Protein Collagen Smoothie
1 cup water
1 scoop Ritual protein powder, ritual.com/ANN... for 20% off

1 tsp pure cacao powder
1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
Ice cubes

Mint Cranberry Quinoa salad
Quinoa, cooked, approx 1 cup
Handful fresh mint, chopped
Red onion
Cranberries
Cherry tomatoes
Olive oil & lemon juice as dressing
Meatballs
Approx 800g minced meat
2 eggs
2 tbsp plain yogurt (I use coconut)
Approx 1/2 tsp onion, garlic and oregano powder
Inspired by healthyrecipes...
Heat oven to 180’c / 350’f
Combine all ingredients except meat, stir
Add in meat, gently mix together
Form into golf-size balls
Bake in oven for about 30 mins

Nice to see Nalia 😊Annie, just an idea, you could plant a garden together! Just in a few containers if you have a balcony. Tomatoes, courgettes, herbs for example are easy to grow in containers or grow bags. Little children learn so much from growing their own food, she would love it!! You could start with mustard and cress seeds.

It looks so calm and peacefull with nalia. I cant even imagine cooking this nice and consistent because my 15 month old will be very upset about it. I wonder how you managed to teach her this beautiful behaviour. I would really love to be able to cook and prepare food just like you do!❤

Glad to hear that I'm not the only one who has to feed their toddler while playing sometimes - well usually Vanessa will sit down but not always. And the same goes for - she used to eat nearly everything but now she's more picky (still less than I am 😂).

Just one question , where is Nalia while you’re cooking ? I have a 2 year old and afraid to let her play alone in the kitchen without being on her side . So I only cook while she’s sleeping !
2 is the perfect age to start letting them cook with you. I would seat my child on tge island, let her eat ingredients and hand me things etc If they don't want to they can play next to you on the floor. Mine would play with tupperware. My oldest is now 10 and can cook and bake sole things by herself after helping with cooking for years.
