It's not something Iv'e heard you talk about a lot, but you can ONLY get that feeling if the rest of the swing is technically sound. If I get even a tiny bit OTT and back to old habits, the exit left feeling disappears. I don't know how to describe that feeling either, it's so unique, maybe you have a suggestion on how to discuss that!
Awesome stuff!! 💪💪 I'm thrilled for your improvement, and I appreciate you taking the time to share those valuable details!! As for the club exiting left (for a RH player), that is something I certainly do teach, although I don't do it too loudly here on this free channel because I do not wish to offer any very common and very chronic OTT issues an opportunity to exacerbate themselves. Thanks so much for your support in sharing your success with it and keep up the great work!! Tom
Your videos have helped me stabilize my swing and become more consistent. Would like to see some content on the impact of compression on the launch of the ball and how the clubface should be presenting. It appears that when you placed the second ball in front and aimed for it, your shots were thinner, no divot for the first two and a divot ‘at’ the ball on the third. No crispy, probably lots of air time. That is my issue and probably why my distances are consistently short. Getting too much under the ball, clubface too lofty…
If you go frame-by-frame you'll see that a divot was taken on each of those shots. (Simply pause the video and then hit the period button to advance one frame at a time.) Here is an impact lesson video from the archives that may help you: ua-cam.com/video/Fe2kQ44azJ4/v-deo.html And here are a couple on preserving your lag: - ua-cam.com/video/oxW_7HjzacY/v-deo.html - ua-cam.com/video/bLWekbGl7C8/v-deo.html Really, though, given the technical nature of your question, the online school represents the best place to learn this swing properly and sequentially in a comprehensive, structured environment. That's where - in addition to detailed lessons and drills that take you through the entire swing step-by-step from setup to finish - you'll find diagnostic tools for identifying/resolving swing and ball flight issues when they arise, plus advanced level courses, and much more. Hey Tom. While keeping weight on the front foot, is there a time I need to “push through” so to speak, towards the target? Basically do I push my hips through, or let it happen naturally?

Hi Tom...doesn't the elbow in the side in the backswing cause you to lose distance?? I've heard from coaches that say the right elbow needs to be away from the body for power. Could this elbow in the side be for fairway finders and better for the irons approach shots? Ty sir love the content keep it up.
No - this is definitely not an anemic "fairway finder". Just because we're maintaining a connection between the upper trail arm and the side of the chest doesn't mean that we must get narrow in the backswing. In fact, the "magic elbow" has helped countless golfers across the globe to overcome a myriad of issues and experience great ball striking. including significant gains in distance. Ball position perspective can be easily skewed by camera angle, John. While this system affords you some leeway, in general once my students and members show some level of proficiency with the swing I suggest that they migrate to a stock ball position that is in the middle of the stance for short irons, two balls inside the lead heel for middle irons, and creeping more forward for the longer clubs - the farthest forward being even with the inside of the lead heel for the driver (with the stance width increasing as we move from shorter to longer clubs). From there they can make incremental tweaks to see how different positions affect impact quality and shot shape. For example, my personal preference for the shorter clubs tends to be a position that is slightly forward of prescribed. By the way, here's a link to my FREE mini-course “The Top 3 Things You Need to Be a Great Ball Striker” in case you’re interested in learning some key aspects of the swing system I teach in a more structured manner: go.saguto.golf/ Tom
Tom, awesome stuff!!! I get this feeling of being too wide when my hands drift too far away from my body at address/setup, especially with the longer irons and woods. I feel wide and don't get a consistent strike (push, thins, etc.). When I move my hands in a bit before starting the backswing, I feel as if I'm playing more under me and can make the downward strike and the contact is more pure and easy. Is this making sense? Keep making awesome content!!!
I'm glad you're enjoying my lesson videos, Buck! Yes - it absolutely makes sense. It sounds to me in your description of "wide" that you are likely experiencing independent arm action and thereby losing those connection points that are critical to consistent ball striking. You are able to retain those when you pull things in at your setup. If we pre-establish the connections properly in the setup and have a foundational base that facilitates a full centered turn without restriction, then once we've ingrained the correct actions through sequential drilling and repetition we can entrust the motion to the big muscles and allow the arms, wrists, hands, and club to simply go along for the ride and respond accordingly as if on autopilot. The power accumulators - including a proper full wrist hinge - will then naturally load and fire with no contrived manipulations or precise timing necessary, thereby returning the face to the position pre-established at address. It's called "giving up control to gain control", and it's the formula for consistently blissful ball striking and seemingly effortless power. Keep up the great work!! Tom PS: By the way, since you are liking my channel's content, I think you will really enjoy and benefit from the comprehensive, structured learning platform for all the finer aspects of the swing (and the game in general) in my online school. Yes - This swing key also applies to the driver, Daniel. In fact, it is essentially the same swing with every club; just some minor setup differences and naturally occurring shaft plane changes as we graduate up in club length from short irons to woods. To demonstrate, you'll find towards the end of this episode some driving range footage of me hitting a 7 iron, 3 wood, and driver: ua-cam.com/video/o0xscMyN3v8/v-deo.html Beyond that, if you search the word "drive" on this channel you'll see some related content. Upon learning this swing properly you will be harnessing the tremendous power source known as "angular momentum". This is the reason my students and online school members of all age ranges end up bombing it farther than they ever had previously, and I'm happy to let their unsolicited testimonials tell the story: saguto.golf/p/sagutogolfreviews. Loved your veido,s

