Great video mate, really love watching your trips! with the cooling issue, watching the fan when you had the motor idling around the 8 min mark it looks like your viscous hub is not locking up properly. Great work Gav👍
Mick, you going to tell me if you made it up BIlly Goats or you going to make me watch it. 🤷🏼😂
It’s a cracking spot, glad I filmed it, was to busy chatting away. Lol
@@aguyandhistroopy 🤣😂, you’ll have to watch it mate. Good viewing for a raining Sunday
Great content & music as usual Gav, as an ex defence force driving instructor I reckon your technique is pretty spot on, mind you if you decide to change over to these new computer assisted do everything for you 4x4's then that might be different.
Thanks Mick, I’m unsure about this new technology your talking of?! 😂 That’s why I never take the BT50 out on real tracks, unsure how it all works.
Appreciate the positive feedback mate, feel free to comment anytime !! 😂😂
Another great upload Gav👍 Did you check whether your radiator was obstructed by mud, grass etc. you do do a lot of muddy water crossing slash bog holes….. maybe the radiator just needs to be cleaned ? As the temperature did eventually come down sort of indicates some sort of airflow restriction ? Just a thought🤔 hmmm oh check the aircon condenser too….
Hey Chris, all good on the overheating issue, it’s happened once before about 3 years ago after a big pull up a hill, then stopped and had it idling for a while, both stinking hot days.
As for the muddy bog holes, nah not me, I try to avoid them, crystal clear mountain streams for me!! 😂
Thanks for the input, and for watching again mate 👍🏼
Another awesome video mate! Loved all your ones so far. Always amazed how much work you must put into setting up the go pro, driving back, driving past, going back to pick up the go pro…. A lot of effort mate
What did you think of the camp boss light?
Keep the great work
🍺
@@bengibson3437 cheers mate, it’s a bit of work that’s for sure, but it’s a content I want to produce. I reckon it gives you a better perspective of the tracks and the surroundings.
Campboss light is great, only issue is a can’t open the latch to get the battery out, so I haven’t had a remote since I’ve started using it… i always thought I’d lose it. 🤦🏽🤣
Thanks for watching Ben, appreciate the support for the channel.
Hey mate can we access to devills hollow near place with beautiful view on a suv??
Yeah I reckon you wouldn’t have an issue, just need to make sure it hasn’t been too wet prior to going.
It’s a seasonal closure, so it’s not opened up until the end of November normally.
Hope that helps.?
Thanks for watching
@@aguyandhistroopy thank you somuch for the information
@@sudarshankc2066 your welcome.
What a great trip this was loved the scenery was beautiful. I was just about to ask you wearing thongs all the time and if you had ever encountered snakes. Then the next thing you did encountered a snake. Do you see many snakes on your travels? Well thanks for another great video can't wait to see more of this trip. Cheers Anne
Thanks Anne, it was a spectacular spot up at Devils Hollow, would of been so much better without the wind, but I wasn’t complaining.
Yeah, not a big fan of snakes, but I haven’t seen to many in my travels, but thing’s probably aren’t the right foot west to be wearing !! Lol 🤦🏽
What month did you do this
A real windy one ! 🤣🤣
I’d say April last year from memory.
It is a seasonal closure also just so you know. Shut between June Long weekend and Melbourne Cup weekend.
Hi Do you need some great lighting for your car for better driving, off-road? We're the pro auto lighting company for nearly 20 year and we're looking for sponsorship!
Hey Gav any chane the little white writting be a bit bigger so old fuckers like me can read it cheers 👍
Old fellas? I’m one of them. I had to buy a monitor for my laptop so I could keep editing videos! 🤦🏽
I’ll see what I can do, not a big fan of massive text.
