Thank you so much for taking the time, as always Mitch. I get a little more confident every time you make one. Never stop spelling out all the deetz. And per his advice, people that aren't subscribed really should. You learn something new every time. As The Bible says; Pride cometh before the fall. Always more to learn!
I love this comment!!!!! - Mitch
I want to do a counter top it has a groved edge on front it's 25in wide and 8fott long how do I do the front edge
Wow!! I love to experiment, dabble, play and whatever I wanna call it ! I was scrolling along, and wham! I landed on your videos, and I have fallen in love with your epoxy pours for beginners! The table top/counter top you poured is absolutely gorgeous! The ones you halve behind you while videoing are equally as exciting.
I am transitioning from the working world into the retirement world and I must say, seeing this has added yet another technique to my list of "gotta try/ wanna try/hell yes ,try! " category !
I love it! Thank you so much for sharing.

Great Pore.. thank you..❤
@@StoneCoatCountertops I have a question. Is it safe for epoxy Resin to dry in your home? People say it releases toxic fumes. But it’s too cold outside and the piece will be bendy. Also, love your videos!
I did my own for the first time . 25 ft of counter top and 8x12 island.. built my own counters and basically started epoxy without any real plan. The videos are amazingly helpful. I couldn't be happier with my finished tops
I would love for a video that explains the different types of epoxy you sell and what type of application they are best used for
Great suggestion! I'll make something like that, it will be a good asset for the website also! Thanks for watching
Me too.
Me too I’m getting braver
Awesomely done! That look’s just like high end stone.
Does this work for bathtubs?? Or What’s best for bathtubs? I want to do something like this to my bathtub
Oh Mitch thank you soooooooooo much for doing a lighter pour. It turned out just beautiful!!!! This would work so beautifully in a Florida home or anywhere folks like a lighter surface. Just gorgeous! ❤❤
Stone coat videos have given me the courage to redo my countertops, Sincerely Bob T
THAT IS GORGEOUS.
How did it turn out?
I can attest to what Mitch is demonstrating here.....if I can do this anyone can do this. I just completed my first project yesterday and honest to goodness it looks as though it was professionally done. Thank you to everyone at SCC!!!!!!!!!!!
Love the way it came out. It looks beautiful!
Wow…this was pleasing to watch…just started with epoxy, but can’t wait to get to this level!!!
The colours are amazing. Thanks for showing how it's done. 😊
I am new to the epoxy world and I love your videos. Thank you for the content. I will be making my first large project this summer. For now, I am learning the product and techniques before I dump a ton of cash at a larger project. I have the larger coffee table design already drawn so now I am excited about getting started once the weather improves. Thanks again!
have you become addicted to resin yet? LOL
Awesome video! you guys gave me the confidence to go for it! Just finished my very own tropical/coastal countertops! Thanks Mitch & Mike and the whole Stonecoat family!
You taught me something new today about the drips. Thank you so much. ❤
This transported me back to the Carribean in St. Croix...love it 💜💜
I do epoxy flooring, I own Epoxy Express up here in Boston. I love the trade. There is so much you can do with Epoxy. Most people don’t even think of the possibilities. You can cover pretty much any material besides say plastic and rubber. So much can be done with it, you can make brick or wood looking products. As you all can tell I do love the product and trade in general. Stay safe all!!!
We love to hear this Mike!
Hi, how are you doing? I love epoxy products, i enjoy seeing people's craft. And i can help you sell some if you are interested

Best epoxy channel/business in the game... Finally ready to start my first project. Thanks to you guy's
This is my favorite pour. I love the soft colors and the pattern achieved from the dirty pour. I think this is the one I am going to mimic, but with shades of purple instead of the aqua and blues.
your colors sound devine
Good job, Mitch👍 Loads of helpful information in one short video. I like the way the dispersion fluid produces a softer celling feature than alcohol. I also like seeing exactly how to build the tape dam. Thank you
Oh, YEAHHH!!! We’ve got this thanks to YOU! The possibilities are endless, good luck, everyone❣️🐅
Good video, I would like to see a video over old tile to see if it works and covers the old tile on counter tops
I absolutely love this. I have wanted to try something like this for so long just not sure I could pull it off
That is bluetiful!! 💙🌊 The pearl gave off a purple tint with your lighting and on camera. So pretty!! 💜 I think a white countertop with all the different pearls could be stunning!! 🌈 I'm hoping it's just the sides of the cup, but the gold dust looked practically full. Broke my heart! 😂 It's gorgeous stuff!! 🌟
I so enjoyed video Mitch I thought you did it amazing job you taught me some stuff i'm a disabled veteran I lost my leg I used to own a construction company so my family noticed I was kind of fading the way cuz you go from running and gun and build in your whole life to not do it anything you can kind of Do damage on anybody soul. I am a veteran I am very grateful that my family gabby started doing a resin work i'm still new to resin But with my construction background it's been a blessing in Disguise a lot of things from contracting have flowed over in other same if not a little bit easier so super pumped for that and I Learned a lot so I am so greatly appreciative
BEAUTIFUL! I love the ocean inspired colors!!
