    Sometimes you've just gotta stop, drop, and sculpt. An at-home fitness fix-specifically a floor abs workout-is easy to execute, especially when it involves minimal equipment. Plus, if you do them right, you can be finished and on to the next to-do in under 20 minutes.
    Did you know, when you strengthen your abs it helps your body have better posture, prevent injuries, and perform better in sports (and daily life!)? Talk about benefits! Its best to try and perform floor ab exercises every week for the best long term results.
    In this floor abs workout video, I'll lead you through my favorite moves that will help you carve a toned stomach and strengthen your core. The best part? All you need is a will to get to work (and, OK, maybe a yoga mat, too). Get ready to get sweaty and press play!

    This is a GOOD ab workout... I go through loads and loads of ab workouts online, sometimes watching just a few minutes and then being irritated cause it's not challenging enough or the instructor puts me off for some reason. I've been stuck on Christine Curry for years now and finally found something in the same sphere. Loved it! My tummy is hurting nicely :)

    This Exercise has been giving me great results! I’ve been doing this like for almost 9 months and I’ve seen awesome results! I do recommend doing these to tone them! Anyways! I love Caroline’s tips for health lifestyle xoxo

    I did not sweat as much as I thought I would but I was taking it slow learning the exercises. That side crunch was a new one for me. I really appreciate the positivity.

    It’s literally 5:25 on Christmas morning and I just finished the workout! I seriously feel AMAZING! I try to work out as often as possible, and I always come to this exact video. Love the positivity! At first I thought smiling would just be stupid, but now I do it too and it genuinely helps! 😁😘🤪💚❤️

    Hey hey! I really enjoyed your positivity and plan to do this workout everyday once a day while also trying to eat better. I’ll post results!
    Week 1:
    5/28/19 Day 1: Didn’t eat very well today, but feel strong after exercise
    5/29/19 Day 2: Ate healthy today, sore after video
    5/30/19 Day 3: Crazy Sore struggled through video, ate decent today (could’ve eaten better)
    5/31/19 Day 4: Wasn’t sore today, satisfied after video, forgot to eat breakfast this morning
    6/1/19 Day 5: Workout was easiest it’s been today, ate decent today, felt happy afterwards
    6/2/19 Day 6: My back was sore today, ate ok today, felt really good after workout 😊
    6/3/19 Day 7: My upper back was sore, lapsed and ate bad when I went out w/ some girlfriends for a movie
    Week 2:
    6/4/19 Day 8: Workout was alright today, head really hurt after eating bad yesterday
    6/5/19 Day 9: Struggled, was rlly tired after long day, didn’t eat enough today
    6/6/19 Day 10: Was good today, didn’t eat enough though
    6/7/19 Day 11: Was pretty easy today, might find another exercise routine to add
    6/8/19 Day 12: Was easier today, didn’t eat enough today (I’m stressed and when I’m stressed I don’t really eat), also I’m starting to see really good results!
    6/9/19 Day 13: Was alright today, my back hurt a lot, my mama got sick and I had to drive to her house
    6/10/19 Day 14: ok, I’m gonna be frank, I had to take my mom to the ER yesterday (me writing this on 6/11) and I didn’t have the energy to do the workout, I know I know but this is just my one break day
    Week 3:
    6/11/19 Day 15: was difficult due to a horrid headache but I made it through! 👍
    6/12/19 Day 16: Was alright, I’ve decided that I’m going to try an find another workout to add w/ this one
    6/13/19 Day 17: Was pretty easy today, decided that I’m going to add Chloe Ting’s 2019 Summer Workout Shred starting tmrw
    6/14/19 Day 18: Was easy today, barely made it through bc I was so tired
    6/15/19 Day 19: Was alright today, mama’s still in the hospital ☹️
    6/16/19 Day 20: Was good today, can’t believe I’ve gotten so far!
    6/17/19 Day 21: Was really good today, is getting so much easier
    Week 4:
    6/18/19 Day 22: Chloe’s challenge left me sore therefore making this workout a lil harder than usual
    6/19/19 Day 23: Still really sore, rlly getting easy tho
    6/20/19 Day 24: I honestly felt really good today, better than I have for a long while
    6/21/19 Day 25: Had to go to little brother’s Orientation in place of my mother
    6/22/19 Day 26: Was really tired today but overall good workout

      darah k. I believe it’s too early for me to decide that, but ever since I’ve been doing this workout, I’ve felt better than I ever have since I got knee surgery about 3 months ago. If you decide you want to try this workout, I would totally recommend it, but maybe also try throwing in some cardio with your workout! 😊 If you try it, good luck! 👍

    I've tried a bunch of different workout videos in the last few months, but none of them have kept me so motivated to keep exercising.     Really great set, very clear demos with impeccable spine posture. I also like that you don’t rush and lose quality of movement like some UA-cam ab routines. Core stuff is so much harder done slow and controlled. Awesome

    Caroline! The planks are getting a little easier :) I can do more of the different additions, too, not just hold the basic plank. I used to hate these, but somehow in your routines I actually enjoy them. And I'm definitely getting stronger. So worth it. Thank you.

    Great, challenging video! On my bus ride home I was thinking about how I wanted to do a 20 minute ab workout and this video popped up on my suggested videos when I opened UA-cam - perfect timing! I felt like a bird when doing the twists and moving my arms! That exercise could be called soaring abs!

    Omg I needed this so much. Haven't worked out all summer, but this is so motivating! I don't think I've smiled this much while working out ever! Had a rough time one the single-butt v-ups (?). Mostly because it hurt my bottom. Not sure if it's because I have a mat on a wooden floor or if I am doing something wrong.

      Rebekah Maria Hill what works for me is trying to keep your lower butt on the floor, it immediately shifts your upper body into a better position! hope this helps :)

    i'm currently starting to work out. the mid section for the obliques was very hard. I could hardly do them but I tried my best and my abs are burning! i'm sure that with consistency, in a few weeks, I'll be able to do those obliques exercises :D
