I'm not sure whether I should be more scared or impressed by your set up. On the one hand, if any part of that system were to break during distillation you very easily could burn your house down. Other the other hand, the fact that it's working as well as it seems despite being made from mostly upcycled materials is frankly impressive.
This process seems excessive can't you just make a nice Blackberry liquid and then add that to the moonshine instead of distilling it again and then the sign would have a nice blueberry color wouldn't it

I tried this with plummers putty and i almost killed myself, it all tasted like playdoh and chemicals

I made a stovetop still one time using a stainless steel pot but I like the idea of the pickle jar better. Thanks for the idea.
