@@JM47513 ...and if I understand it correctly, you cannot make any changes to the set curves (extrusion, tilt, etc), otherwise they won't convert to Hair Curves when you attempt a conversion. It always says that it lacks some kind of data to make the conversion. From what I've observed, it's "place the curves, do not modify, convert". Or am I missing something? Thanks in advance.
@@saintelmo5590to convert mesh into curves for hair, first you need to convert to curve, I mean, Mesh convert to Curve, then curve convert to curves, it's a little confusing but I hope you understand xD
@@JM47513 may i ask a question, now the character disappears whenever i convert "mesh" which is the character to curve and the hair lines doesnt change still
You need to more guidance for better approach like always hair card start bottom to top and make plan(primary layer secondary layer like that ) and for texture density plane scale size 12 mm I’m sure I can see your result much better next time time buddy
I love the haircard project scene you have! Looks super clean
looks promising but the lack of even screencastkeys makes it almost impossible to figure out what hge's doing. even slowed right down
You are great ! but I wonder what did you do at 3:17 ? How did u apply the hair modifiers when I convert it into curves I cant add modifiers..
My guess is that he convert its dupe into curve when applying the modifiers
Or maybe at the time the hair particles were ID as curves and that they just use instances
is there any way to see the full non sped up process?) looks awesome
set playback speed 0.5 something like that
great video i love it~
how did you convert the normal line cures into hair curves for geometry nodes ?
right click, convert to, curves
