    I am in love with jump rope dudes. I started out with 10 mins jumping rope and now this video and plus 10 minutes jump rope for beginners and currently total 50 mins of jumping rope. I was 78 kg (171 lbs) and now I'm 74 kg (163 lbs) in just 2 weeks with no dieting but eating a little less than before. I couldn't believe myself. Others couldn't see much difference but my weighing scale does. ❤️ Thank you JRD ❤️

    great content as always. sometimes i can't believe i got back to exercising after more than 6 years as a complete couch potato thanks to jumping rope, i never imagined it being the one thing to get me back on track. i used to hate any sort of physical activity and now skipping is something i can't live without. some people really deserve recognition for their initiatives and i honestly believe you both deserve it all. best of luck fellows! i'll be sure to share my results soon. love from brazil x

      Thanks for the video content! Forgive me for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you researched - Dinanlinson Belly Secret Approach (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a good one of a kind product for learning how to get an amazing toned beach ready belly minus the headache.     Haven't exercised in years, did 2 weeks of your basic 10 min workout, tried this today. Can't believe I lasted all 20 minutes. Now to work on intensity and technique.

    My second year of jumpgin rope is incredible. I can eat whatever I want ina week and then lose the fat that I gained makes me really really happy. Also if haven’t started jumping, I would never have been in shape for the whole year. Thank you dudes! I really appreciate what you do :)

    I loss 14 KG of weight in last 12 months with little bit of food diet and with some daily jumping jack + burpee.. But i was looking for something extra to get my six pack faster..     This is the workout that I do on alternate days:
    Jump Rope: 1 min
    Squats: 30 secs
    Jump Rope: 1 min
    Planks: 30 secs
    Jump Rope: 1 min
    Burpees: 30 secs
    Side Kickthroughs: 30 secs
    Planks: 1 min
    On Spot Jog: 2 mins
    Rest: 45 secs
    I do 4 to 5 sets of the above mentioned circuit. Since I can't do fancy tricks, I limit my skipping to the basic bounce, the sprint jump, and the one legged jump (4 jumps per leg).
    I have lost about 13 kgs in the last 5 months and have to lose 12 more kgs. Will this workout be enough if done on alternate days? Or should I do it daily (need to factor in recuperation time too)?
    Thanks for this group, I've been skipping for the last 3 months 5 days a week!

      I skip everyday but some days less skips. So somedays 1000 skips and others 1500-2000. I do exercises between. On alternative days I skip and do stretches & yoga.

    If you switch the 30 seconds 1/2lbs rope sections for jump rope high knees ... its hell for your abs !!

    Had absolutely no energy this morning and thought multiple times about quitting, but pushed through and made it stumbling through the finish line. Added the 30 sec 1/2lb to the plank (side and normal)

    Love your videos. Thank you so much for posting them. One request, however. Not all of us have two sets of handles for our ropes, so put a rest between switching from 1/4 pound to 1/2 pound and back so that we have a chance to switch them out without losing jump time.

    Hi I started doing jump ropes after i had knee problems from running. I am able to sustain 40 mins to 1 your of jump rope. But I am not good with the different foot work. I can only do regular bounce. I am working hard to get rid of my abdomen from having 3 kids. Did all sorts of running gym etc...even though I lost weight the stomach did not get flat. Hoping to get a flat stomach fm jump rope and weights and also through watching my diet. I hope i can get a flat stomach by December.

    5 Minutes Jump Rope (Freestyle)
    1 Minute Rest
    Then repeat this circuit 6x
    Will it cause muscle loss...?

    Whoaaaa got the jumpsweats here!! Whaaaat, that was intense. Did the 10 mins workout yesterday and did this today. I feel this niggling pain at the base of my foot, ever felt that ? Also I'm only wearing my socks and skipping , should I use shoes?
