RECIPES
Meatballs
- Approx 800g minced meat
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt (I use coconut)
- Approx 1/2 tsp onion, garlic and oregano powder
Heat oven to 180’c / 350’f
Combine all ingredients except meat, stir
Add in meat, gently mix together
Form into golf-size balls
Bake in oven for about 30 mins
Cauliflower
- 1 cauliflower
- Olive oil
- Salt
Sauce:
- 3 big Tbsp tahini
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- Water to thin
Boil cauliflower in salted water 5-6mins.
Remove from water, allow to dry and cool for few mins
Rub the cauliflower with sprinkle of oil and salt
Bake at 225C/450F for 45mins
Pour sauce on top, sprinkle with fresh parsley
Thai noodle soup
- Carrot
- Zucchini
- Red bell pepper
- Mushrooms
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Chicken
- Chicken stock
- Brown rice noodles (can be any variety)
- Coconut milk
- Thai curry paste
- Serve with fresh cilantro and lime juice
1. Sautee garlic, ginger, carrots, bell pepper, zuchinni - for about 5-7 mins
2. Add in chicken stock, chicken, curry paste - cook for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
3. Add the coconut milk, baby spinach, lime juice. Stir to combine until the spinach has wilted.
4. Cook noodles in a separate pot
5. Pour soup over noodles
6. Serve with fresh cilantro and lime juice

I have curtain bangs and love them! I only style them on wash day and the best thing is that mine are cut at the shortest point (very middle) where they hit the tip of my nose. The sides of the curtain bangs are longer and merge with my face framing layers. If you go for these lengths, it’s less commitment because it means on non wash days, the bangs are long enough to tuck behind the ears.
They also grow out quickly if you don’t like them.
I think start off like this and if you like them and find them practical, go shorter and fuller with the bangs like in the Pinterest pics you showed.

Oh my goodness! Yess i agree with you on every note. And i actually say the same thing about my Daughter who is the exact same age as Nalia and born on the same day ! That i wish i could freeze this time with her now because it is the most precious. 💎 As much as i want to see her grow and evolve into the woman she will be one day , i just feel like every moment goes by fast and moments like these you just want to hang on to. I have naturally curly hair and I really liked having curtain bangs. Styling didn't take too much time, especially if doing it along side my regular wash/blowout straighten routine...they seem to stay pretty well at least for me because of my texture. Just a quick touch up each day worked well :)
I cut curtain bangs last year and loved it the first day, hated it after 🙊 it was a really nice change, but I found it so hard to actually style them well. Also, never having had bags before, I found it really hard to get used to having them in my face all the time. But this is just my personal experience!

Take my advice and don't do the curtain bangs haha They are so high maitenance and can be very unflatetring if not styled everyday. It also took a while to grow them out fully (couldn't be happier when they went away)... I love you and your videos, they make my days better:)♥

Your soup looked great!! Annie do you ever add cayenne powder? I cannot use hot sauces but use lots of cayenne. It is a digestive aid, cleans the blood, good for heart ateries and more.

I guess, the curtain bangs would look great on you and if you do not like them anymore, they grow out fast, especially with the length of your vision board pictures.
