Kenmores are amazing machines. I have two. One of them I thought I broke because something heavy fell on it enough to put a big scratch on the top but I think I fixed it. I am going to have to oil it and sew with it to be sure but one thing for sure is it is repairable. great machines to start out with if you are getting into vintage machines.

14:16 lets say your machine has been sitting for years and the oil evaporated, how would you go about unlocking everything and oiling it back up

I have inherited the same exact model idk last use but its locked up and looks like a car engine under the hood. Whats the best way of getting it moving? An oil bath isnt cutting it
