    Super intense, challenging and definitely sweaty work outs ... It really nneeds a techniques to that...But I just have to do the Thing....Thanks Dan for sharing

    I'm a little confused, all the tutorials I see online say to keep your hands close to your waist/hips when jumping rope, but I always see experienced jumpers like Gervonta and others with their hands way further out, like their elbows are almost at a 90 degree angle, why is that?

      when doing tricks, where your feet are more spread out, you want your arms a bit further apart to allow for a wider loop for your feet.

      In tutorials and generally people say to keep elbows close to the body not the hands
