Did this today also to test that area and stretched during the "breaks" - minor discomfort but not too bad...any thoughts or input are welcome...Shawn - Florence, KY
OK, I’m pumped to get started. My ropes are on order, and I realize how difficult it is for me to even jump a few times. Mr Brandon, i have not been exercise quite some years and I am not really fit. I can only do 350 times for 30 mins each day for 3 days so far. Should I maintain this level first or I need to pick up to the level to 1000 skips 30 mins immediately? Because I already feel back pain and leg pain.
I bought a jump rope last year and I was all enthusiastic about getting started, but then I realized I don't have enough space in my apartment to jump due to furniture, ceiling fans and the way the apartment is situated. Seeing you on the tennis court gives me inspiration because my apartment complex has one. However, I'm an extreme introvert so I have to get over my concerns about being exposed out in the open. LOL.
