Thanks for the video, I got the platinum trophy last night on PS4!! My time was 1 Hour 45 minutes, 6 deaths total, and I finished using the Dagger, Jelly Whip (Best range!), and FlameThrower, all fully upgraded. I skipped picking up the Blood Axe to save time and once I got my favorite weapons upgraded enough, I skipped the rest of the secrets to save as much time as I could. Awesome game!
Incredible job and great video! This game is now one of my favorites ever and is my favorite run-n-gun. I finished it, but only after dying 568 times (although I'm sure 100+ of those were on the final boss as he was crazy tough). Well done!
Interesting how ppls tactics are different. I used the wolflight, bastard and envoy of destruction and was much more melee oriented. Also anyone else feel like it almost became a boss rush after the first few levels?
Is there gonna be something similar for the new Full Metal Mode? It has a couple of pretty tough spots... Also, i wonder if anyone managed to make some good use of the weirder weapons, namely the Skysplitter, Bishop's Reach and that new one, Vroll's Fist?
I noticed at 0:49 seconds, your energy bar increased when you picked up the resurrection idol. I'm playing this game on PS4 and it NEVER does that when I pick one up. Any solutions?
how do you make your shield stronger? im at itnan and one rock falling from the sky breaks my shield but you seem to be able to block all of them with ease... what am i doing wrong?

Also I don't know what the hell but not only are my two bars much smaller than yours, but this fight starts me off with only half blue filled too. I came here just after beating the game myself to see how I stacked up, and it took me 5 hours and 15 minutes. Of course, I'm just a scrub, but still :)
Way harder than Slain. Much faster paced and you got projectiles flying everywhere and coming at you from all directions so it takes a lot more skill to manage.
Goddamn it's so f***ing aggravating. This couple hours will at least equate to 50 hours actual gameplay for me..so mostly doing the same stuff over and over..and people think that's fun?? Is it more fun for some people the more they have to repeat things? Every little section takes me like an hour to figure out and finally get through. All the fun is sucked out of the game for me when I have to die 50 times before finally getting through each ridiculously demanding section.
OK so I'm watching a few sections and I'm like, he's not even playing better than I am. He's getting hit just as often so why do I keep dying, yet he progresses? Then I look and I see my health bar is nowhere near the size his is. My red bar is just a slight longer than my blue bar, where the players here is clearly much longer. What gives? I'm playing PS4 version. I just noticed too, in relation to his screen, his blue is a longer bar as well than what I have. How did he find an easier version of this game? What platform is it? Is it an update because they realized the damn thing was too hard? Here I am struggling, 90% of the way through it looks like with 90% his blue and 75% his health! No fair man!!!! hahaha
You probably figured this out already, but you have to skip checkpoints so that your resurrection idols grow in number. They build your health and stamina.
OK now I know somethings wrong ith my game. I see at the end boss your health bar keeps growing and it's now super longer than the blue bar and not only is my blue bar shorter to begin with, but my red is still about the same size as the blue. You have some sort of super easy mode on or I don't even know. I literally have like half your health bar at the final boss. This sucks man. I beat this dudes ars and this game is history it's pissing me off like Ninja gainden back in the nes days! .........You have to be kidding. He turns into a 3 headed dragon hahaha. I hardly had enough life to be his human form. If I got hit as much as you did, I would be dead a long time ago. There's no way in hell. I would be DAYS trying to finish this off with so little health. Close enough for me. I'm done. Going back to main menu to see if I screwed up difficulty or what the hell I did......No. There's no difficulty settings anywhere. Ps4 version. Nothing and I mean nothing like what you're playing. Nowhere close to the health level as that. Screw it. I'm done with this. Close enough. If I got like super, and i mean like super lucky, I might get to the dragon with a 1/16th the health you have, not even kidding.

Well this is a regular playthrough instead of full metal mode, where bosses get a boost in health to compensate for your max powered weapons

You missed a blood medal in dead eco dome. There’s a breakable square with all the falling jellyfish things...

If you like this game, try Huntdown. Gameplay is similar but I'd say it's superior to this. Harder as well.
