Secrets of the Way of St. James - News from Francesco

On December 27th, 2023 I visit the exhibition about St. Francis of Assisi in the Diözsanmuseum in Freising. After I have already dealt intensively with Francesco this year and have even been to Assisi (see links to my video at the time), I learned that the first settlements of Franciscans and Clarisses were in Munich near Jakobsplatz. In addition to handwritten testimonies from Francis, a number of pictures from the Middle Ages are also on display.
Interestingly, there is no mention in this exhibition that Francis made a pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela in 1213.
