The Chiefs roster and play style is matching up very well against the Ravens. Dline and lbs are the Chiefs strongsuit defensively and Mahomes, the oline and Kelce 0lus the other weapons can give anybody trouble on any given day. Combine that with Reid and spags and the Chiefs have the better coaching almost all of the time, too. Truth is though, the Bills might've looked good against KC the last time around, but KC got a bunch of important players back and I wouldn't bet a cent on the bills beating the Ravens and the Chiefs.

His call on that 65-yard LAZER from Nix made the play twice as good!!!

I feel your pain, having lived through all those years that the 'Hawks were NFL doormats!! I have my own pet theory on what's happening (now) in Denver: These last 2 seasons, it's been "the Coach". I cannot stand Denver's HC!! Based on the way he treated RW with such utter disdain, rudeness and cruelty, I think it's only fitting he can't coach a win when it's needed most. Also, based on his horrific history (suspended by the NFL for a season for allowing the "Bounty Defense" at his old team), Denver's HC is simply a morally bad person. Lastly, he looks and acts like a professional whiner!! Never smiles, never has an encouraging word, and always a mean, nasty scowl on his face, the Denver owners hired a Negative Nelly as their HC!! Too bad, so sad for Denver!! With all that said, Denver's future looks bright, with Bo Nix at the helm as QB!! He's a talented kid, good leader, and should become a real NFL star. Seeing that last second touchdown to Mims on 4th down was so crazy, all I could think of was how much you must've been loving that. And same for that missed field goal off the upright in OT. That's such a crushing way to lose after getting every break to go your way up to that point to even still have a chance. Felt like the Same Old Lions years where they'd just invent new ways to disappoint and lose games they should've won. But even if they do miss out on the playoffs, it's encouraging that Bo got you guys this close in his first year, the future is looking good for him if they can build around this.
TBH, the fact this team is even in a position to "win & you're in" far exceeded my expectations of this season. I'm not entirely certain about that. Andy Reid is excellent at utilizing his players and crafting effective game plans. Carson Wentz has displayed significant talent in the past-back in 2018, he was regarded as one of the league’s top quarterbacks. If Reid can tap into that potential, the game could be very competitive. Wentz’s biggest challenge will be the lack of top-tier receiving options, but Reid has a proven ability to design strategies that mitigate such weaknesses.
I’m a life long Raider fan but somehow dig this channel and it’s not because it’s fun to watch the Broncos lose with hilarious commentary. Ok that’s part of it but this is great content because of the talent and production. Great work brother and go Raiders.

I know it's frustrating for Denver fans, but we aren't out yet, and the progress from game one of the season to now has been very good. Lot of potential in these guys, and they'll get there. Burrow's a top QB, so be proud our rookie went toe to toe with him. (Until the OT, of course...) It was a good game! Just didn't end the way we wanted.
Getting a 3rd and 13 after a penalty finally goes to the Bengals, Immediately allow Burrow to run it 15 yards. Defense gets a huge sack making it 3rd and unlikely, immediately get an offsides penalty. Recover a fumble, and won a challenge, just to go 6 plays and throw an interception. Not to mention allowing multiple 3rd and long conversions. It didn't come down to just one play. there were a LOT of screwups. Broncos looked like a very young team.

It felt as if Payton decided to just play for a tie completely. He even stated it several times in the after game press conferences that all they had to do was tie to get into the playoffs. The problem was, Cincinnati was playing to win, while Denver was merely playing to tie.
He could've played for a tie, if he had played for a tie. The problem was, he fucking didn't. Why did he take the timeouts? Why did he call nothing but stupid short screens? If he was playing for a tie, he fucked it up in every way imaginable.
If Bo can fix his accuracy issue, the dude will be a beast. He has the skill and talent. He just needs consistency now.
He gets excited, he needs to chill and focus, that comes with time. He will get better!

I have my own pet theory on what's happening (now) in Denver:
These last 2 seasons, it's been "the Coach". I cannot stand Denver's HC!! Based on the way he treated RW with such utter disdain, rudeness and cruelty, I think it's only fitting he can't coach a win when it's needed most. Also, based on his horrific history (suspended by the NFL for a season for allowing the "Bounty Defense" at his old team), Denver's HC is simply a morally bad person. Lastly, he looks and acts like a professional whiner!! Never smiles, never has an encouraging word, and always a mean, nasty scowl on his face, the Denver owners hired a Negative Nelly as their HC!! Too bad, so sad for Denver!!
With all that said, Denver's future looks bright, with Bo Nix at the helm as QB!! He's a talented kid, good leader, and should become a real NFL star. I'm sure you feel the same way! Just as it took Coach Pete to FINALLY get Seattle to be respected, and to win a SB over an aging PM, Denver WILL return to prominence and to the SB with a different HC, The current guy is, IMHO, not a good person, at any level. Thanks for all your great content, commentary and comedy!! I always look forward to all your videos!!

As a Bengals fan, that was a hell of a chaotic game that really encapsulated both our team's seasons pretty well (aside from the Bengals somehow not losing through nothing more than the sheer will of Joe Burrow).

Seeing that last second touchdown to Mims on 4th down was so crazy, all I could think of was how much you must've been loving that. And same for that missed field goal off the upright in OT. That's such a crushing way to lose after getting every break to go your way up to that point to even still have a chance. Felt like the Same Old Lions years where they'd just invent new ways to disappoint and lose games they should've won. But even if they do miss out on the playoffs, it's encouraging that Bo got you guys this close in his first year, the future is looking good for him if they can build around this.

I'm not entirely certain about that. Andy Reid is excellent at utilizing his players and crafting effective game plans. Carson Wentz has displayed significant talent in the past-back in 2018, he was regarded as one of the league’s top quarterbacks. If Reid can tap into that potential, the game could be very competitive. Wentz’s biggest challenge will be the lack of top-tier receiving options, but Reid has a proven ability to design strategies that mitigate such weaknesses.
I’m a life long Raider fan but somehow dig this channel and it’s not because it’s fun to watch the Broncos lose with hilarious commentary. Ok that’s part of it but this is great content because of the talent and production. Great work brother and go Raiders.

You know, I think there's enough "Worst Game Evers" that Perna can do a season-ending tier list. Tiers can include Just F*** BP Now, Paper Bag Over Head, Automatic Clickbait Sports Penalty, Coyote Plan Derailed, Coulda Gone Worse, and Hope Up Hope Down.

Fighting for last spot: Broncos, Colts, Bengals, Dolphins.
Broncos qualify if: They don't lose their last game/ They lose and the Bengals lose their last game and the Dolphins lose one of their two games.

Dolphins qualify if: They win both their games, Broncos lose and Colts lose at least one game.

I know it's frustrating for Denver fans, but we aren't out yet, and the progress from game one of the season to now has been very good. Lot of potential in these guys, and they'll get there. Burrow's a top QB, so be proud our rookie went toe to toe with him. (Until the OT, of course...) It was a good game! Just didn't end the way we wanted.

Getting a 3rd and 13 after a penalty finally goes to the Bengals, Immediately allow Burrow to run it 15 yards. Defense gets a huge sack making it 3rd and unlikely, immediately get an offsides penalty. Recover a fumble, and won a challenge, just to go 6 plays and throw an interception. Not to mention allowing multiple 3rd and long conversions. It didn't come down to just one play. there were a LOT of screwups. Broncos looked like a very young team.

What made this week really special is the Broncos let me down twice, my opponent in fantasy has Burrow and we are playing for the championship.