That's OUTSTANDING, Will!! 💪💪
I'm very glad to know that my instruction is resonating with you; excellent job incorporating it into your swing and putting it into play!!
Thanks so much for sharing your dramatic improvement and keep up the great work!!

Tom - took a while before I got my body to swing with the shoulders and keeping my hands still. It’s not automatic. I still find that I’m pulling my shots, especially the driver. Having difficulty getting my lead hip to get out of the way.
I love simple. Thanks.
Thanks Whitney - I'm very glad to know that my teaching style is resonating well with you!

That's awesome, Preston! 💪💪 I'm very glad to know that this lesson resonated well with you, and I appreciate you sharing your improvement!!

Have never broke 80. Saw this clip and went to the range and it was absolutely amazing. Played the next day and had the most consistent 18 holes ever and shot a 77! Can’t wait to get back to the range to dial this in. Thank you sir!

Thanks for your detailed comment, Steven - very well said!!
Tom
Keeping that elbow in is gold. Took me the entire season to break 80 last year, 8 rounds to do it this year, thanks Tom.
Keep it KFCrispy!
Thanks so much for your support and for sharing your success, and keep up the great work!!

Your videos have helped with my game. Two key takeaways is more weight on the front foot and back elbow tight which forces a more "narrow" strike. Thank you!

Hi Mark,
A significant percentage of my online school members are in their 60's, 70's, and 80's - i.e.: a smorgasbord of chronic ailments, physical limitations, back/shoulder/knee/hip pain, arthritis, and joint replacements - and they are overwhelmingly elated to experience the dramatic pain-free game improvement, seemingly effortless power, and resulting enjoyment that this swing affords them. It all begins with a proper setup which provides for a free-flowing motion. Upon that good foundation a repeatable swing which produces consistently crispy impact can be built.

You don't need the flexibility of a Romanian gymnast - or even of this far less pliable golf instructor - to execute this swing, experience great ball striking, and reclaim - or even exceed - yardages from years past.
Let's get you back to enjoying this great game. I hope you'll give the school some thought.

Been shooting in the high nineties and practiced your five min solid contact with a driver. Missed one drive out of 14 and shot my best round of 82. Ty. John.

Tom…thank you, brother. You are one of, if not THEE best golf instructors I’ve watched/listened to in awhile! Tom, this very enlightening because will all believed that we have to have a big backswing. I've always had difficulty sticking my finish, but with this lesson,I am getting over to the left side on my finish. You are really helping us. Also, please do more with Eric Cogorno and yourself. When you do, it is sooooo helpful.😊
Nice job, Bill!! I'm very glad to know that this lesson performed well for you!!If Cogorno wants to fly me down to Florida I'll consider it.... 😎 Seriously, we have a great time working together when our mutual schedules permit.

But now I'll let you in on a little secret. This body-friendly, powerful, consistent, low-maintenance swing system is designed to provide a lifetime of enjoyment for all golfers, and since it is rooted in physics, geometry, and human physiology it does not discriminate by age or ability - from kids to seniors and everyone in between, *_inclusive of the best players in the world._* I just do my best to convey it in my own simplified teaching style, which happens to be fully on display in the comprehensive, structured, sequential learning platform of my online school - saguto.golf (Actually, thousands of folks across the globe are now enjoying the best golf of their lives as a result, so I guess it's not much of a secret after all....😎)
Embrace the challenge and have fun out there!!

Hahahahha brilliant… killer video. Got me so pumped to get narrow and fall in love with every shot. I went straight to the range and boom. Smashing it. Legend
Awesome!! 💪💪 I'm glad this lesson resonated with you, James; excellent job building it into your swing.
Thanks for sharing your improvement and keep up the great work!!

