Is there a way to do a Summonmancer solo offline ubers? I heard Dbrunski say it was 2nd best for Ubers but what Necro specific gear or skills would be needed to accomplish the ubers?

Does off weapon attack speed (other items other than wep.) stack with overall attack speed?
IAS does stack but it is capped to your character. There becomes a point where you don't need a lot of IAS with the Werewolf.
My werewolf is my Uber killer and I use act 3 enchant Merc with hexfire Andy and + sills armour
So it was a good idea to put a beast ogre maul on my wolf-barb and when I re-rolled it last night it rolled perfect ed adds nicely to the already 15ed
Does the weapon range change when shapeshifted? Also, shapeshifted form can use bows/xbows as melee no problemo, right?
No and yes
My werebear/ zoo build is almost unbeatable.
Werewolf is screwed if everything around is Skelton or ghosts
Windhammer or earthshifter? For elemental melee.

Yes in d2r you can do Ubers. Smiting Paladin is usually the best character to do it
Search for poor man's guide to smiter. Nice guide with the minimum requirements to kill ubers solo.
Sure you can BUT it will be a long and painful road to achieve a torch.
You need a lot of endgame gear and specific runewords. It's hard.
