Suzuki Boulevard M109R/M1800R clutch cable lubed.. Stop broken clutch cables

When I first bought M109R the Clutch cable was pretty tight/tough to pull in for the first few months before the cable lead and cable split at the lever..
I installed a new cable the next day.. Months later to a year it happened again..
That's when I decided to start running 3 in 1 oil down the cable housing before install.. Every Spring I usually run some fresh oil down the line. The clutch lever is way smoother and has never snapped again.

I have done it in diff way,i have inserted the clutch cable in a small short hose and clamped it then i kept it vertical then i poured a small sewing machine oil and waited for 30 minutes till i notice dripping from other end of cable under the bike
So it is fully internally lubricated.

Good information, another tip is to reroute the cable.The standard position cable runs inside the engine mount bracket and under the engine mount Reroute outside of engine mount bracket ,eliminates any tension on the cable when the engine moves.

i like to zip tie a clear hose around the cable then fill the clear tube with spray silicone,wait till it drips out the ground and is clear.then remove the tube and put 50 cent worth of quarters as my play in my clutch. then 1/4 turns on adjustment.Researching to go hydraulic clutch for under 100 bucks,taking some time.But very nice video!

when I start the my 2012 model m109r, the sound of rattling sound comes from the side of the clutch and as soon as you press the clutch lever, the sound stops what is the problem of the thing please help me
