This is probably one of my favorite videos on different uses for the air fryer. Just because of this site, I purchased a 7 quart air fryer with all the bells and whistles. I typically only use recipes from web spoon world. Not much need for air fryer cookbooks. Such creativity and diversity keep your air fryer concoctions fresh and delicious. You and the producers do a fabulous job of bringing these air fryer ideas to fruition, not to mention the clean-up idea…..genius! Thank you Alex and God bless you and yours during this time of strife in your country. Prayers always🙏

When you use Air fryer, please use heat below 140 C. Please read research done on the subject. Air fryer circulates heat in a very limited space and cooking in high heat in such limited space not only removes the vitamins from food, but it is toxic too! And while using the air fryer, use a glass or steel tray. Don't cook directly on the non-stick surface which is again toxic. Any food cooked in high heat is bad for health.

That cheddar cheese doesn't look like the cheddar cheese that we have in the UK.

It (in the video) looks like an Irish Kerrygold Red Cheddar (not extra-mature). Though it originates from the English village of Cheddar in Somerset (South West England), the name is not protected so anyone can produce cheeses labelled as cheddar.

I have the Ninja Foodi flip air fryer. I'm guessing I can do these in there with some modifications.

Why not coat the mushrooms in a jar with flour like the bacon chips, less messy. How many scrambled eggs have come out of that magic pocket? 😄

I need an advise please. I m going to buy my first air fryer. I dont know if i would get a cosori turbo blaze with one 6.3 qt (6.0 L) basket or cosori dual basket. I dont know if dual basket has much power in watts and if dual basket doesn have much space per basket

Greetinngs Alex. I have a question. When you use Paprika, do you use smoked Paprika or regular Paprika? I have been watching you since you first began (those days of your quiet sensual cooking ;) lol). Have you still got your master cameraman working with you? It looks like it. I have been gone for a long time. I'm back now I think. It's good to hear your voice and your cooking tips.

Choose to your liking! If you're looking for a more intense, smoky flavor, smoked paprika is a fantastic choice.

What’s the point of the egg in the sieve? Just crack an egg and mix it. 🙄

    • @WebspoonWorld

The egg-in-a-sieve trick is for making the egg extra smooth and ensuring a fluffier texture, especially in recipes like scrambled eggs or omelets.
