Thank you so much. Just bought a 1974 MGB. Been sitting for 25 years. But started right up with a bit of TLC. My dash light switch is frozen and it’s set to can’t see. Just watching now I figured out how to remove the dash. Great videos thank you.
@@AlexPlatacis glad to have served with you. I was part of the Marines taxi service. LOL. Navy Operational Intelligence 75-87. I got this MG from a guys who’s brother was in the Navy. It was sitting in his garage for 25years after he passes. Gave me quite a deal cause I was Navy. And just last week, I hit a bear in it. Mashed up the hood. Straitened most of it. Anyway I looked at your videos and I’m going to be using them I can see. Thank you again.
Fantastic Explanation of the wiring harness back behind the 'endless void' of the dash! I wish I had owned a wiring diagram when I worked on my B the way back in the 80s... There is a PDF just like the one he was using if anyone needs it... google is your friend. I had one laminated on 11x14 paper to make it easy to read.
Hello. I am replacing all of my harnesses on my 77 MGBHowever, for the dash harness, Moss Motors says you need the wege base bulbs. May i ask you where you got yours? Or, could you tell me which ones i need for the complete dash? By the way... I love your videos. Thanks in advance for your info.
Good point. So I got my harness from abingdonspares.com. but the wrapper was a moss wrapper. The lights recommended dud not fit., so we called and described the fitting, and moss replaced them
I already have the harness. It actually looks like there are a combination of wedge and screw in. Wow, this is going to be a nightmare. I wonder if autozone would have the bilbs I need.
Love the video. Having issues with my headlights, turn signals, fuel guage, and amp meter. Hazards, speedmeter, and oil pressure are working. What's your opinion sir? It's a 77 mgb as well.

(Translated to: "I would like to see how to remove the dash panel") Next week, I plan on installing the dash back into the car. I will be sure to go over the attachment points, and the components that stay on the firewall, so you can do it in reverse. be sure to subscribe so you are informed when I post it 私が投稿したときに通知されるように、必ず購読してください

I suggest you order the harness, then order the bulbs after you get it. I think there are a few variants of this harness.
I already have the harness. It actually looks like there are a combination of wedge and screw in. Wow, this is going to be a nightmare. I wonder if autozone would have the bilbs I need.
Off the beaten path, where did you find your harness that went to the hand brake switch?
Sorry... I should have gone to the other video and commented.

Would you be able to supply the bulb number for the '77 MGB clock? having a hard time replacing mine. Fantastic videos by the way!!
I will have my wife answer that one. She worked with Moss to get the right bulbs.
Hi I also have a 77gt....having problems with hazard switch and or flasher unit and now indicators arnt working.
HELP!
The hazard blinker relay, and the indicator blinker relays are behind the glove box. If original, you might need to replace