Wow! You're a great teacher and this looks INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!
Thanks for the information and ideas. I'm just starting out with epoxy projects and need all the help I can get. Thanks!
AWESOME!!! We are making our very first resin (geode crystal) table. StoneCoat is the resin that will be poured over all the textured crystal and acrylic artwork. Now we know that masking tape (EASY!!) can be used to form the edges. This makes things soo much easier. Mitch, you guys rock! Thank you for sharing.
PS: gotta get that pearl!
Thank you for the breakdown. I followed your directions and my table top turned out beautifully. I subscribed.
Thnx for the beautiful video! I’m dying to try it! You make it look easy. Love the pink and gray slab behind you!!!
You teach it so well,😊 I feel like I could do a countertop after watching your video.
Best comment *ever* !
I commented on a video earlier about the blue pearl and boom am seeing it now.
As a stone mason this has gave me an idea 👌🏽🥂🌟
Perfect presentation! I was just wanting to start my first project in over 35 years
Sounds like a great time to start!!
U Got This! Let me know if you have any questions 👍
Beautiful !!! I’d like to actually know the ounces you use when pouring ! Love the colors ! I did my kitchen in almost same colors. Very happy with it ! Thanks Mitch!
Thanks for the steps. Amazing color scheme!
Beautiful! I love how “simple” this was. Thank you for this video!
You're welcome! Thanks for taking the time to drop such a kind comment! Let me know if you have any questions
I'm trying to make a business of this because I love doing it so much but I live in a very rural area in tenn. How can I convince people to try this
I usually watch Mike but lately I've enjoyed your techniques and actually tried a black and silver pour on an end table I broke the glass out of but didn't wanna part with and it turned out perfect thanks for your help
Wow, wow and WOW ... I thought resin was very difficult to use. Watching this amazing video I am going to try and use a colour combination on my wooden table. Thanks for this video.
I have discovered this lime of stuff here of late and love it! I just made my channel into a channel with resin, epoxy, and wood products. I am a newbie, and I realize I will learn as I go along! I found I LOVE doing these products! Hopefully, people will still want to follow my journey and be an encouragement! ❤😊
I love these colors together. I'm working towards doing my own kitchen next year.
Love that for you! Please don't hesitate to ask or call if you have questions
U Got This! Lemme know if you have any questions 👍
Trying my first dirty pour. Thanks Mitch!
Thank you...I had fun working for stonecoat.
Thank you! Simple, quick, beautiful piece!
Where are you located? 15:00
I just love this finish!! Thank you❤
Thank you Mitch for sharing!! Your the man!! Lol I’ve been trying to make up my mind on what color scheme to do in my kitchen. This one is definitely a good maybe. Thanks again!!
Good tips in this one! Love it when you give us those little nuggets learned from your experience!
Thanks! Appreciate the great feedback 👍
This is AMAZING!! I just did a video on laying down contact paper on my kitchen countertop but this is way better!!
Im just now beginning how to use Epoxy and Mixes and your video is Great 👍 Thanks bro 😎
Awesome job. That's the color I want in my kitchen for my countertop. My cupboard doors are a sky blue with white trim
That is gorgeous. I want to make one for my drink station. Fire and ice colors.
I have been wanting to learn this technique long ago, thanks for sharing!
It came out so beautiful. I love it.
This is my absolute favorite ❤❤ Exactly what I'm looking for!
I love the colors and would call it ethereal dreams.
Love these videos!!! 🤍 I can't wait to create my dream design for my kitchen island and countertops 😊😁
do you know how much weight the 2 inch foam will hold? or does it have to be over wood?
@@mjkay8660 After watching their videos, I'm sure if you prep correctly and follow the steps it will hold up perfectly. 😊 The amount of epoxy is based on your square footage. The foam is very durable. For my countertop and island, MDF is perfect and affordable.
@@mjkay8660 2" foam would hold a lot of weight. We use 1" for showers
I am from Iraq. I have been working with epoxy for 20 years. You are an artist and skilled in your work. Please ask you, is this considered more expensive than marble in your country? Thank you, my friend.
I haven't tested the 2in foam as a countertop. My tub surround walls are very strong fully cured
Awesome. Love the colors ! ❤
I just came across your channel! I've been watching several videos on epoxy/ resin pours.
I must say that is one beautiful counter top / coffee table.
You do some of the best epoxy pours on the internet.
👍
Love the brilliant colors and work!
This one has some loud colors that all melded perfectly! Thanks for taking the time to drop a comment! How long have you been watching Stone Coat on UA-cam?
It's adorable how excited you get. Just sayin. You crack me up. 😄
Thanks!!!! 🙏✌
Oh my gosh, you make it look doable, I want to try this!!! Thank you very much...😊
I am interested in doing a "wood" look on an oak coffee table , that I salvaged. It has two insets.
