- Recently got a pair of Fairtex BGV1 and and a pair of Hayabusa Ikusa, both 14oz.
Here a comparison between the two brands and also a little insight if you have to buy your first pair of boxing gloves. - Навчання та стиль
I broke my wrist just looking at the Lonsdales.
lol
jajajajajajajajajjajajaa
I sold the Hayabusa, love the Fairtex. I'm going soon to Thailand and will get the BGV9 and/or other gloves. Might do more reviews.
Weres the review ??
I recently got the BGV9, and they are awesome. They sound good on the pads and the heavy bag. Protection is dense and the whole gloves are compact. I think it will last for years.
For someone who isn't fluent in english, this is an excellent review.
Thanks.
Fairtex BGV1 wrinkles at the palm might bother you while trying the gloves with no bandages on them, BUT, you don't really feel any difference wearing bandages in your hands AT ALL. Have them in front of me, and it really makes no difference at all. Best gloves I ever had.
People really shouldn't train without wraps smh amateur shit
I had the 10oz I kiss gloves for pad work and bag work but I didn't like them they didn't seem to give me the wrist support I wanted. They're a sturdy glove and probably are good for some people but I have cleto Reyes and Twins gloves and they're so much better. I could literally move my hand round in the hayabusa gloves and pull my fingers out with the gloves still on. I would recommend twins, yokkao and flirted gloves and if you wanna spend £170 get Reyes :)
Erythromycin can cause a lot more fun and fun than the other one I was going through a lot of fun to play the game was the first game I had to be a good idea and a lot more to me and the game to be able for a long period and I had a good thing for
What are the best results I have been a great deal for the team that would be better for the rest to do it and it is a lot of fun for him and I was going through a great time and I had a chance at the end to be a part of this kind and the rest of my life and
Wow the Fairtex is "more compact" than the Ikusa? Also, which is more of a puncher's glove?
Azu Shi
The Fairtex I heard
Why is the breathable version of the Fairtex bad? I'm was planning to get that, now I'm having second thoughts.
The longsdales were kids groves 😂😂
The material in the breathable area tend to come apart. I got the all leather BGV1 and they've done me justice so far.
How did they hold up?
I think those Lonsdale gloves are just for getting autographs on from fighters haha
If anyone is wondering the hayabusa ikusa's are NO comparison to fairtex
Why?

Fairtex hand made from real leather can last ages
Thanks for clarifying that.
I appreciate the depth of your review
I have got a pair of 16oz twins gloves for sparring a pair of 14oz danger gloves for pad and bag work both made in Thailand all real leather and a pair of RAJAs made in Thailand they are 8oz for pad and bag work and to be used to using 8oz gloves for when I compete because that is the weight of the gloves i would be fighting in because I am under 70kg
did you say clito reese lol
And the x strap is a total gimmick and completely unnecessary. Super disappointed with them. Going to sell them after using them once. The good reviews on them must be from people who've never tried a good Muay Thai brand like top king, windy, boon, fairtex...
Dude looks just like Austin Powers
I have never used Lonsdale gloves and have no intention of using them i would never bye a pair of gloves that are shit for a full body contact sport like muaythai
bgv1 breatable 12 oz and bgv1 nonbreatable is same size? i have bgv1 breatable 12 oz it doesnt look 12 oz
Honestly, I don't know how you trained 6 minutes, let alone 6 months, with those Lonsdales--my hands hurt just looking at them. I guess everybody uses crap gloves when they first start training because they don't know any better, but those Lonsdales...jeez.
Great review man, I myself prefer twins but am interested in getting myself a New pair of 12oz gloves
The wrist of the Hayabusa is longer, because it is another type of glove than the Fairtex BVG1, There is a same type Fairtex glove, called Heavy Hitter BVG9 also with longer wrist.
Don't compare a city car with a race car...
To be honest I have no idea. You know sometime people gives opinions without mentioning where it comes from. There was an other pair of gloves that had - Hayabusa Tokushu - and someone said that regardless of the breathability it was getting dump. So, I guess was the same for the Fairtex.
He said you can't open your hands to clinch. There brand new glove 😒
To be honest I used them only 1 week. I feel like the Hayabusa absorb the impact and I don't feel the hit, therefore I chose to use the Fairtex as my main gloves. I don't know I just have a better feel with them. Also, sometime I have a bit of difficulty in doing the straps on the Ikusa with one glove already on.
DoberFrann thank you this helped me buy my gloves going with fairtex.
You should look up "Master Wong Breathable Gloves". He looked pretty happy! Very entertaining review...How have the Hayabusas worked out in comparison to the Fairtex?
I had the same problem with BGV1, the padding was great on the knuckles but wrist support was almost nonexistent. Plus there was no padding on the palm... Regardless, these gloves felt great and I would recommend them for muay thai but not for western boxing due to the poor wrist support.
Lonsdale, Everlast, Winning, Rival are all western boxing style gloves while Twins, Fairtex, King are all muay thai. I would not mix up the two styles.
Forget the look. Hayabusa Ikusa feels so nice.
How can you say the Hayabusa is lighter while they're both are 14oz?
How can you compare different type of gloves. The Fairtex is the BVG1 Tight Fit, so it is obvious smaller. The padding is tougher, because it is for professional use in the gym. The padding of the Hayabusa is softer for persons who like to train with softer gloves, but are not intended for fighters.

Fairtex is hand made it’s not 100% accurate
those gloves are not gloves you want to train with bro, that shit is more for autographs.
lol
you think fairtex gloves suck ?
Morbidxone Q
those gloves are for kids
are they boxing gloves or training gloves? I just started and im not sure which one to buy
oh dear, those lonsdales are shocking.
Let me know how do you find them in a month time. :)
The few times I use them I didn't have any problem.
Why is the breathable version of the glove not recommended?
Fairtex like king gloves also
fairtex are amazing, worn best when u have wraps on,BUT to me they felt a bit heavier than the other gloves. Twins as an example felt a lot lighter
Twins gloves are beasts.
Well if you get the correct Oz. how can one glove feel heavier
paparadeliko
The Fairtex are hand made so one glove can be heavier then the other
Excellent reviews, really helped me. Thanks a lot!
this is a horrible comparison
So which one do you like more now?
oh dear, those lonsdales are shocking.
What's better fairtex gloves or the twins gloves.
All an opinion... Both are great.. Just get whatever one you think looks better I guees
Both are pretty much the same level of quality, just pick the one that fits you better.
wait wait wait....only been training for 6 months.....annndd never tried on 14oz gloves before? your advice is invalid.....sorry NEXT
Why make a video when you have no idea about what your talking about
This is constructive criticism. Don't say "ummmm" every 3 words. Also this.video is way way too long with pointless facts.
+Adam Gouge Like you English is obviously not his native tongue. What is your native language?
Lonsdale for Muay Thai? Might as well doing it bare hands!
