So easy to do with a two-part mix from the big store on the internet this was a great DIY project that was a lot of fun to make
You can start looking at the kits here be sure and purchase the correct amount for the project size you're doing

No introduction, no unnecessary commentary. Just straight directions and getting down to business ! Just the way I like it.

You’re very welcome
If you go on Amazon and look up silicone, mold making products you will find them there. I don’t know what the specific name for the two components are.
Use respirators!!! Always use in well ventilated areas!
Very nice.. up next an ammo epoxy table?
Is there a site or somewhere I can find a list of instructions? I want to make this for my 9x12 painting!
@@madeleinefinley96 sorry no I made it from my own design
I have a short round vase with legs. How do i make a mold for that 🙏
I would create a water tight vessel and place the vase inside it
(after spraying the vase with mold release)
Then pour around the vase
The inside will be more tricky you would have to pour in the vase and remove it after it cures then suspend the molded inside plug over the outside molded vase
How do I make a mold for something with a hole in it?
Thanks for watching
If the hole goes all the way through the finished piece, simply screw a block of wood or some other material in the desired shape in the position where you want the hole and pour the silicone around it. Hope this helps.
Can pvc be used for mold
I would say yes if you use release spray
Hi! Can I then, when the resin in the mold hardens, pull out the resin without taking apart the box (formwork)?
Thanks for watching!
yes once it cures you can pull it from mold
@@Hinkleshop Thanks :)
Hi, how can this soap mold
Hello
Not quite sure, I would say make a mold and give it a go on a small scale
Great video. I'm looking to make a similar mold, around 18" x 12" x 2" deep with walls about 1/2" thick. What are the dimensions of yours and how big of a silicone kit did you need for it?
Thanks for watching sorry for the slow response
I used a gallon kit
But if you go on the total boat epoxy website it has a liquid calculator for free
What is the name of substances A and B?
The containers are sold as a kit on Amazon
They don’t give a description of what they are.
Search 2 part Silicone mold kit
Can you tell what is the materials of these silicone to make a mould?
Thank you
Search Amazon silicone molding and it will come up
@@Hinkleshop thank you so much👌
same mould for 45 use , the silicone you have in your description is 135 use... am I missing anything?
Thanks for watching. I don’t believe you’re missing anything. The one thing I have discovered since this video was published is the different colors of silicone indicate the stiffness level of the silicone I recommend using the blue colored product.
What did mix no description
The mix is a one to one ratio
I tried doing this with painter's tape but the epoxy stuck to it. I had better luck with regular packing tape. Don't know what went wrong.
He made a silicone mold in the video. That blue mold would then be used as the mold for an epoxy pour, not shown in this video.
@XGuard04 correct I show that in the bullet casing charcuterie board video it’s the very next one the following week
Thanks for watching
