This young lady "reaction" is so darn cute. I haven't heard this song in years but I always loved it as I do anything Ricky Van Shelton ever did. Thank you for your reaction.
"Keep it between the lines" , "Don't we all have the right" , "Statue of a fool", "Life turned her that way", "I'll leave this world loving you" all great songs by Ricky Van Shelton
@@randall-king Ricky Van Shelton was my moms favorite singer and I downloaded him on iTunes to have a memory of her cause I lost her in December 2016. That's how I know so many.
I'm so sorry to hear about Ricky Van Shelton I just happen to be looking for him for some particular song tonight and then they said 10 minutes ago that this was just posted on UA-cam my prayers go to Ricky Van Shelton I was a truck driver during his popularity I believe in the '90s and I listen to him a lot and had a lot of his tapes and songs and we've always enjoyed his music he kept me company for hours on the road May his road to recovery be there for him
Ricky grew up about a 15 minute drive from where I did. After he made it in country music his daddy used to play the bass guitar for me to sing at gatherings in some restaurants and at one small carnival that comes into town once a year. Ricky has one of the best voices that ever stepped onto the stage of the Grand Ole Opry.
I wish we could've watched the video. I love Ricky's voice and he's very easy to look at! He was so popular in Country music and many people still love his songs today. I don't think he's touring anymore but I'm not sure. You might like to listen to a duo with him and Dolly Parton called "Rockin' Years".
Another singer you could try is the legendary Jerry Lee Lewis ... when his Rock career cooled in the 1960s, he put out a number of country hits like Middle Age Crazy; You Win Again; Thirty Nine and Holding; Another Place, Another Time; and many more
You know if you get a chance to you should actually watch the video because that boy is so pretty. I used to know someone that looked like him he was pretty too. LOL I love that song.
Ricky Van Shelton walked away from Country music at the height of his popularity. He felt he could not live a Christian life in Country music due to the lure of drugs and alcohol.
I don't know you at all but I can tell tell you have the sweetest soul, thank you so much young lady.
One of the all-time greats! Wish he was still performing!