Tom you just seem to be able to out do your self, these videos are just awesome. Thanks a million and God bless you stay safe.
I've actually had several videos on the weight-forward component, Kyle, and I'm very glad to learn of your dramatic ball striking improvement as a result of it!!
With regard to your quest to build consistency into your swing, if you've not already joined have you considered enrolling in the online school and taking your learning - and your game - to the next level? That's where - in addition to detailed lessons and drills that take you through the entire swing step-by-step from setup to finish - you'll find diagnostic tools for identifying/resolving swing and ball flight issues when they arise, plus advanced level courses, and much more.
Here's a recent lesson video related to that: ua-cam.com/video/I5XYgKopTb4/v-deo.html

Cowbell!! Walken approved narrow downswing. Love it!
Yep - that pretty much locks it down...... 😆
This ties in to the shoulder point video very well… thanks again man!!
Thanks - I'm glad these lessons are resonating well with you!

What size grips are you using? My wife and I live in North Myrtle Beach about 25% of each year. Coming back to golf after about a 25 year lapse. Uphill challenge but love conquering challenges. Found your channel a while ago and love your content. Thanks.
I sincerely appreciate the kind words, DrMetalpin, and I'm very glad to know that my instruction content and teaching style are resonating well with you!!
I’m using JumboMax Ultralite grips in extra-large. I wanted to give them a try for a few reasons, including the fact that DeChambeau uses them and we share similar swing philosophies.

I hate crying and wandering in the desert.
I agree. I much prefer to cry in the comfort of my own home!
Sure that wasn't a bunker?
You simply need more cowbell
@@perserverance333 Can he teach me to hit it crispy?
I hate crying and wandering anywhere...but you are right..nowhere is worse than the desert for that shi€.
One of the best swing tips Ive seen!
Thanks Mark - I appreciate that!!

Taking your wisdom on the course today! I'm playing with the best player I know....and the most difficult course I've personally played on!
I hope you had an enjoyable day out there, Stanley!!
(By the way, if you wish to send an update please do so in a separate post. I can't backtrack due to the sheer volume of new comment activity.)
I follow your advice, keep it simple and fun at me age. Headed to the sim and see if I can feel more Narrow today!
Thanks,Brother!
Thanks! I'm glad you're enjoying my instruction content, and I hope this lesson performs well for you!!
Tom, the getting narrow and your tempo got in me last night! I was extra crispy and mashing those taters! Hit over 300 , glad I have the Fiberbuilt Grass mat, lol
You are on to something with this narrow, also being 65 , I have shortened my backswing and attacking more. Still strong, just slow!
This guy is the Bob Ross of golf instruction
We are effortlessly and smoothly painting fairways and greens here at SagutoGolf…. 😎

I do love my putter and putting (old ping zing putter) 😅 but it's also nice to get there to make it worth while.

My sole point of contention is that I'd much prefer that folks enroll in the comprehensive, structured, sequential online school platform.
Thank you.
I'm very glad to know that my instruction is resonating with you!!

Developing a repeatable low point is definitely a key to consistently crispy ball striking, Stephen. I hope this lesson performs well for you in that regard.

Great thought. I struggle moving this stuff to the course.
You may learn more about this as well as the online school here: saguto.golf
Thanks again and keep up the great work!

Another great video Tom. I thinking now I should have stayed with you, the stack and tilt is so much easier than the traditional swing. Way to many swing thoughts. I notice you are using the jumbo grips what is the benefit in your opinion?
What would ever cause you to even think of quitting me, Craig???? 😬🤔😆

You owe it to yourself - and to me - to scrub all that shift & lift minutia from your swing and get on the fast track towards KFCrispy ball striking bliss, and the comprehensive, structured, sequential learning platform of the online school is where that is happening. saguto.golf

As always great advice Tom. I like the idea of focusing on a spot several inches past the ball. What are your thoughts on actually looking at that spot during your setup backswing and downswing rather than looking at the back of the ball? I've done that at times and it really seems to help compress the golf ball.
I love this.
I "see" no problem with that, Bob - let your ball striking and shot shape be your guide!
Buttons to the sky and watch it fly - love ur lessons, Tom! 🍻 👍 from Los Angeles!
Yep - you got it, Le Andre!!
Thanks - I'm glad you're enjoying my content.

Here's a lesson on the topic: ua-cam.com/video/I5XYgKopTb4/v-deo.html

I'm thrilled for your improvement, and I appreciate you taking the time to share those valuable details!!

(Simply pause the video and then hit the period button to advance one frame at a time.)

Another great video as usual.
Thanks Bill!!

Looks like keeping that right elbow in tight is a key take away?

Tom, looks like your ball position is forward for the 7 iron? Do you recommend consistent position??? Thanks

@@SagutoGolf Thanks for your response.
Tom

Is this the same for driver
