Suggested this to my husband 5 yrs ago (golf,sports turf applying for yrs), not swayed in the least and thoroughly offended. " Its my grass I'll treat it, you just wait and see". Needless to say Ive waited and waited some more. Still beige w/slight green hue. So, this time round.. not mentioning anthing.. We've recently, cut down trees, sod installation forthcoming. This is my opportunity, justifiably so, as the new grass will be greener. Not a word to be spoken... Applying beautiful grass paint, deal w/him afterwards. Wish me luck... Will it bleed or wash off if you water the grass.
I’m not sure why people are leaving negative comments on this BUT its not toxic and makes the grass look great. The alternative is lots of water and stress. I’d rather see a painted lawn than those rock gardens that do nothing but throw off heat in the sun.

I got tired of fighting gophers so I took out my lawn years ago here in Sonoma County. My daughter recently put in synthetic grass in her front yard in Phoenix. The green is much nicer than the rocks were and no water was used! Yours is another alternative. Love the idea of allowing the lawn to go dormant during our drought season. Clever. Do not understand the negative comments.
I live in Texas and my neighbor turns on his water at 5 am and waters until like 8 am a few days a week. I asked him what his water bill is and he said $400 to $500 a month!!! Now he does this in the summertime. I don’t know how true that is, but I think I’ll try the lawn paint. I usually don’t water and let nature take its course. Thanks for the vlog.
I bought this last summer for the sidewalk/grass in between the road. I always forget to water that area. Still have not used this yet but watching this video makes me want to get this done ASAP.
