Its such a pleasure watching you and Nalia. Its so interesting how toddlers/babies usually want to eat what they see mom eating even when its not so pleasant eg the green juice. Hi! My daughter is now 3 years old. What helped most with her was coming down to her level, repeating what she wants so that she knows that I understood and then give her two options. For example she doesn't want to go home from the playground, I would tell her, I understand you don't want to leave, it's really fun here. But it is getting late. Would you like to sit in your buggy or ride on my back? That usually worked great, because then she felt that she was in control of something.