This turned out brilliant. I would have liked more explanation about pre-prep steps and what exactly that undercoat is... Thank you
That is beautiful 😍 thank you so much for these videos. Amazing 👏
There are so many ways to pour- I wasn't sure how "exotic" this outcome would be- when you mixed it - in layers- in the bucket- It was awesome! I prefer a little more Carib Blue- but beauty is in eye of the beholder! As an artist- I learned to make a test sample for color- but your vid is chock full of great tips and advice. This tutorial should be a shining example of HOW TO TEACH and make A Tutorial.. - Concise- Straight to the Point & well edited..consider me Newly Subscribed!!
It needed the darker blue. The colors were too similar in the end. I like contrast though
That mix would make a sweet round game table for card playing.
Looks beautiful!
Mitch your comments made me subscribe. Your the man , bro.
I think I love you.... I'm simply stunned! OF COURSE I subscribed! The excellence with this video is the detailed presentation. You make an apprentice UNDERSTAND the whole technique step by step and from the very beginning. This alone, is awesome! Thank you! Ziggie from Marathon-Attica, Greece.
mitch youre the man bro im making this for my next epoxy project! thanks for the tips!
Thanks man! Great comment 💪👍🍻
Thanks for making a tutorial! I’m gonna try it on my craft room desk 😬
That teal, blue and white looks good
Amazing. I enjoy watch liquid art be created.
Love this. Thanks. Beautiful
Love the color design! 💯❣️
This turned out beautifully!
Ya'll r absolutely awesome & I will definitely share my 3rd epoxy project on my dining room table... I truly love watchin ur videos... Thank u soo very much for the new knowledge...
well done Mitch looks great
That is amazing art you are creating here.
Just did my counter top thanks so much this video helped a lot
That’s gorgeous! I want to do my countertop
You did great Mitch, in the beginning, I was worried about the colors melding together, as you were pouring, but once it dried it was beautiful. That will make for a great coffee table, thank you for sharing your knowledge with us newbies. I'm still scared to pour, thank you for taking the risks I did find a video that you did Mitch I wanted to try that one but I am unable to find it you were very excited about it it was done with a lot of blues can you help me find it?
Your work is beautiful ❤️☺️
Love the Goldmember reference
I always learn something new watching you guys ❤
I love this comment, thats why I do what I do!
Thank you for the awesome video. Excellent explanation.
Your work is great, thank you
You make it look so easy, and it's so beautiful I would like my bathroom floor and vanity tops like that
No camera tricks! It really is that easy. Let me know how I can help get those projects started! You Got This!!!
turned out amazing, great job. easy process. this was really cool.
hey fellas love the videos ive been binge watching them for the last 2 weeks now im going to build a curved bar in my basement and would love to see a 50s style coca cola red like table or something im sure you guys can come up with some crazy ideas
I only wish that I would be able to do this myself! Looks amazing!
I"d do it for you😊
I love this! It was s beautiful!
Loved it! Thank you :D I was thinking about solid surface but the mark up is insane! (I placed an order with a manufacturer for $545/slab but they cancelled it when they realized I wasn't a fabricator. I had no idea it was so heavy & no one will meet me in the middle now that I know that cost vs price) I think white epoxy with silver & pearl white might be what I end up with
Love those colors!
That's cool looks like a snow caps of the Rockies mountains very cool work
My bar top still looks fresh after 7 years bro! love the epoxy and yeah I got this!!!
Fantastic! What a difference I'm seeing. I have just seen a couple of "experienced" flood pour videos and was totally disappointed with the orange peel finish. Yours looks so smooth like glass. 👍🏻
Great video. I am ready to give an expoxy tabletop a try. Thanks.
Exactly the colors I was going to try. Think I'm going to add a little copper or metallic orange color. Awesome. Thanks
Good idea, the copper mica is going to look fantastic in this color scheme
Love these videos all the tips tricks and pro tips are things I incorporate into every project. Tomorrow rock face carrera marble over laminate. Can't wait!
Nice, that is great to hear! U Got This!! How long have you been working with Stone Coat Epoxy?
Nice! Wear your mask carving the rock face it gets dusty!
@@StoneCoatCountertops Literally just started and I'm re-doing the entire house. Kitchen, showers, cement floors, epoxy over tile in bathrooms, granite look instead of tiling living room and den, even window sills...saw that video too. Huge fan of SC and love the videos!
@@mitchquist Yes sir got the mask and glad I did but the results are sweet! You guys are awesome!
Great color choices! Love this!
Thanks Teresa! Nice to see you in the chat again!!!
@@StoneCoatCountertops I’m here….the rest of “The Crew” went to Mexico to celebrate Erika’s b-day. I stayed here to be Gam Gam again.
Just love it!! TY😊👍
My man. Love your channel bro. Great job.
Very helpful demo. Beautiful mix - Thank You ! 7/19/23
