I went to Indonesia last week (Bali). These people are the kindest people. Very motivated, loyal workforce. One of my favorite destinations.

As an ex-Garuda cabin crew, I received my initial flight attendant training at this place back in 2010. This video brings back so much memory. Thank you!
It's a unique experience watching those new trainee learning how to give a great service to their passengers, it's lil bit awkward to see when they forget something to say / do but it also fun to watch 😆😁

Among all Indonesian Airlines i've ever been.. i like Garuda airline the most..u can see the differences started from ur boarding, neat ,professional, and on time..even if u get delayed u got cash pay back..i ever got delayed, and we got reimburse payment and free lunch..and among all airlines in Indonesia, the nicest crews are garuda airline and the service on board is the best..
As an aviation enthusiast, i could distinctly feel the difference between Garuda Indonesia and other Indonesian airlines during take-off and landing. Garuda's landing is so smooth and soft.
Zaryu very true. I just flew back home with Lion Air yesterday, and landing was a bit hard. Even people in the plane started praying 😂. But there’s a reason why Garuda is highly rated, while the other airlines were in the EU blacklist until recently. Next best for me is Batik Air and indonesian AirAsia, the rest aren’t great

Aaah so cool. Garuda Indonesia has very complete training facilities.
One thing they should probably add is an English conversation class for all their trainee flight attendants to make their pronunciation a lot better.

They have such a warm environment of training. And I believe they do, back to several months ago, previous medical visits had allowed me to have a chance to chat with the pilots and cabin crew about how they handle Cockpit Resource Management, cabin crew peer to peer career and so on. I have always been enthusiast about airplane and it is actually my dream since I was children, but ended up being a doctor. So it is so much fun to have the opportunity to connect to these people.

I love to staff, good service, kindness and food off Garuda Indonesia every year from Amsterdam to bali! Sadly next year 2019 no because KLM. was more cheap and i must watch the price. I hope in the future i can fly Garuda again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please do one with one of the best airlines, e.g., Emirates, taking us through the food/dining process all the way from selection of chefs, menu planning, food selection/purchasing, food prep and preservation/storage pre-flight, delivery to the plane, storage on the plane, and final food prep before delivery to the passenger. Hope you will!!

I've always made it a point to pay attention to the crew every time they do their safety instructional demos on every flight while so many passengers are just too busy in their own little world to take the time and learn/refresh on things that may save their lives. Seeing the training of these attendants just makes me appreciate them even more!! Thanks for sharing :-)

Hi Sam. Please cross your arms when making the slide, otherwise the friction may injure your palms.
During my time, we crossed our arms across our chest and it worked just fine.I have no argument with extending one's arms and I will comply with whatever training requires.
No matter it is a cross arms or straight arms, he didn’t follow what the crew instructed. Twice he did that and ignored. To me that’s a sign of being arrogant.
