Overpriced by at least 500K. I understand that you have to make a profit when you build and sell but still you can't double the construction price + terain. For people asking for the price, there is a link in the description.

Not that great…no view other than an 90 degrees from the front…..sits on basically no property…… construction is lost cost……I’m curious to what they ask?
