How can it be that I so often can really smell the spices by watching your videos? 😄 Maybe it's because you' re putting so much love in it.... ❤ Thanx for the recipe, I love vegan food 🙏🏻❤️
Woa i will do this one too, it looks amazing , a different level. May I ask you a question or two? :) When i do the roti, can i leabe the dough in the fridge for next day, is it safe? And my second question would be, can you do masala tea recipe? I am not sure if you already have it on your channel, I will double check. Greetings from London, Haha i remember, years ago, i was at an indian food store and i was kind of following and looking at ladies and inwanted to ask them to show me how to cook indian food but i was shy( and also, of course, there are different levels of cooking and your is high level! ) Taste in food is what we want!!
Thanks for watching. Regarding chai, you won’t believe this but somehow I just cannot drink masala chai. I like my tea to be just simple with a little bit of sugar and a drop of milk. I feel adding all masalas in a tea just destroys the beautiful flavor of tea. Sometimes if I get a cold, I do grate a little bit of ginger and steep my tea with ginger and a cardamom pod and add honey. If you want the recipe of masala chai, I would say it will be best to check out on “Food With Chetna” channel. I know she did a master class on it.
Lovely recipe Bumbi. A very unique Bharwa masala. I’ll surely make it , I’m sure this masala will make any recipe awesome. Thanks for sharing. Have a wonderful weekend my friend 🌺
Wonderful recipe Bumbi. With another amazing masala to try. I do love all your homemade masala powders. That is such a great idea to use it as a stuffing for turkey or chicken 👍We loved your stuffed sweet peppers with curried potatoes recipe that I tried. Really looking forward to trying this and your other stuffed pepper recipes. Thank you. Hope you have a great weekend my dear friend 💕
That looks delicious. 😋 I think I could do that! - You are spot on with podcasts btw, I live with them daily. Excellent tip. 👍 Fabulous vlog as ever, thanks for your birlliant content. 😃
Thank you, Bumbi. Another lovely recipe that’s easy and vegetarian, using simple ingredients, patience and a lot of love, sprinkled with humour as always! Bless you ❤
Oh yes! .. love these! Just like my Mum makes.. never actually tried making them myself but gonna give it a go now I see how easy you make it look. Thanks 😋
You can use roasted cashew nuts or almonds or almond flour. Toasted pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds will also work. You can also double the quantity of desiccated coconut flakes
Aside from the delicious recipes, I could listen to Bumbi all day, you have the most soothing voice.
Awwww!! Thank you .
Bumbi U R such an amazing cook n so gentle in yr manner of explaing to yr subscribers
@@CurriesWithBumbiwhat other uses are there for the masala? As peanuts will burn if you cook the masala?
@nathangrueber9834 no they won’t burn at all. Check out the video coming up on Sunday where I used it in a stir fry.

Love all your recipes. I have made your baked stuffed pepper recipe so many times. In fact that's the one that got me connected with your channel.
I remember you even sent me a picture after trying that recipe😊
Seems like we can add chopped onions to the filling and make tikkis from that.
@nitapurohit5723 great idea 👍🏽👍🏽

Beautiful & colorful - going to try to make as appetizers for Thanksgiving. Thanks Bumbi!😊
That will be wonderful. I feel so happy when people tell me that they have chosen one item from my recipes for their Thanksgiving dinner .
Wow I love this masala recipe. Thank you.
Thanks for watching
I’m learning so much and decided to do container gardening next year and I cannot wait 🤗
You will love it. It is so rewarding.

Will pass to Children 🇮🇳 🇬🇧 😋
Thanks Mr. Colin. Take care. Please convey my regards to Mrs. Colin 🙏🏾
Well thought of recipe, Bumbi. On first sight I guessed it to be stuffed pickles. Looks delightful
You guessed it right 😊
Wow. Love any recipe with stuffed Chilis. This will make a fantastic Thanksgiving dish !!! I will try them baked/grilled, instead of fried.
Sounds great!
Most definitely will make this..... would it work with brown rice ? Could have one pepper with chickpeas and one with rice, a complete dinner 😁👍🙏
Sure, why not😀. Mash the rice well or else they may spill out
This is such a clever idea! But I love raw peanuts, and they might not make it into the pan...
Hahaha 😊, but be careful my friend. Having them raw may not be gentle on your tummy.
Wow, thank you! Love your recipes, they not complicated. I love making my own masala! ❤️ 🌹
Nothing like homemade masalas. Glad you like making them.
Brilliant as always🙏 can’t wait to try these
Thank you
Our veggie friend Tej is genius with cooking all kinds of meals with chickpeas!!
❤Colin
Yumm. Looks so good! I can't wait to make this recipe during my Thanksgiving break.
Hope you like it my friend.
Need to run to the store to get these peppers. Must try this recipe soon.
It's so good Nitadi.
Bumbi, yum, wondering what nuts could be used instead of peanuts please.
Great question! If I was making the mix to serve to others I might leave the peanuts out due to some that I know being allergic .

@ Thankyou Bumbi. Will let you know how yummy I can make it
Colin likes listening to podcasts when out walking 🚶 👍🇬🇧🇮🇳

Just leave them out
