Smart by using the Japanese version, and amazing speedrun, you cut my time more than half I did a 2 hour 47 min run with 7 deaths and thought my run was pretty good. Awesome speedrun highly underviewed run

Epic run! Is anybody still running this game? I play it from time to time and recently decided to try and get a fast record. Any % seems to be the category to aim for? I always do 100% (weapons and secrets) but doesn't seem to be a category for everything on speedrun?
hey thanks, i haven't played Valfaris for quite some time and you usually don't see anyone else speedrun this game on twitch. you are right on speedrun.com there is only the "all weapons" category but i'm sure the mods would add all weapons + secrets if you asked them

I thought I was almost at the end of the game after playing for 2 hours. Turns out I was only 20 minutes in.
I love that you couldn't resist how good Sinister Fiend sounds at 50:54 and starts bobbing to the beat.

god the skill ceiling in this game is insanely high
