I believe it's both the MoM and Strelitizia that gave Yozora both instructions and trials for him to go through. However, I feel as if there's something that's possibly entirely overlooked. If we actually apply the logic from Toy Box where there are 2 seperate worlds in the same area (Which is also how we also found out about Yozora at the very beginning) it might be Riku asking Yozora since he's in his vicinity the last time we learned of it (Plus Riku specifically says this too, "I felt like someone was looking down on me" something along these lines.) I've always commented on the fact of *Who* is inside Yozora's body at the moment, but I strayed from the question of who asked him to save sora until we saw that trailer. It's either one of the 3.
Well, if it is the Master of Masters, then he probably wants Sora to be sealing if he cannot defeat Yozora. It means like Lightning in Final Fantasy 13-2, he needs to be place "some other Time" to be in the proper place with the proper strength. Also, Sora in a vector for Darkness. Ventus and Vanitas were connected to Sora's Heart for a long time. It is possible some of them are still in him. Sora did "open the Door," and now the Door is Opened.
My main problem with theorizing about who is giving Yozora orders is that it could be literally anyone. It could be MoM or Strelitzia as you said. It could be pieces of deleted code from the computers in Reality after all every computer we know about is being used to try and find and save Sora. It could be Yozora's own self conscious maybe even with a mix up with the memories of the attacking heart and Yosora's own. It could even be Riku, though if so I would guess it would be a bit less of an order then Yozora seems to take it as. One of the more likely answers is that it is Luxord, maybe. Another thing that I am not sure I agree with is that crystallization is about completing a purpose. Although that is how it works in ff13 that doesn't mean that is how it works in KH. After all both Xion and Kairi have been turned into crystal before, and while you can make an argument for Xion to have "completed her purpose" you can't really do that with Kairi. She was turned into crystal more as a way to keep her out of being able to act without killing her then anything else. A way for Xehanort to store her for future use. My other question about the Yozora boss fight is that I am not sure when it takes place. I think they are leading us to believe that it takes place before Sora lands in Quadratum. However I could easily see this being a sneak peak into a boss fight that will come again in KH4. Maybe a bit easier, with only the actual canon ending to it, and with context that the secret final boss fight just didn't really have. All in all it is very hard to make a convincing argument about Yozora.

Landi was telling the truth about how it works in FF13 and if this was the FF13 setting I would be more willing to allow it's use of crystallization...basically. However KH has used crystallization before and it doesn't seem to be for the same reason as the FF13 use. There might still be a connection, but if so it is a very lose connection. I am more willing to think that Sora's crystallization is going to give lore as to what happened to Xion and Kairi then it being some odd connection to the FF series. After all even if KH and FF are connected they are clearly AUs to each other if not even farther apart.

And that sora waking up on the couch has been seven days another seven days A number that kingdom hearts final fantasy and the world ends with you are all infamous for using at this point. So the question is has he awaken from crystal stasis since it sent to 27 days and how long was he in crystal stasis. I also do wanna point out that there is a lot that the kingdom hearts for trailer and the Verum Rex trailer featured in kingdom hearts three directly pool from versus 13s trailers aside from the infamous endings to the remind DLC.
