The Boomstick, severely underrated. Masters of this weapon are so cool when I witness them hunt as they utilize multiple mechanics embedded in it. The most awesome move in my opinion would be the jump spread shot as its fragging animation is something out of an action movie!
@@LightItUpDan not denying that it is solid, definitely 2nd or 3rd but, Gunlance gets into combos faster out of dodging then guarding, so dodging gives it a higher damage uptime
nah lance in terms of mobility can not rush charge instead think of it as frontline artillery tank slow but can pack a punch when comboing correctly in mhrise however the gunlance can literally fly/zoom around the map and can unload all its ammunition aka shells, wyvernstake, and wyvern fire all at once which makes the weapon super deadly and totally a different beast monster hunter wilds is coming up soon and its moves have been changed dramatically potentially making into one of the best weapons in game simce it mow has m o b i l i t y mh world=tank mh rise=b 52 bomber air craft mh wilds= ????

I already did a 100 quest completion multiplayer achievement and i never seen anyone within 100 quest use a gunlance, it's so underated

Honestly, as a Glance and Lance main, Gunlance shield is not worth banking on its much better as using EW/EX instead of guard and guard up
I dunno, it’s pretty damn solid! Just can’t get into it as dynamically as Lance’s guard

Nah it’s all in the hops and one gap closing upswing attack for GL, evade extender does wonders for it though
