@CR-fl4jfoh yeah and since the olympics, 8 more Russian and Belorussian skaters have tested positive for banned substances. And the american mediocrity you’re talking about produced the first quad axel this season. not only that but our skaters are by and large more technically precise than russian “quads” (shitty pre-rotated, awful take-offs and incorrect landing edges and they all twist from their back instead of hips. that’s why they’re all fucking retired by 18 and permanently disabled. Zhenya (2018 silver) had to get nerves in her back removed because her technique was so fucking terrible. all that doping can’t help the worst technique in the sport.

I have Been watching her since I was a kindergartner, I absolutely LOVE her. when I rewatched her whip my hair back and forth vid I was screaming, “ THATS MY BITCH!!! “ Starr you are amazing :D
What a beautiful skate!! She's grown so much in the last 5 or 6 years.. the only thing holding her back is the lack of a triple Lutz.. I have seen her land it, but not often enough. :)

I normally prefer to watch men’s skating but I will have to start following her career as she’s so good. She’s a lovely skater.
She has really come a long way! What an improved program. I truly now see her potential. She is growing.
